Joe came out and moved a few sheds for us on our property. Was there on time and did an excellent job. Went out of his way to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. Professional and Polite! Would recommend them highly!

Driver Joe - Towed 2008 F250 Lariat 6.4L Diesel 4x4 SuperCrew w/8ft Bed. The power steering pump siezed and tower through the belt I replaced on the side of the road and limped to the exit. Joe was able to find me without any issue, get me and my dog Zelda loaded up in the cab and hauled back to Winter Haven from Ellenton, FL. Made the whole experience much more tolerable. Thanks again Joe!!

I had a very troubling experience with this tow company. From the moment I arrived, the owner was dismissive and unprofessional. I asked if I could retrieve personal items from my vehicle. I was told that was “not possible.” I explained that I had previously been informed I would be allowed to remove my belongings before or after the tow. The owner stated he did not care what I had been told and refused my request. While I was still there, a white male customer entered the establishment and was allowed to retrieve items from his vehicle without hesitation. The owner was polite, accommodating, and even smiling during that interaction. The contrast in treatment was extremely concerning and difficult to ignore. I also requested documentation showing when the tow truck arrived, as well as who authorized the tow. I was denied that information and told I could obtain it “in court.” Refusing to provide basic documentation and treating customers inconsistently raises serious concerns about professionalism and fairness. Consumers deserve transparency, respect, and equal treatment. My experience reflected none of those standards.

Best towing around. Called to have my car towed to the dealership after my water pump broke. They were very time efficient. Chris F. was the tow truck operator. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Boltons for your towing needs.

We had a complicated multi-drop tow. Bolton’s, and the driver Chris and dispatcher Logan, were very helpful and courteous! Basically they got us out of a jam. Great outfit.

Bolton's towing was wonderful! Honestly first time I'd ever had to have a vehicle towed. Joe was awesome! Prompt, on time, quick with the load up. Being in the middle of the Chick Fil A parking lot didn't make it easy. But Joe knocked it out like it was nothing. Truck was loaded, paperwork completed and off to it's destination within 15-20 minutes! Great experience and will prioritize using Bolton's towing and requesting Joe as my driver should services ever be required again! Thanks Joe!

Waited over an hour for AAA to tell us that they were turning down the job! Bolton's said they would be out in 20 to 40 minutes.......THEY WERE!!!!! Once there Joe was very helpful. As an amputee, good customer service means a lot to me! Thanks again!!!!

I am so grateful for the team at Bolton’s Towing service! Joe came to tow my car when I got stuck in a ditch. Joe was very nice and efficient. Logan the dispatcher was very nice and quickly got help to where I was. I definitely recommend their service!

“How the Tow Truck Stole Christmas” Every Who down in Whoville was bustling about, But the Tow Truck Company—oh, they slithered right out. For the weeks before Christmas, when cheer should be thicker, They prowled every roadway for one missing sticker. They didn’t care if you had paid your fees, Or if the new tag was delayed in the breeze. “Oh no, no sticker?” they gleefully would bark— Then off went your car, disappearing in the dark. With a hook and a haul and a villainous laugh, They’d swipe your small sedan or your big family raft. And while you were left wondering where your car went, They were already preparing a $200 event. To their impound they’d drag it, behind chain-link and gate, Where they’d smirk as you begged for your keys and your fate. “Two hundred dollars!” they’d shout, with a clatter— (Plus taxes and fees—because those also matter.) No kindness, no mercy, no Christmas delight— Just tow trucks roaming the town every night. If there’s one thing that’s certain—one fact that rings true— They’re the Grinchiest bunch that a Who ever knew. So if your sticker’s delayed or still in the mail, Beware of their headlights—cold, ghostly, and pale. For the Tow Truck Who Stole Christmas is lurking anew… And your car might be next on their long towing queue. Would not recommend. Return our Christmas cheer—and our cars—too. Response: The tone of my review was light hearted, but the content was serious. 2 weeks before Christmas you have drivers who have been instructed to tow vehicles for an out of date registration sticker. (Vehicle is registered through 2027, registration was lost by USPS). $205 for some families could be the difference between having a Christmas, or none at all. If you're going to pretend you're doing a public service, than in that same spirit I urge you to encourage your drivers to use discretion next time, leave a warning note instead. You have an overall rating of 4.6 stars, I assume that's not easy to come by, so you can't be total Scrooges. Hope y'all have a Merry Christmas.

I cannot say enough about this company and people. I was in a bad situation where my car was taken and abandoned in the winter Haven area, and I am in Jacksonville. I happened to find them via Google, and had to communicate long distance and asked if they could help. I spoke with Logan on the phone and he was super helpful and reassuring and set everything up for the next day. I got a call from Chris, the tow truck driver the next day at the exact time they said I would hear from him. He also was very reassuring and empathetic to my situation. He kept in communication throughout the process and secured my vehicle and got it to where I set up storage, and sent me photos with constant updates. I got to tell you he really set my mind at ease and was super helpful. He and the company went above and beyond my expectations and if I were in the Winter Haven area, I would gladly use them again. I highly recommend them.

Chris helped coordinate vehicle relocations at a multifamily property I manage during a parking lot project, and he made the whole process quick and stress-free. I'm in agreement with a post from earlier noting that this business does illegal racketeering with HOAs and/or their associated security companies and tow vehicles against state and municipal laws. Our vehicle was towed from Encore Resorts for parking with extension into (not over) a sidewalk that ran through the driveway. The security company claims they left a written notice on the vehicle the morning of (while we were away at disney parks with our children) and then had the vehicle towed thereafter. One clear issue is that there are no posted signs stating parking within the side walk zone is not ok and there are no signs that indicate a car may be towed whatsoever. There was no notice by the HOA, the security team who called in the tow, Encore resorts, or the booking company Top Villas. I have spoken with all entities and no one can provide written documentation about this parking rule and no one has provided the contractual agreement that details a car may be towed for this purpose or has a relationship with the towing company BTS. We returned to a towed vehicle; the towing receipt from BTS shows the vehicle was picked up at 5:51pm, confirmed by Tyler (a manager or owner presumably after multiple conversations) who cannot confirm when the car entered their storage gate at 2700 RWS Ranch Rd, Haines City, FL 33837 -- 13 miles away. He claims he will provide this information once he pulls the GPS tracking from the tow. The car was picked up at 5:53am the following morning. As shown below, we were charged several illegal fees. The Osceola ordinances, also posted below, clearly state that storage fees can not be assigned until after a minimum of 6 hours of storage, which begins when the car enters the storage facility, or "gate" per Tyler -- who claims he can charge this the moment the car is hooked up to the tow truck. I doubt the car made it 13 miles in 9 minutes, so according the the timeline, we were charged an additional day of storage fees. We were also charged an administrative fee, which is illegal until after 48 hours. The car was in their facility for less than 12 hours. A gate fee was also charged, which is illegal in this district. As this was an illegal tow in the first place, really no fees should be allowed; however, I am an honest human being and apparently we did state we would come get the vehicle immediately after being told the car was towed and instead got held up with the HOA/resort attempting to sort this situation out. Hopefully, we can sort this out with filing formal complaints with FLHSMV, the FL Attorney General, and Osceola county.

I want to give this company 5 stars, but I especially want to highlight the work of Chris F. He was professional, friendly, and very careful. My car is very low, and I was worried about the bumper getting damaged, but he explained everything he was going to do and took his time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about the customer. I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended

After 2 other towing companies failed to be able to tow my vehicle. I called Boltons and was reassured they could safely get my car to the dealership with no damage and would be to me in 30 minutes. Joe arrived within the time frame I was told and had my vehicle on the flatbed with ease. When he arrived to the dealership he even sent me a picture of my car to assure me it had made it there safely!!! I know who I will call for any of my towing needs in the future! Thank you!!

I have a rare car with alot invested into it so when it comes to tows and who to use naturally I was nervous. Called Boltons which by the way I was referred by another towing company, and they were very nice on the phone gave me the estimate right away and had my tow driver to my location in less than 30mins. The gentleman I met today his name was Joe. This guy was a class act with the personality to match . He kept me at ease when I informed him about my car and my expectations. I was amazed by his professionalism and skill when it came to transportation of a lowered vehicle. This guy takes pride in his job and provides a great service while doing so When you need a Tow call Boltons and ask for Joe!!!

In the unfortunate moments you need a tow, Boltons is fast and reliable! Got to us quick and took great care of our car. Used every precaution for security!

Unfortunate towing due to HOA unclear changes but that had nothing to do with how GREAT Chris F service was he maintained great communications from when he picked up to when he dropped off my car. He was very pleasant to speak with and made the process smooth and stress free ! If I ever need the service again, I’ll be sure to ask if Chris is available !

My car just broke down just south of Groveland. Called up Bolton’s and they came out very quickly. Joe got my car hooked up and home quickly and without damage. My car is lowered. I was elated to see them take the time to use wood planks to make sure my bumpers and exhaust didn’t scrape. Thank you Joe for your help!

My car wouldn’t start tonight. Figured it was the battery, so I tried to jump it. Left it connected to the other car for 10 minutes and it wouldn’t turn over. So I had to call for a tow. Joe came out. He asked me what the problem was and I told him. Instead of towing me, he brought out a powerful battery charger and started it right up. Instead of charging a lot more to tow it a longer way, he saved me money. I not only appreciate his willingness to save me money, he had a great attitude. He showed up, all smiles, and totally pleasant. (This is huge for me as it was 9:30 at night and many people wouldn’t be too happy about having to step away from their families to take a call.) Professionalism and courtesy. It was the best I could have hoped for. They’re my go to people from here on out.

The passenger tire and rim just came off while my son was driving. He was stuck in the mudslide the road, less than a mile from home. After calling other towing companies, Boltons’s was fair in price and was there within 1/2 hour. Joe was caring and had him out of the middle of the road quickly. Joe was professional, helpful and understanding. Thank you Joe. I definitely hope you don’t need a tow truck, but if you do, Bolton‘s towing service is the way to go.

This is a predatory Tow company. That targets semi trucks. My truck was towed 15 minutes after parking it while I was at Publix. There is no signage specifically saying no semis as well as I spoke to the manager of Publix who is unaware of the no semi rule. By the way they left the box trucks, fire truck and towed the two bobtail truck. Owner operator. Kevin admitted on camera that they target semis not the drivers and they don’t have to put up signs that says no semis. I beg to differ. As you told the other guy to take you to civil court. I welcome the honor buddy. I’m at the liberty to hold you responsible to do better.

Chris F from Bolton's towing was very professional and detailed on the towing process. My daughter vehicle needed towing to the dealership and Chris made my daughter and I feel at ease about towing her vehicle and he walked us through the entire towing process. AWESOME FAST SERVICE; I recently got into accident and after calling Boltons they were on the scene within 20 minutes and had me home by 10.
