I was in a pinch and called multiple companies, but Premier 1 was the only one who even answered on a Saturday morning. My tow took a little longer than expected, but Chad was great! The patient dispatcher took multiple calls from me and updated me the entire time. Once Chad arrived he looked at my car and gave his best opinion on damage from hitting a curb (resulting in a popped tire). Super courteous and friendly. Even sent me pictures once my car was delivered to the dealership. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks for the tow, they did a great job. Our Tahoe couldnt be put into neutral, and we had hired 2 previous tow companies and neither had skids or wheel dollies, so they just dragged it. This was the only tow company that took the time to do it the right way and not damage our transmission by dragging it! Thank again.

My slave cylinder went out on my mustang on a Monday morning before heading to work and I couldn't engage my clutch at all to start the car. After finding a transmission shop that would work on it I called Premier 1 Towing to have it towed to the shop. We set an appointment for the next morning and Chad called me multiple times to give me an update on his ETA to my location. He had it loaded onto the flatbed and delivered to the transmission shop within an hour and sent me a picture of the vehicle when it was delivered. Chad was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience and the price of the tow was decent for being 15 miles away from the shop. If I ever need a towing service, I will feel comfortable using Premier 1 Towing again for their services.

Absolutely the best towing service that I have used. This my second time doing business Premier 1 Towing & Recovery, and both experience was performed professionally, fair pricing, notify in a timely manner, and handling of my vehicle was exceptional.

6am on a Saturday and my clutch fails and need to get to a shop, Premier was quick to get a unit dispatched to me and set me up all while not being with the car as I headed to work, within an hour my vehicle was at the auto shop and I had confirmation of every step of the process. So my car broke down on my way home from work. I called these guys the next morning at 6am and Chad picked up on the second ring. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a fair price and a time when my car would be picked up. My car is lowered and he was concerned about scratching my bumper so he brought ramps to load my car safely. What else can I say. Good price and on time. He also sent me a picture of my car loaded up and a call that it was safely dropped off at my mechanic. I hope my cars never break down again but if they do this is the first company I’m calling. Thanks Chad.

I called the company and Chad the owner answered, I told him about the service I needed, to Sell the junk car which was in an accident. He shared how he and the company could assist me and the help they could provide. He was very professional, and I liked that. We agreed. Chad , the tow truck driver was awesome. He arrived on time was very courteous, explained what was going to happen next and called me once my car was delivered to the auto shop. He kept me informed at all times. From my phone call with the dispatch to the delivery of my vehicle to the dealership amazing service. 5 stars all the way.

After spending a couple of hours exhausting options to get my car started, I finally realized I needed a tow. I found Premier online and scheduled them to come pick my car up. But there was a little bit of a mix up when my phone number was improperly recorded. When I called again to confirm the time of arrival, they had the tow truck driver call me right back on the correct phone #. It turns out he had already tried to pick me up 15-20 minutes ago. But because he couldn't find me and didn't have the right phone number to get instructions from me, he left. Once we were able to talk, he immediately turned around and arrived about 10 minutes later. You probably think I should drop a star or two because of the phone number mix-up. But I was more impressed that the guy - who thought he was on his way home from work - turned around and came back for me. To top it off, he was super nice, totally professional and helped me find the key drop-off box at the dealership where my car was towed. I would totally use this service again. I'm sure my phone # mix-up was the exception, not the norm. And it was easily forgiven considering the top-notch service that was eventually provided.

We found Premier 1 through a web search after attempting to first arrange a local tow for a trade in. The first vendor did a price increase on me after calling them back to set an appointment. I immediately chose to try one further from my home and found Premier 1, and particularly saw the 'Veteran Owned' designation and wanted to give them my hopeful business. Chad picked up and demonstrated excellent customer service in explaining the service. He set up a pick up within the hour, with Reggie, the specialist, arriving even sooner that was said. He was professional and customer service oriented, along with a great friendly manner. He quickly set the vehicle (undrivable in the driveway) and was on his way to the lot needed for my trade-in. My car fell to the ground in the middle of the road!! I thought I would of been waiting hours for a tow but they got to my location within 20 minutes!! The driver hooked up my car quickly and also let me ride with him to my mechanic shop. The driver was very polite and professional. This company definitely has high standards and great customer service unlike other companies I’ve dealt with!
