The driver they sent with a customers car pasted our driveway by 300 feet and stopped in the middle of 17/92 and backed all the way up the wrong way causing vehicles to go around him making it a very dangerous situation, then when he pulled in he did not understand any english or speak it, how can he drive on our streets and be safe if he doesn't understand the street signs or the writing on them.
Excellent service!! The driver, Carlos, took the time to troubleshoot the starter failure prior to towing. He even took the time to figure out how to put the car in neutral so he can tow it. Most drivers would just throw their hands up and say I would need a different truck. Great attitude and service. Would definitely recommend this company!

Scheduled tow w/ my insurance in advance at a set time. I got updated times but they weren't showing up on tracking. I called them passed pick up time and no answer. I'm stranded for another hour and half to 2 hrs til they can send out a different company to tow. I've been waiting 2+ hours already. They didn't bother to call or update anyone. Even insurance tried to call and no answer.
Santos from VIP towing service was excellent to work with. He communicated the time and the process. He was very efficient and kind. 10/10 would recommend for your towing needs. He even showed me a release feature on my van bc I thought it was stuck in park and couldn’t move.
Lady at the office is extremely disrespectful! I would get rid of her because she will cause you to lose business! Had to end up calling another company because they did not have flat beds available till the morning.

After running over something that tore up the under-belly of my car, ViP towing sent Gabrie Gonzalez to tow my car. This man was literally an angel! First, we were stranded in an unfamiliar place with nothing nearby, but he worked with me to find us and got to us so quick. Then, when he got there, he was able to get my car drivable so I didn’t need a tow! He was so friendly and helpful. Beyond grateful for Gabrie!!
