Horrible company. Amazed how they are still in business with such a large fleet. Family owned and super suspicious. I spoke to one of the owners today, believe the name is Scott.. I explained to him last night I was ONLY given the option to pay in cash, which is illegal. As of July 2024 towing companies MUST allow two payment methods. I explained I told Dan I would NOT be paying in cash and they are breaking the law , Natalie (relative who called me back at 10 PM) said I could Zelle, but had to send to some random person’s bank account, that they did not give me two options to pay THEM. I was at their mercy and reluctantly Zelled the money to Destiny, as I desperately needed my vehicle Who is she I sent money to? No clue. My receipts says I paid via VISA, which is absolutely FALSE. The old man told me Natalie was there in evening and doesn’t know the other payment methods. BS! I said then why is she there at 10 pm, calling clients telling them how they can pay?! PLUS she is member of the family that owns the business. When I asked her why C&S doesn’t have a Zelle account, again ignorance, tells me for security reasons. WOW. I explained ZELLE is FDIC insured and WHAT nonsense are you spewing?! I’m an accountant. I’ve worked for one of the largest law firms in the country. I worked for AAA. I know EXACTLY what is going on here. I’m sure you all can figure it out. CASH only. Also, they aren’t BBB accredited. Revoked this year. Go read the reviews. The old man refused to give me an email address to send my concerns. So, I’ll be sending a certified letter and address further, legally. Also, shared the details with my community and advised them NOT to use them anymore. So unnecessary, but no way I’m letting this slide. I’m THAT Karen.

Needed a tow to an auto shop. Called at 8am, picked and gone by 930am. Fair price, quick service. First time not feeling ripped off by a tow company. Would use again.
Last night I called for a town my wife's car blew seal on her cv axel after we got the kids home I called c&s and luckily they had a truck around the corner. Extremely quick response, kind attitudes, and professional responses. The driver that came out was quick efficient and definitely had the knowledge. He got her car home safely with no scrapes or dings. Despite my anxiety and nervous talking he was friendly the entire time kept doing his job and did it well. Sorry, I don't know who our driver was, but he got there on time and towed the truck efficiently, but what's pushed me to write a review is that he figured out why the truck wouldn't start, which saved us money at the mechanic. The issue wasn't the battery, which we had figured out, but the tow truck driver said "it's the shifter's cable" (because the truck started rolling off the bed even though it was in Park). Yet, somehow the mechanic told us it was the starter. When we told them about the shifter cable, they went back on their first diagnosis and actually repaired what was wrong. It sure saved us time and possibly money (who knows if we would have had to pay for a starter we didn't need!)
In case you want to give kudos to that driver, it was 8/24 in Sanford, 10am, Nissan Frontier. Thank you!
I went online through my Geico app for roadside assistance to jumpstart my car. I received a call from Kevin, who said he was a short distance away. Kevin arrived after picking up another vehicle that was just a couple miles away from me. He was quick and professional, explaining that he wanted to get to my location quickly since it was around the hottest part of the day. If I should ever need a towing company I will call C&S first. Yo man scotty came through big time for us! We had a really difficult situation with a forklift being stuck in the mud in a really tough position. Scotty took his time and went above and beyond to help us and get it out. He was calm and cool the whole time and we got the job done.
Joshua @ C & S towing was called to tow my car. Few people came to help me get my car to start including Trple A but just made everything worse and got all the electronics going haywire. Only solution is to tow the car and take it to shop.
The Tow Guy "Joshua" came and instead of just towing my car like others would do, he first try and figure the problem. I called him the "Miracle Guy", he got my car to work to avoid towing and he made me so happy that I am just able to drive my car. A very "Nice Guy", you Sir deserve a 10 stars. Thank you... Celia.

i requested a jump or tow for my 2021 kia seltos. jumper cables weren't working, but kevin came and jumped it with a jump box in minutes. requesting assistance and getting my car jumped took less than one hour, and kevin was very nice and explained everything to me. thank you again!
I requested towing service through AAA and they sent out C&S, Kevin was the driver. And he got to my location in 13 minutes from my service call, hooked up my vehicle very quickly and safely. He was very communicative and very social. I highly recommend this towing service. Thank you Kevin!
After waiting 3 hours for AAA on Saturday, I gave up and tried calling a few of the numbers that came up; C&S answered right away on Sunday morning. Dispatch was helpful, and Guy, the driver, called shortly after. Guy is friendly, knowledgeable, and does what he says he will. Highly recommended!

This company was fantastic start to finish. I called other companies and was quite ridiculous amounts and just rude honestly. I called today and was able to get someone in 45 minutes. I'm not sure if all the locations are together but... I've been towed by C&S towing with AAA twice in the last 30 days.....this go around......Cody with C&S towing... Came to pick up my car and take me home yesterday. He was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable ....He happened to be a former technician at a dealership so we talked about all the parts that I've just replaced recently with a mechanic... We saw the tow truck guy dropping off a vehicle to neighbors house, my kids were so excited to see him even though he couldn't hear them saying hello, after a few moments he saw them waving said hi and cont. Doing his job... b4 leaving the kids got his attention from inside the window and he waved again bye and gave them a little toot toot with the horn. There was pure joy in their voice hesrijg that horn! This right here shows that employees do care about the customer but also those who aren't a customer but will in the near by future be customers! saving this company info if we may ever need a tow bc kindness goes a long way!

Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable operators. Not to mention a heavy operator was on site in less than an hour. They recovered a piece of heavy machinery stuck in no time and made it look like a breeze. By far the best towing and recovery company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Professional and prompt. I broke down on a Friday night while heading back to Canada.
