Very nice store. There is a large selection batteries. I got a lawn mower battery, UPS battery and a boat battery at the same time.

Visit to store in Dunedin, FL much better than my visit yesterday to the store in New Port Richey, FL Better help willingness to listen and help made me change my previous review!

Thank you Tyler! You are outstanding!. I'm so glad the large retailer with tech services did not sell laptop batteries. They sent me to Batteries Plus, but told me not to let them install the battery - I should buy the battery and come back to let them take 24 hours to install it for me, probably losing my files in the process, but no worries - they could make a back-up for me. Tyler took 10 minutes to open the computer to get the right battery info - it wasn't in stock, but said he would have it in a week or so and could install it for $10. I asked how long it would take. He told me probably 5 minutes longer than he had just taken. I asked about losing files in the process - he said there was no reason that should happen. Tyler called when he had the battery; I only wanted to work with him, so I came in when he was working. As promised, the battery was changed in less than 15 minutes and the computer works fine. No files are missing. I feel so fortunate that Tyler was working that day. He has earned my complete confidence, and I am very grateful for his excellent service.

I had a great experience at Batteries Plus thanks to the outstanding service from Tyler, Kaden, and Jason. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, and they clearly care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the excellent service from their team!

Today, I stopped into Batteries Plus to purchase a flashlight. I am a photographer and needed a particular strength battery for light painting. I found it among the Batteries Plus selection. Great job by representative, Amadeo.

Recently had to have my phone screen replaced. Tyler did a wonderful, quick job for me on the same day as I needed to schedule. He was very kind to deal with & I appreciate his efficiency.

I stopped by the Dunedin store. A gentleman named Mike was so kind and helpful. He was able to fix my phone, which I thought was a lost cause. I will definitely be back.

I want to start by saying a huge thank you to Mike and Todd at the Dunedin store. I was having issues with what I thought was a new battery I had purchased from batteries plus in Brooksville. Mike took the time to not only check the battery but to take additional steps to see why my vehicle would not start. After some testing and removing and cleaning the connectors Mike figure out the issue and my car started right up. Thanks again for the exceptional customer service and getting me back on the road.

Tyler was very helpful and friendly. I went there to to have a screen protector put on my Samsung ultra watch since I broke the screen protector .Tyler was excellent and assisted me on putting on the new screen protector. Excellent customer service.I also had my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra fixed by Tyler in the past.I highly recommend batteries plus bulbs. Thank you 😊 from Todd Neuman.

Todd went above and beyond installing my battery in my Jeep grand Cherokee trail hawk it wasn’t an easy install it’s located under the seat. It was late and getting dark but he did it anyway! Highly recommend the Dunedin Florida location! Thanks again Todd

What a helpful and professional gentleman working here, this morning! Needed a battery for my key fob and was fast and efficient. He also mentioned a sale on windshield wipers, and being that I needed new ones, bought a set. Without asking he put them on for me. What a great experience. Thank you!

I seldom write reviews but Jeremy provided the best customer service I've had in a long time. He made sure my key fob worked after replacing the battery. Then assisted me with a phone holder for my vehicle and offered to install it. 10/31/25.

I came into the store and asked if they could help me change the batteries in my keys. A man named Jeremy took initiative and got the job done. I was impressed with how quick and easy it was. Thanks again for helping me out.

Todd at batteries plus in Dunedin has excellent customer service. I went in looking for help and assistance on finding a product and he was there in one minute, helping with all my questions

Beware: if you have an online order and use the “someone else will pick this up” option..they have a policy that they need to see the physical card. So what's the point of putting in that person's info that will be picking it up to include email ? Why would I have that card if it's not mine? Lazy policy that blindsides people. I won't be coming back, not in the mood for the shenanigans. Employee honestly was cool, besides my issue. Helped me out a bunch. Guess I shouldn't blame the messenger. Can't really separate them though.

The biggest Shout out to Ryan I’ve been looking for a specific battery all day. I went to 12 different stores looking for these batteries. I cut my losses and I googled the battery and I find out there’s a whole battery store!!!!! Called battery supplies plus I call hoping they have it. They had it in stock but only one, but Ryan took the initiative and called another location in Largo and they were able to give me the batteries and even did my windshield wipers while I was there too. amazing customer service! shout out to Ian too at the Largo location even though he collapsed and I had to call the paramedics he helped me with my windshield wipers and getting me those batteries definitely will be coming back. Phenomenal customer service I appreciate all of you Ian please get better soon.

Mike changed my battery and was friendly and careful with my vehicle today September 29th 2025 I went to battery Plus to change my battery, I found a guy named Michael Jackson who was absolutely amazing they honor my warranty and I'm very pleased with it

I love this location, they take care of my every need from batteries and flash lights to even programming my key fobs for my vehicles. All the staff there are great but Jason is my main man.

Batteries Plus, at their previous location on U.S. 19 and at their current location in Dunedin, has been my go-to place for batteries for over 30 years. Tyler was so helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem with my laptop computer battery and in explaining what I was doing incorrectly that caused the problem. He also installed the new battery, which saved me a trip back to the computer store. Will always be a repeat customer for sure!

The staff is amazing! I met 3 separate people there trying to get my iPhone battery and screen replaced. They all went above and beyond to troubleshoot and were very fast, the other company I went to first wanted 3-7 days. The customer service here and knowledgeable staff all around were second to none!!!! Highly recommend!

I met with Jason and he was amazing. I bought a powerwheel for my daughter. I knew it wouldn't start but thought it had to be the battery. So before going home and surprising my daughter with it. I came by batteries plus. I told Jason my issue and he asked if I had it with me. I told him yes. He helped me get it out of my car. We took it inside and he found the issue. Dead battery. He hooked everything up for me and it worked perfectly. Now I am driving home to surprise my little girl with her powerwheel. He absolutely made my day. I highly recommend this place.
