Completely unacceptable from start to finish. The company failed to honor the promised arrival time and made no effort to communicate delays. I was left stranded without updates, which is the bare minimum a towing service should provide.
The final charge was noticeably higher than the original quote, and the breakdown of fees was unclear and unsatisfactory. When you are in a vulnerable situation and rely on assistance, transparency should be a priority — not an afterthought.
Attempts to discuss the issue were met with indifference rather than accountability. Instead of resolving concerns, the response felt dismissive.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The tow truck arrived extremely late with zero communication. I had to call multiple times just to get a basic update, and every time I was given a different excuse.
The pricing felt completely dishonest. I was quoted one amount, and once my vehicle was loaded, the price suddenly increased. There was no clear breakdown of charges — just pressure to pay on the spot. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
The driver showed no empathy or customer care whatsoever. When you’re already in a stressful situation needing a tow, the last thing you need is attitude and surprise fees.
I strongly advise people to think twice before using this company. Reliability and transparency clearly aren’t priorities here.
I had a terrible experience with this towing company. They did not arrive on time, causing a lot of unnecessary delay. On top of that, they charged way more than what was reasonable. The staff were unprofessional and rude, which made the entire situation even worse. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
Today, January 7, 2026, my car broke down on US-1 and Ohio Ave in Fort Pierce.
Dave provided me with his complete and selfless assistance. I will always be grateful to him. From today on, I will keep his business card in my wallet and I will recommend him to everyone I can.

I called them they got my truck, put it on their lot for safe keeping. I called made arrangements to have my truck towed to Palm Beach near the airport. They were on time, courteous and very professional. Call these guys 1st, they'll treat you with respect.

My wife and I attended the Fort Pierce 2025 Halloween event and discovered both of our vehicles had been towed by Allways Reliable Towing & Recovery (owner David J. White). I understand the tow itself, but the way this business operates raised serious concerns.
We were told the fee was cash only, no receipts, and no change could be given. The total came to nearly $600 for two vehicles. There was no ATM on-site, no proper office, and no visible signage or security cameras—just a few people at a gate collecting cash in the middle of the night.
The employees couldn’t explain their rates or provide any documentation showing how they calculated the amount. After talking with others, I learned that many people have reported different random charges and the same cash-only policy over the past few months.
I’ve since filed an official complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services for investigation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Their practices felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely lacking in transparency.

No one ever wants to find themselves stranded on the side of the road or stuck in a parking lot in need of a tow. Unfortunately, that was my situation recently.
After a long day at work, while backing out of my parking space, my shifter cable snapped, leaving me unable to move my vehicle. I needed a towing service — and quickly. Like most people, I turned to an online search and began calling around. To my frustration, several companies didn’t even answer their phones. After speaking with a couple of representatives from other companies, I was left disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service.
That all changed when I called Always Reliable Towing and Recovery.
Despite being in "defense mode," I was immediately put at ease when a live representative answered after just a couple of rings. They were calm, courteous, and professional. After asking just a few straightforward questions, they were able to give me an exact quote for the service — no hidden fees, no runaround. The pricing was fair and transparent.
The tow truck arrived promptly, and the driver, David, was outstanding. He was professional, attentive, and took great care while securing and towing my vehicle to my chosen destination.
As I said before, no one wants to be in a situation where they need a towing company — but if you ever find yourself in one, I highly recommend giving Always Reliable Towing and Recovery a call.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to David who helped out my daughter and I today at the Christmas parade we were all in. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and good to go literally as the parade was about to start so we could still join our group for the event. Can’t say enough good things!!
The driver was picking up a container 20 ft off our property. He was excellent in maneuvering the container onto his flatbed. We were very well prepared for a slight damage on the lawn. But our driveway was excellent not a problem. Very pleased with his service.
This guy is a very unprofessional and on a power trip he towed my car which is fine but the way he handled things was totally wrong and way over priced had my car for less then an hour when I first contacted him . Charged me $289.00 when consumer affairs states it should only be $177.00 . I was selling my car bc my father passed away and I don't need it gave him a copy of death certificate and power of attorney paper work which he said the on phone was good until I questioned the price so he said I came in hot and now I would have to drive to Pompano beach to get and original copy of the death certificate . I told him I wasn't hot just bc I questioned the price you would to if it was you paying the bill and asked him well pretty much begged him to except it bc my gf son is autistic and couldn't handle the ride and he told me I have to still go to Pompano anyway out of spite which took me 4 hours and was just horrible for her son. Then when I got back with the paper he just took a picture of it like I gave him in the first place didn't even have a copy machine or anything on sight so I asked him what was the difference and he pretty much said he would of took that if I didn't come in hot so another words don't question his pricing just except he's ripping you off. Oh and the worst thing was when he came to meet me an hour after waiting at his yard his flat bed had autistic drawing on it like he cares about that well he didn't give a crap about my gf son that's for sure . SOOO SAD PEOPLE COULD DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT AND GET AWAY WITH IT !!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
Was extremely disappointed with the service. Car was towed, when contacting tow company was told specific paperwork was needed and photo copy was ok. When I went to retrieve my car I was then told that they needed actual documents. I explained that the paperwork was 2 hrs away. They refused to work with me. I traveled to get the documents w my autistic son for a total of 4 hrs. Had to wait over an hour for them to come back. When they arrived in the tow truck with autism logos all over it they took a picture with the phone of the document. They made me make this drive for the same result of accepting the copy I had on phone. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. Bad business. And to boot over charged on tow. Consumer affairs said max tow was $177 was charged $289. Consumers Beware!
Dave and his wife Amanda are wonderful! I was in an accident alone on the Turnpike at night, waiting for an insurance company tow that wasn't going to happen. I called AllWays and they were there within the hour! I had to ride back to the towyard with them and they were just so nice to chat with and helpful about what to do. Then they waited in the dark with me for my ride to come pick me up from the shop. Truly wonderful people and I'm SO GLAD that I called them. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!
This guy is amazing, I was towing my scooter and the strap broke. I pulled to the side of the road, and within minutes he was standing next to me asking if I needed help. Let me tell you , you do not meet people so nice and caring anymore. I am a disable veteran and he was God send. Call him if you need anything, he will take care of you like he did for me. Will use him in the future and I will share his information with my fellow Vets and family.

There’s not enough stars in the world to tell you how grateful I am to David . My skid plate under my car broke on the Florida Turnpike. I was going 75 mph and am so lucky I was able to pull into the emergency lane. I called AAA and Road rangers at 9am and could not get through their phone tree. AAA told me they don’t deliver towels, Road Rangers said it’s a free service so they had no idea when someone would be there.
I am a 5 foot blonde senior with a bright red car and not one person stopped in 6 hours as I was standing on the side of the turnpike with giant trucks driving by at high speeds. I finally called my husband who drove in from Miami which is 3 hours away. After 6 hours of the most stress I’ve ever had stranded on a busy highway we called Alwaysreliable towing. David had my car fixed within 10 minutes and gave me advice how to get help in the future. AAA never did show up. David was so nice and fixed my car so fast I am finally in Orlando and not standing in the dark on the side of a busy highway.

I rented a car from Budget on 11/7/2023 from the Sarasota airport. On November 11, 2023, Dave shows up at a place I am having lunch to tow away my rental car as it was being repossessed. He connected the cable to the car and I tripped over it hurting my knee, elbow and back. He made no effort to help but simply insisted he was following orders from corporate. I requested who in Corporate and the name and said he could not provide me with any names. I called Budget who advised me that nothing was wrong with the car and that they did not request a repossession. After two hours, Dave comes back with someone on the phone by the name of Rebecca who also could not give me her last name but was from "corporate" who apologized and said it was a computer error. WHAT!!!!? He proceeded to disconnect my rental car and apologized leaving me with a regular 800 number for budget. I am so angry that this could happen to anyone and will make certain it doesn't happen again. Beware of this company. If they come to tow your car, they should certainly be able to tell you who ordered it, name and a phone number. This will be investigated.
Always Reliable Towing & Recovery helped us on our vacation like no others would. We had a rental car with a mechanical malfunction and Dave at AllWays Reliable took our defective rental car an hours drive to West Palm, picked up our new rental and delivered it to our location in St Lucie very quickly, we didn’t miss a beat of our vacation. Today my family and I went out for lunch and had our battery die when we went to leave. I called a couple of different towing companies and they all said it would be an hour or more to get to me. I called AllWays Reliable and they said it would be about 30 minutes so I said that's fine. 10 minutes later they showed up and gave me a jump. My wife is pregnant and it was summer in Florida, so we were very grateful for their speedy arrival. Our technician was very friendly and even asked my young son to "help" him with the jump. A great experience and I will be calling them first the next time I'm in trouble.

My car had a major malfunction just as I was getting off of I-95 to change over to the Florida Turnpike. 100 miles from home and late at night. I called David after speaking with another towing company that did not satisfy my requirements. David agreed to assist me despite the fact it was very late. He was the consummate professional and his knowledge of cars led me to being able to point my mechanic in the right direction in identifying the problem with my car. I called up he answered right away Easter Sunday! 30min out so quick and the prices were on point!! Great business owner ! It was my kids driving up north to see family! Absolutely amazing service knew exactly what needed to be done without damage to my truck did an outstanding job and was very quick and a great price would definitely recommend these guys if you ever get stuck at 2am on a Friday night thanks to David my truck got out and I made it home safe thanks again
My overall experience was great. Thursday afternoon my car died at a stop light, after calling numerous towing company only to find out they two hours out and some won’t answer the phone. Then I call David white from allways reliable towing and he was there in 30 minutes. Was a little worry because my car in low to the ground and he shows up with a regular tow truck not a flat bed, but he reassured me that he has experience in towing lowered vehicles and sure did , I was impressed with how he took such care not to damaged a single thing. Everything was quick and professional. I would recommend David to anyone.
I was extremely pleased with AllWays Reliable Towing and Recovery. I found that the battery in my car was dead on the morning of the Memorial Day holiday, so I began looking for someone to help me because I had no way to get to the store to get a new one. I was referred to AllWays Reliable by the automotive supply shop. I called David and he came over as soon as he was available. He tested my battery to make sure that it needed to be replaced and it did. So he went and bought one and brought it back and installed it for me. He didn't charge a premium price because it was a holiday or because it was an emergency call. He was very reasonable and a really nice guy. I would not hesitate to recommend AllWays Reliable to anyone needing help with an automotive problem.
I needed my truck towed to a repair shop asap. It was suggested that I try David of Allways Reliable Towing. I was a little apprehensive as I used another service in the past. David told me to text him my address and he immediately responded that he was 30 minutes out and on his way. He arrived when he said he would, was very nice and extremely professional.
