I would to like to let everyone know how nice the young lady named Jacqueline was when helping with my wiper blades. She took interest in helping me find the proper ones and showed me many options and explained the differences. I will tell all my friends to come see her

This store is great, They most always have the part I'm needing, if not they can get it from warehouse and have it by morning. They also are a PBE paint body & equipment supply, which is what i do for a living, so I can find top brands like 3M, SEM, American tape, Hutchins, Dynabrade Sanders etc. The store associates are knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. prices aren't bad either

Adrian was amazingly helpful. I brought my parents’ car in after roadside assistance was able to start it. Adrian went right to work. He cleaned the connectors and tested the battery. He then charged the battery to make sure I actually needed a battery and it wasn’t something else. Great fast, friendly service. I highly recommend this store.

I had been fighting with my car for days, and to be honest, my wife was about done hearing about it. I walked in stressed out, greasy, and ready to give up on both the vehicle and possibly my marriage. Then Jesse stepped in like some kind of parts-store guardian angel. I started rambling about weird noises and mystery leaks, and somehow, Jesse translated my nonsense into actual car language. He found the exact parts I needed, explained what went wrong, and even gave me a few tips on how to fix it without destroying everything else in the process. The man didn’t just know his stuff — he taught me stuff. Long story short, the car runs perfectly now. My wife’s happy, I’m a hero again, and I owe it all to Jesse. The guy didn’t just save my vehicle — he saved my marriage. If that’s not worth a raise, I don’t know what is. You can tell Jesse actually cares about customers and takes pride in what he does. He’s patient, smart, and just a genuinely good dude. O’Reilly’s, take care of this man. He’s the reason I’ll keep coming back.

I really appreciated the service from Ryan and Jesse today. They gave me honest advice and assisted me with my sons truck and my wifes car. I had to buy a battery, a headlight, and fix an old battery post. I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person and as a customer. I go out of my way to come to this O'Reillys here on Main St whenever I need parts. I highly recommend you check these guys out. Thank you both for a refreshing experience.

I was so grateful to get my brake lightbulbs installed quickly and professionally. I had bought bulbs at a competitor a few years back and had to go to a mechanic and pay an additional $80 or $90 to get them installed. So impressed with the level of service at the Dunedin O’Reillys. As the assistant manager said, It was “easy peasy.”

Excellent staff and service. Got what I needed and they even installed my new battery for me. Ryan and Jessie were awesome! I will return here for all my parts needs.

I just have to take a moment and share how above and beyond that guys at O’Riley's are, especially Joe. Everytime I go in, I leave with every problem solved. I really had no clue what I was needing to get or handle for the problem I had with the power steering fluid issue I had with my truck. The staff that was there when I went in was incredibly helpful and really gave me wonderful guidance on what I should do and what product I should use.

I will come back to this location just because of the guy that helped me today. Todd made me feel like a valued customer from square one and that’s what really counts in this business because there is an auto part store on almost every corner in Dunedin. I actually liked the guy. He checked my battery and it was in fact bad. I purchased the best one they had in stock. He sold me the battery and put it in for me. He also checked my alternator because I was concerned about it. Checked my starter too. Unfortunately, his co-worker was not so pleasant though. He was actually talking down to Todd in front of me which made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate it. I actually asked Todd outside what the kid’s name was it was Alex. I asked Todd outside is that the manager? Good luck dealing with that Sir. He said no he isn’t. That kid just had an attitude and I will say this if he is in there alone next time I come in I’ll go down the street to Advance. Attitude is key. I wouldn’t doubt it if he is somebody’s nephew. I got that vibe right from the jump. But Todd, thanks man and good luck Sir. You’re a quality employee for this company.

I only go to O’Reilly and this is an example as to why: Went in due to a bad battery. The staff (Mark and Kevin I believe) went above and beyond to stay and change the battery out even after they were closing. The switch out took about 20 minutes longer than anticipated because another employee 4 years ago from the last switch out had over tightened the bolt, making it next to impossible to get out. Thanks again guys for always going above and beyond and delivering top notch customer service!

Excellent location. I was having an automotive issue, and Todd dropped what he was doing to come out in the summer heat and help me. He was very kind, helpful, friendly and professional. I don’t live near this location, but would totally go there again because of the great service.

Was only there to buy some bulbs. Only 2 people were working up front and saw me waiting to pay with the bulbs in my hand, but they were to worried about going in and out of the store to babysit other customers that could obtain they're own part requirements. Another employee walked out from the back, checked something on a clip board behind the counter, and then just walked away again without offering to assist me in checking out. Poor customer service at its finest!

Great Service! The new manager Joe is so kind and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me great advice. The store is well organized and clean. 100% recommend!

Joe went above and beyond with his help, professional, informed, helpful and very pleasant to deal with! Went to O’Reilly in Dunedin May 8, 2023 for wiper blades for moms old Honda. Todd found the correct ones for her model Honda and mounted them for me. Great customer service and a kind man.

Stopped by to get some new windshield wipes for my car. The associate (who I believe his name was Todd) made sure that I had the right ones for my car and offered to put them on for me. I really appreciated him showing me how they went on and even more so when he went the extra mile to find the right ones that fit on my car, even after the hassle the wipers and my car gave him. Great customer service overall!!

These guys are great! I broke down with my children about a mile from their store and they delivered the necessary parts for me to get up and running! Update: 23 August 2020 I found myself needing simple hardware at 752pm on a Sunday night and I'm 10 minutes away from this location. I called and spoke to Ryan and he said he will wait for me! That speaks volumes to me once again! I will call the corporate office to mention my positive experience once again! Thank you Ryan and Oscar!
