Installed a new battery for my car with very little wait time

There are several Advance Auto parts close to me, but I won't go to any other than the main Street Dunedin location. They have always been helpful and professional! The store is always clean, stocked and organized. Patrick provides great customer service always. I went in today because one of my turn signal bulbs was out. Devin went above and beyond to assist me in finding the correct bulb. Though they are not required to installed the bulb, Devon graciously changed it and I was on my way. He was extremely friendly and set my mind at ease as being in an auto parts store is always super intimidating for me. I hope that both Devin and Patrick can be recognized for their excellence and I will continue to give my business to only this location of Advance Auto.. keep up the great work, guys! 🙂

Five-star service! Bo greeted me immediately when I entered. I needed coolant for a leak & he suggested a short-term fix for free. He prevented me from completely frying my engine-on Christmas Eve no less! I'm so grateful for his courtesy, knowledge, and initiative. I would be happy to give this location future business. I've used this store for years. Sarah is the Greatest ! If it's not in stock she Always finds it & gets it asap. Her knowledge & customer service Outshines all of the other employees.

The service was nice and professional. However, I don't think there are enough people working there as the waiting time for someone to take care of me was a bit too long (over 20 minutes). Despite everything, I intend to use their reliable help again and I recommend this place to everyone.

It’s a nice facility the stores clean you run a 50-50 chance of them having the merchandise on the shelf it just differs from what online says versus what they have in store. Staff isn’t so friendly. They like to make the customer wait or at least that’s the observations. I’ve seen the five or six times I’ve been in the store. I’m sorry it couldn’t be a better pose. Maybe in the future it will be.

I had a battery issue and Keith from Canada was quick to assist with the testing, removal of old battery and replacement of new battery. He also tested my alternator and starter to give me piece of mind. I’m a single mom and had my 3 boys with me. He made the experience efficient and successful. You are lucky to have such an employee! Give him a raise!

This a great neighborhood Auto Parts store. The gentleman was kind enough to help me out with choosing and installing the windshield wiper blades for my car. If you need help with your car and inexpensive this is the place to go.

Wow! Amazing service from Karyn and Devin and Johnathon. I Came in for a battery replacement, It was super busy and they had to change several batteries before they were able to get to mine. All of them were EXTREMELY courteous, professional and FRIENDLY! All the while trying to service regular customers who were buying items, along with the numerous battery changes. A++ experience all around.

I needed a replacement battery for my Hyundai and the crew here was very helpful. The evening crew sold me a Diehard Gold battery which was just right for my vehicle.I took the battery home and installed it. Two days later, I thought I'd stop by the store to double-check the install and Keith was helpful and informed. It seems a terminal connector had a badly corroded bolt which he replaced and he verified the choice of the battery for my vehicle. Excellent info and service and my next stop will be for windshield wipers.

Excellent service! Keith was efficient and so nice. Had friends stranded at the boat launch and needed batteries, he quickly found them and got us on our way!!. The female representative that gave me the refund was also great, sorry I didn't get your name!!!

Got new windshield wipers. The first pair I picked out did not fit, so the woman who was helping me grabbed the Rain X brand. They fit my car perfect and the woman put them on and charged me the same price as the first set I picked out. Was very pleased. Will shop here again.

I just had the best experience I've ever had at AAP and I go to many different stores and I go to them often. The manager on duty, Mary, took the time to quickly dig up old transactions and fix the mistakes of other stores while helping a few other customers in line at the same time! I will be driving out of my way to go to this store.

I have always liked the service here and today drove out of my way to get to this store. However, I was totally disgusted when I walked in. No one, employees nor the customer that I saw walk in with a mask on, was wearing masks. I turned around and walked out. A employee outside smoking, who appeared to be a manager, when asked "don't the employees wear masks?" said he could ask them to put one on. I told him no, that our neighbor just died from covid, I'm not going back in. I will never go back to this store.

Store associate was very attentive to my needs. Call me back in a timely manner. With answers to my questions. I just wished I could remember his name to give him credit.

Just went to this advanced auto to have my battery replaced the old Australian gentlemen was very kind and helpful but don't ever deal with the employee by the name of Frank. Frank was very rude to me and my father and incompetent and unwilling want to do his job even though the computer was saying the warranty was valid but Frank was having problems with the computer and was wanting us to come back tomorrow we asked him to call the manager to have the replacement of the battery approved after we got frustrated of being there 45 minutes because Frank didnt want to do his job....and then we go to walk out the store and he forcefully asked to speak to my father outside and then Frank demanded me to go back in the store which he absolutely had no right to do treating me like im a kid when im an adult. I am very displeased about my experience with Frank and this store i will be taking my buisness elsewhere

Great guys helped me today. They tested my old battery in car. It was only at 8 or 9, & had died out at gas station. My friend helped me & got me to store. The clerk changed out my battery quickly, & I wasn't in a hurry. They were so helpful!

I wish I caught the salesman's name. I'm sorry I didn't. He was extremely helpful with my purchase of new wiper blades and he even put them on for me! He was very nice and we had a great conversation as well. Thank you so much!

Over and over again I find myself coming back to this specific Advanced AutoParts Store. Staff is always knowledgeable and gets me exactly what I need with a positive attitude. I rented a front end service kit to do my tie rods and the process was super simple. They have a ton of other parts available for rent. Pro tip. order online and look for a discount code if possible.

Really helpful. Tested our battery, it was no good. Suggested we call dealer before buying a new one, in case the existing battery was still under warranty. It wasn't, so they put a new in and off we went! Great service by Jack!

Excellent auto parts store.! The store is well organized and stocked. They always have the parts I need. The staff is courteous, efficient, professional and friendly! They offer the best prices I have been able to find. I highly recommend this parts house!

About 3 weeks ago i purchased what i thought was good wipper blades but turned out to be horrible... But i went in today and explained to rich how i spent 50 something already on blades and he took care of everything. New better blades and he installed them for me fast and with a smile.... I will totally make sure i go out of my way to shop here at this location because of rich and his excellent customer service
