The guy with the one eye damage my fog lights and when I mentioned it he was rude with an major attitude and said he’s not even going there, that I saw him load it and knew it was like that before he got there. Very unprofessional behavior, I know how my car looked before. Take pictures before they tow your car cause they won’t take accountability for the damage!
My buddy called to ask a few questions about a few car restoration of 1967 Pontiac Firebird. I’m a disabled vet and my buddy who loves his cars and spends tons of money getting all the best work done on the few he has spoke to the most RUDE and indecent person I’ve ever heard him speak to within this small community.
The worst part is that my friend can’t even drive his cars. He’s paralyzed from the neck down due to injuries sustained during his service in the United States Marine Corps. The one passion he has left in life is cars. I told him to hang the phone up ASAP after this guy’s treatment of what could have been an amazing customer. SAD!! I pray for this gentleman. He just lost close to $100k in business plus what could have turned into numerous referrals. DO NOT CALL AND WASTE YOUR TIME LET ALONE WASTING ONE PENNY ON ANY KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDED. You are better off taking your money elsewhere. I feel bad for his current clients as well as whoever is close to this gentleman.
It doesn’t take much. Just be kind and have an open ear. Not a cocky attitude.

BEWARE TRASH COMPANY!! ordered a tow and was supposed to come in 50 mins. After 2 hours they pulled in, didn't call me, didn't look for me, and left. Complete garbage
Mike is amazing, he came right away and knew what to do. He came real quick and got my car towed right away and this company is very honest and reliable. I’m from Orlando area but I’m glad I got this company tow my car when it broke down on the turnpike. Very honest and they have good pricing and very honest. Thank you so much Mike! I appreciate you.

Jacques came to my home to tow my Corvette to the shop for repair. The shifter was stuck & I was not able to go into neutral. He did it! Perfect timing & the car arrived safe & sound to my repair shop. Great man! Thank you .5 star service all the way!
Great experience start to finish, Chastity on dispatch was awesome, great customer service. Driver picked my car up in less than an hour, and he was just as much a pleasure to deal with. Great price, great people. Wish i knew about them before, highly recomend.
Auto Rescue was dispatched by my roadside assistance. I had a dually with a flat tire nearly an hour & a half from their location. Larry was pleasant & cheery. Quickly changed the tire & got be back on the road. What a great guy! I couldn’t be more pleased with their service!!
They have the worse customer service. I called them to get my car transferred to another place. The lady was giving me attitude, tell me it was not their problem and had to wait until they open. I called the police and had it dealt with.
The law in Florida is you have 24/7 access to retrieve your vehicle from a towing facility, even if it's closed.
My car broke down and my insurance company sent Auto Rescue Inc. to tow me to a repair shop. Jacques, the wrecker driver, contacted me by phone just minutes after I requested the tow, and he arrived 15 minutes after the call, exactly as promised.
Jacques could not have been any more pleasant or professional.
Nice guy, knows what he is doing, and very pleasant to deal with.
Great response time of under 1 hour. Joe was incredibly calm, professional, and honest, which was a godsend after my car died and I was struggling with the automaker, dealer, and insurance. I highly recommend their service!
Box truck broke down today Perry the dispatcher was very cool very helpful. I called a few times he helped each time didn’t b-s me. Bill the driver showed up ontime hooked me up real quick got me to where I needed to be. Thank you guys.
This place has been THE Worst I’ve ever had to encounter!!! They are rude, they treat you like trash! No remorse the fact you got into a car ACCIDENT!!! and no sympathy of knowing how hard it is the trauma the financial situation! they only care to take your car and make money!!! I asked the lady to help fax after being nasty on the phone on how to fax a release form after I got out of the hospital she said go figure it out!!! And the more your car is in here the more you have to pay! Even charged me for 2 new years holidays which you have no control over they were even open the day of accident so that my husband can pick up while I was under care they said no!!!! Gonna have to wait till Tuesday and this happened Sunday on last day of the year!!! Still open they said no! Was 5 minutes away from their location! Bet they were still towing cars that day with the excuse being closed after and giving people grief! same excuse oh you’re gonna have to wait just to make more money!!! Unprofessional on the phone like it’s your fault it’s AN ACCIDENT PEOPLE!!! Had I not gone to the hospital I’d never call these disgusting and gross company! Let it happen to them or loved ones God forbid maybe then… they know what if feels like! Have some compassion! Life is full of surprises and karma?! Is real ZERO REVIEW IF I COULD!!!
Called the office, the lady was very nice, professional and helpful. She gave me the time wait until the truck arrived and the price. Then, Joe the driver called me before getting to my place, it was on time and very skilled to have my Land Rover on the flat bed. I’m very happy with the service and I will used it again.
It won’t let me give less than one star but whoever the driver was assigned to my vehicle was beyond unprofessional!!! This company was subcontracted by Nissan to tow my vehicle because my key fob wouldn’t work. I personally spoke with the driver of the tow truck who was less than 5 miles from my vehicle. I had just been released from the hospital and the driver knew it was an unattended tow but after hanging up with me totally blew me and Nissan off, leaving my vehicle stranded. Then refused to answer my calls or calls from Nissan as to why. Nissan contacted another company and my vehicle was towed with no problem. Driver actually told Nissan he couldn’t find my vehicle. LOL
This place needs to shut down. The worst service anyone can have is at this place Auto Rescue INC. Please stay away from them so you don’t have to go thru what me and my friends experience today 2/3/2023. Bill the person who make us pay cash before we could take our cars was horrible and with the worst attitude anyone can have. Bill was demanding for us to wait outside and treating us not like customers but like trash. This experience was horrible with Bill attitude, aggression, and discrimination against me and my friends. This place charged us for 2 hours $380 and my other friend $390 which is unacceptable and they took only cash. I know why you are charging only cash you trying not to pay taxes. Bill I hope you are not the owner because you will hear this complaint in every website I can go to and authorities. Bill like you said to me today “ I give you 5 seconds to get out of here or I will call the police”. Only because I wanted to take my car and your horrible attitude towards us like we were trash was unacceptable. Bill you don’t know what customer service is about and if you are the owner I hope your business gets shut down SOON. This place charged us $380 for 2 hours towed only 5 miles away. This place is a RIPPED OFF to the public. I hope other people can see this review and they never try to use AUTO RESCUE INC and this place gets shut down immediately. they charge you the most ridiculous fees. I will report this trash of business to the fair business bureau, local office consumer protection and the federal Trade Commission. YOU MUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP. The absolutlry worste tow company i have ever dealt with. 600$ for a tow no more than a few miles and had to pay in cash!! So i had fo go to my bank first. He spoke and dealt with my son in a horrible manner. Treating us like we were burdening him AFTER giving him the money! The absolutely worste experience. The place is a dump.
At the scene of the accident the truck driver was very considerate and polite and helped me out when no one else would. When I had to retrieve my vehicle it was a bit of a different story they were two men there appeared that they were bickering back and forth and part of that tension seem to run into the customer service.
Very Professional and on time! We had a great experience with this company with having our car towed to the dealer for service. There driver was such a really nice person and made us feel so much better!

I have used their service twice when my vehicle broke down. Both times, they arrived promptly, the drivers knew their work and were efficient, and both drivers were very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I am so grateful for their service.
I called to get a tow to the mechanics and this place didn’t want my business. It seemed like everything was going well until they took my credit card information. Then it turned into me taking pictures. Emailing them with a copy of my drivers license and a picture of the front and back of the credit card. I said I don’t work for you and if you need all that the tow truck driver can do it. They said good bye and hung the phone up. Call another place.
Very busy location, with tons of cars getting picked up after accidents. That being said, you actually get amazing service from these guys. With multiple injuries making it difficult for me to do anything, the manager let me sit in his office chair while my paperwork was sorted and he explained the process thoroughly. then, the seriously nice yard guy helped me unload my wrecked car and move our stuff to the rental car. Didn’t even have to ask. When you’re dealing with a bad accident, it is little things like this that really help make this horrible time a little easier. Thanks guys!!!
I had a blow out and needed a tow. The dispatcher told me 20 min. However, she called back and said it would be about 15 more minutes. I was pleased at the communication. I was hooked up and delivered without incident. Driver was pleasant and actually made me laugh to lighten up my nervousness. Definitely recommend this company to all. Hey we all have those bad days, but we need to speak out more on the good days for our local businesses.
Auto Rescue was dispatched to me thru Geico roadside assistance. The technician worked fast and did everything he could to make it as painless an experience as possible. He did a great job making a bad situation bearable, and did his best to position me to save money when I eventually got my car repaired.
Our Tow truck driver, Brandon showed up before the est. time we were given and was a very polite young man. When our car broke down all the shop's were closed for the day and since we didn't know this area Brandon went above and beyond a tow service and called a nearby hotel to see if they had available room's and after leaving the car at the shop he brought us to the hotel. We will always use this company because of the outstanding service provided and we also tipped him very well because he deserved it. Highly recommended!
They explained how everything works as far as getting into my car, insurance picking up, what to expect, etc. This was very helpful to me. The driver that picked up my car was very nice - they have rules / process they have to follow - and they do follow them.
Auto rescue is absolutely the best company, the owner and his crew provide excellent customer service. They are extremely professional and experienced with all kinds of situations when it comes to towing or any road side assistance. I highly reccomend this company above all other companys on the Treasure Coast. I also would like to thank the owner and his crew for always taking excellent care of me and my family when we call for assistance with our vehicles. You guys are the absolute best..
