I appreciated that they came on the same day that I called to make an appointment.
They were ahead of schedule and called to ask permission to come early, which I highly approve of not having to wait if I don't have to. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if they picked the TV up for free.

Needed a last minute cleanup of some heavy furniture and some junk and they did an amazing job! They were fast, efficient, very friendly, and didn’t overcharge me compared to some of the quotes I received from other junk removal places! I would definitely use them again in the future and overall I was VERY happy with the service I received.
Absolutely fantastic service. Prompt, quick, professional. We had a ton of debris in our yard from a shed and gazebo we tore down. The guys even finished taking apart the roof of the gazebo, and hauled away a giant concrete bucket I dug up from the yard (old owner, cornhole pole, it was a nightmare)
They quoted me high to start, but ended up getting it done with one less truckload than they thought. So in the end pricing was very aggressive for all they took care of!!

I had a great customer experience with Junk King and will definitely do business with them again.I contacted them through their website for a sleeper sofa to be picked up.They responded immediately and said to text a picture for a quote which was less than I expected.I booked my appointment online for the next morning. By the time the first company I contacted called me back, I had already booked my pick up with Junk King.
The price was very reasonable for removal of a wooden bedroom set and a cocktail table. They came and gave me an estimate one day and came back to remove the furniture the next day. I had another company come on that first day to also give me an estimate, but that second company could not beat Junk King's price. The gentlemen who came to remove the furniture were very nice, polite, and professional. I would definitely use them again!
I had them remove a large and very heavy sleeper sofa from a 2nd story room. They arrived on time, worked very efficiently and completed the job quickly. They were also profession and courteous. I made the call for service at about 8 in the morning - the job was completed by about 12:30 the same day. Very satisfied and would gladly use their services in the future.
I moved into a new rental and ended up with (x24) 55 gallon bags of yard waste after doing my first landscaping. My trash company would not take it all unless I did a special pickup and since they are short handed from COVID it would be another week or two. I sent a request in to Junk King on Sunday evening, they were at my house at 11am sharp Monday to pick up everything. The price they quoted was fantastic compared to the other local haulers. They were in and out in about 8 min, they were friendly and professional. I still have more landscaping to do and will most likely be using thier services again soon.

About an hour ago, I called Junk King up to get rid of about 30 pounds of yard waste, mainly branches and limbs. They came right away, took everything, and were quick. Extremely fair priced and the two guys that took the actual garbage were extremely nice. Would absolutely recommend based on the customer service alone.
It’s easy to use a business that says what they can do and then does what they’ve said. This is the second time I’ve used Junk King of Seminole county and I will use them again if I need them. Each time the guys have been on time, professional and quick to complete the work. My only question now is why is this kind of business so hard to find these days? Don’t over promise in order to get my business. These guys didn’t do that and it made me a repeat Customer.
It was really easy to schedule an appointment on their website. They followed up with a text the day before arrival and called when they were on their way. They were very professional upon arrival and removed my aleeper secrional without issue. Rate was fair for what was needed.

Spa removal...they arrived a little early but called ahead. It was a big job to cut up our large spa into pieces. Both men were professional, friendly and hard working. I was able to get a price ahead of time and that person asked questions about my spa to help figure out the price so no haggling on the job. I would use them again.

Junk King came out the day after I inquired about having materials from doing some home remodeling removed. They were very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. I was looking for a removal service last minute. So I didn’t have time for making an appointment for on-site estimates. The site gives an option to make your appointment and send pictures of your items. They in turn give a rough estimate. On the day of removal the workers gave me a final number and quickly removed my items. I would definitely utilize them should the need arise.
Same day service very much appreciated. On time, courteous team. The office quoted me a range of 288 to 370 based on the photos of the job I sent. They ended up taking fewer items than what was in the photos, but still charged closer to the high end of the quote, so my impression is, they are expensive. But the service was stellar.
They were on time and courteous for the estimate the day before. They adjusted the price to meet my needs. They came out the next day and got that job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them again if I need them and highly recommend their services.

Told them I had a full truck so they came with a truck partly filled. Quoted me one price on the phone then increased it 20percent because they had to make two trips. When I said no thanks they asked what I wanted to pay . Gave them the original price quote they said ok. That cost me my time and the drivers lost their tip. Not how I wish to do business!
