Don't ask for a random 3/8 hose, that doesn't have a year make and model attached. They need a part number to find anything. Had to leave and go to autozone across the street and had no issues at all

Always have what I'm looking for and at a reasonable price.

Today, Aryn was a great help. I came in for injector cleaner and asked for help with a new wiper I had bought last week that didn't mount correctly. She took a look at it and was able to get it attached properly. It is secure and so am I that it is. Thank you, Aryn.!

Went there today to get some stuff and there guy Patric that works there ran up on my truck as I was driving out of the parking lot screaming threats and I jumped out of the truck to figure out what was going on and he said sorry wrong person weather it was or was not the person he was after why conduct business in that way at all I was very angry I talked with the manager on staff at the time Brian and he was a great help even gave me the corporate number but coprorate acted like they didn’t care about the situation.

Employees were very helpful. Never had a bad experience coming here.

It is so great having this store in the neighborhood! Every time I go they have always been so helpful and knowledgeable. Especially this one guy, unfortunately I don't know his name. He is usually the one that helps me with all my vehicle questions and product needs. I am a woman and I don't understand much about vehicles. He never makes me feel stupid or a bother. He always takes the time to explain information and/or products to me too. And it's also great that they can run the error codes on my vehicle.

came in today to get an axel and trans mount. didn’t get parts i ordered as to axel didn’t come with connection. lisa who i believe is a manager was very un helpful. and rude as well. there was a guy there who ended being more friendly and helpful with my axel grease

I stopped here on my way from Tennessee to Florida, and they were most helpful! They helped me diagnose my truck and figure out what my problem was.

Replaced my battery with them, good experience. Battery prices were okay compared to other places. They didn't use my coupon this time for whatever reason but that's okay.

ok, clean, neat store. Had $5 speed perks to use, so grabbed a blue WW fluid for $4.25. Well you can't use the $5 SP if the item is less than $5. So i got the green rainx bug juice for $5.60 which, i think is just a different dye from the blue stuff. 😂

I used to like coming to this store because it's close by and convenient, but about 3 times now I've had this Big Birtha looking woman named Lisa help me and she really has zero people skills. Very rude to me and other customers, not one shred of smile, just more of an attitude like she hates being there. Other than that store has what I need.

I bought a 3 year battery that went bad after 2 years. They replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Very impressed.

Always have a good experience when I go here. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I appreciate Brian's efforts in going the extra mile to help!

Had what we needed with a helpful attendant that knew his job well and cared enough to do it well also.

If you need anything you better go to an auto store where people want to help you, everyone in this particular location is too busy or won't do anything because there's a pandemic going on will not be back in this store if I have to drive 100 miles to find a part

Thank you to the Amazing crew! I pulled off the highway 90 miles from home and my engine started misfiring and jumping. I was able to get to advance thankfully. The guys helped me diagnose that cylinder 1 was misfiring. They loaned me ALL the tools to access under the manifold and pull a bad spark plug and coil. They had the parts I needed in stock and we were able to put the car back together and save the day. These guys were my hero and big support to helping a driver in need. Thank you!

Super friendly staff and if you walk in there you got to spend an hour looking for something go to the counter tell somebody up front if you can't find something they know exactly where it is instead of telling you where to look for it they take you over there and Lead You right to it and if there's more than one he'll sit there and explain the difference between each one of the parts that you're looking for

Daniel Is amazing, they were out of stock of the part we needed, as well as everyone in his network. He called around and found the part for me, and was going to find someone to install it (luckily I know how to that), he gave me perfect directions and went above and beyond. We are a 1000 miles from home, luckily we found him!

Brian was very helpful. He came outside to look at my car to make sure i was getting the correct bulb. Very nice and personable..even before 8am.

Usually real helpful depending on which one you go to and who's working. I always get what i need but never feel pressured- sometimes its cheaper somwhere else sometimes not. Never had any hastles! And i like that! I prefer to shop here and pay more than to go to wal mart, customer service when it comes to some thing important like your vehicle is really worth the extra free bucks.

I was greeted as soon as I was to the counter and the sales clerk went out of his way to help me. When I left the store I had new knowledge about my car and things to check in general with my car. I will return to this store for any of my vehicle needs.
