Incredible! I felt it was important to leave a POSITIVE review for a very POSITIVE experience. Went in for an engine light in my car.. they checked the code and system related and found a no issue just a loose hose..didn't charge me..something extremely rare in this industry, HONESTY!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Beware! Brought my car here for an oil change. Then went to dealership for work. The oil filter was disintegrating into the housing because Ultimate didn’t replace the oil filter. What a disappointment! Will not return here.

As a woman who isn’t familiar with cars, getting my vehicle serviced can already be an intimidating experience — and unfortunately, my recent visit to Ultimate Auto made it far worse. I was met with disrespectful behavior, including being yelled at, interrupted, and spoken to in a dismissive and defensive tone. No clear explanations were provided about the issues with my car, and my questions were brushed aside. To make matters worse, they do not keep computer records for clients and refused to acknowledge that they had serviced my car just a few months ago. Instead of taking responsibility for a likely oversight, they deflected and offered no real accountability or professionalism. This is especially disheartening because Ultimate Auto is where my grandfather took his car for over 30 years. I wanted to support a business he trusted and valued — but I did not receive the same level of care or respect. I’m incredibly disappointed with how I was treated and will not be returning. I also want to caution other women in the area who may consider bringing their car here, as my experience was not only frustrating but deeply upsetting.

Managers and owners are the worst and I have dash cam of a manager older crappy attitude damaging my car. Wonder if I should file a police report since he was not working on car and only went out there to get my car. Ten minutes later and my tow in to a dealership and they said my brake Line was cut. Yeah It’s them

Jim and Ryan were amazing. Got me in quickly during a busy time since my daughter was only in town for a few days from college. Stand-up mechanics, didn’t try to sell me extras or over-charge. I really appreciated their help during a difficult time while my husband is recovering from surgery.

It was a good price and they got the job done but everytime they broke more and more when I fixed my engine mounts they somehow cut a hole in my power steering tube and the othere things I fixed there was just more and more broken

Got an outrageous estimate for repair at Auto Nation just down the road. I then called Ultimate Auto service and spoke with Mike, he right away told me the approx. cost which was less then half of the price of auto nation. Had the car towed over on a Saturday and the work was finished by closing time. I spoke with 3 employees while I was waiting in the office, they were all very friendly and most helpful. I would highly recommend this place for car service. They seemed hard working and honest with fair prices. Thank you for the great service

I went to Ultimate Auto Service because a friend of mine recommend them. Pep Boys had told me my right front engine mount needed replacing and I wanted a second opinion. The mounts were inspected and were fine. They also told me my check engine light was on because my gas cap was loose. There was no charge for the service.

Came in right before closing today with a tire issue. Looking to see if I could get added to the schedule for Wednesday (day before July 4th). Service advisor asked " Chris" if he could take care of me before they left for the evening. Chris did indeed get me taken care of . Thanks Chris,I appreciate it.

I’ve been meaning to do this for weeks now, since I brought my 2008 Honda Civic to them with brake lights that wouldn’t turn off. I’d been expecting the worst. Instead, they fixed the problem completely in 15 minutes, and my bill was $20. They could easily have gouged me. In a world where you‘d think there aren’t honest people left, their help nearly brought me to tears. Five stars isn‘t enough; you’d be crazy not to have them take care of your car issues.

This morning, I visited ULTIMATE AUTO SERVICES due to a tire puncture. They provided quick assistance, resolving the issue in just 5 minutes. The cost was $10 for tire plugging. I'll certainly return for any future mechanical or tire issues; they were friendly and professional.

They say they’re replacing parts and don’t actually do it. They also don’t really do tires. They used to be good, and I used to trust them, but the one mechanic who knew what he was doing left. Went there three times to try to get a wobble noise fixed. They charged me an arm and a leg to get my bearings replaced. I went to a retired master technician to be told afterword that they didn’t do any work. I had to go back three times to give them a chance to fix their work. They then tried to fix their problem by replacing my expensive tires that were in good condition with faulty tires. And tried to charge me to get my front two replaced with more garbage tires to fix their problem. the car now has cheaper parts, drives worse than before and I have to spend twice as much to get it repaired at another location just to feel safe enough to drive it. Avoid at all costs.

We seem to have a random car issue every 6 months…Thanks Ford. Fortunately Jim’s team at Ultimate Auto seem to give us preferential treatment because we come to them for everything. Now that I think of it, I think they give everyone preferential treatment because everyone that walks into there office gets genuine and quick support. They have a great, honest, and diligent team here in Lake Worth and more importantly you can trust that you’re in good hands. You will not regret your decision to have work done here, versus a local dealership.

I am running late for appointments walk out to my truck to hear air leaking out of one of my tires. Just moving to the area I did not know where to go, so at first I went to Goodyear where I was treated just like a number. For a simple tire plug I was told it would be $60 and a 3 hour wait. With air leaking out of my tire, I went across the street which seemed way busier. A gentleman walked into the waiting room sweating (you could tell he was busy) and asked what my problem was. I let him know the issue he said “no problem, pull it around I’ll get you handled right away.” The gentleman Johnny stopped what he was doing, took five minutes to get me back on the road and the price was beyond fair. Such a good feeling to support a mom and pop shop that treats you like family. I found my new local mechanic! Highly recommended.

Finally needed to review after they did an emergency repair in one day when I needed car for a planned vacation. Highly recommend!

My 16yo son got a nail in his tire and went to some other place that tried to rip him off. I sent him here and these guys not only fixed it immediately they did it for $10. At that point, they had me for life. Great experience every time we go. Very fair, very genuine, and the repairs are done quickly and correctly. Highly recommend!

I came here for the first time with a Sunday appointment October 1st, 2017. What Excellent Customer service, great mechanics and Dusty is Awesome! The job was done as promised within a few hour's, before any work was done, they called you with an estimate to proceed. Great prices and I will definitely have all my auto repairs done here!
