Great shop great people. I cant communicate with most of them but with wison I can. He's always taken good care of my truck. Been using him for a good while now. Can figure out just about anything on anyone's truck. Great service,.
I been bringing my truck here for a couple years now only for the fact wilison will get my truck fixed in a timely manor. I bring or get most parts he needs so his guys don't have to run around looking for parts. Wilson is a great guy. His employees are awesome too. I had a laundry list of things I need done to my truck. Wilsons and his team had 90% of it knocked out on the second day. You take your truck to a dealer it will be two weeks before they even look at it. Wilson will see what the problem is and and have it fixed same day or next day. Very experienced and knowledgeable.
Owner is very responsible and attentive with customers. Will explain and answer all questions. Any parts you need for your truck they'll provide or find it for you if they don't have it in the shop.
Please do not use this shop. Their prices are way more than going to a certified dealer. I was forced to use this shop due to a break down. Truck was towed to them. Communication horrible. Truck got to them on a Tuesday around noon. Next day fuel pump and injectors were out. I had to call to get the info. Went picked them up got the fuel pump back to them on Monday at 9 am the the injectors on Tuesday at 9 am. Friday comes no one called me on update. When I called they said will call u back. 4 hours later I called back. To tell me that the truck was done the night before. The the bill comes. The same job was done in one of our truck at my usual mechanic for way less than what this guys charges. If you willing to be robbed go to Wilson shop. His excuse for the higher price is. Quote” I pay 50% to my mechanic” basically this shop is a joke. I won’t recommend it to anyone. A job I have done for 1900.00 he charged 3000.00 labor only. Please be careful. DO NOT USE THEM.
This shop is a place where you can be confident that they will work hard to get you back on the road. They are very professional and honest. Wilson always have time for you to answer even the simples questions you may have, Luis, Sergio, and all the guys make you feel at home.I will give them 10 starts if possible.
