My experience with Lethal Performance was extremely disappointing and misleading. On Dec 18, I requested to cancel my order due to shipping delays. At 9:48 AM, Angelo from Lethal Performance emailed me stating that the cancellation had been requested and that “once it has been cancelled your refund will be processed in about 3–5 business days.” Based on that message, I reasonably relied on the belief that the order was being canceled. Later that same day, I was informed the item had already shipped because tracking information was delayed and not provided to Lethal Performance in time by their supplier. This delay was entirely outside of my control and occurred after I had already been told the cancellation was in progress. Throughout the email chain, I repeatedly asked Lethal Performance to confirm in writing that I would receive a full refund with no deductions, since the shipment occurred due to internal communication delays. That confirmation was never provided. Shane then stated in writing that he would provide a return shipping label, which he did. At no point was I informed that this label would later be charged back to me. Only after the item was returned did Lethal Performance quietly deduct the cost of: • The original outbound shipping (despite shipping being free at checkout), and • The return label that they provided, without disclosing that it would be deducted from my refund. When I questioned the missing funds, I was told that the label “was never said to be covered,” despite the fact that it was issued by Lethal Performance and no cost disclosure was made beforehand. This effectively meant I was told one thing, acted in good faith, and then charged after the fact. This is very shady business practice, and I would strongly steer away from this company.

Man, I've ordered from my share of performance suppliers but I believe none will ever outperform Lethal Performance in terms of quality, service, shipping times, and price. I found them while doing my research and I must admit, the experience doesn't lie.

This company provides very well for their customers. Amazing Communication! I was kind of paranoid a few times so I reached out and called a few times but they never were annoyed I hope. Angelo I believe it was and Matt were amazing and helping me stay updated on delivery times and steps of the process. Smooth Drop off of package. The driver was very professional and kind! very genuine all around. Will trust them with the next order. I ordered a paint match cervini cowl hood.

Very easy to communicate with! I've made four orders so far. Chris W. and Steve G. have been more than helpful with technical questions, as well as helping with orders. I mistakenly ordered two sets of spacers (two sets = eight spacers) when I obviously needed only four. They promptly identified the issue, corrected it, and refunded the extra cost before I even knew what had happened. Lethal Performance is running strong on honesty and professionalism. Thanks to your whole team!

Trash. Placed an order then received an email a hour later saying they needed an extra 400 odd dollars. Rewards system is also trash, $1 spent is 1 point. 2,800 only saves you $14 and they expire.

The team at lethal performance really impressed me. It was easy finding the product I needed and getting it ordered but I got an email that it was out of stock and would be a couple of weeks out. I needed it sooner and let them know and they jumped through hoops getting me taken care of with an alternate product. They made sure I was OK with it and not just ship it. It's when something doesn't go right when you find out what a company is really made of. Thank you!

Disappointed – Missing Parts, Poor Communication, and Zero Accountability! I purchased a Division X fuel rail kit from Lethal Performance, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. First, the kit arrived missing the main fuel hose. Mistakes happen — no problem — I contacted them, and they asked for photos to confirm what I received. Fine. I sent them the pictures as requested. Then, as I went to install the kit (after having my car apart for over a week waiting), I realized they hadn’t included plugs for the two 1/8” ports on top of the fuel rails. Once again, I had to go out of my way and buy my own parts just to complete the install. And it didn’t stop there. The replacement fuel hose they sent me was over 8 inches too long for my make and model, and it looked like something you’d buy off the shelf at Lowe’s — not the clean, braided line with pre-installed fittings shown on their website. The cut was crooked and sloppy, and it felt like a total afterthought. Despite all of this, Lethal Performance never once apologized. Their tone was dismissive, almost like I was the problem for pointing out their errors. They even had the nerve to tell me that I had received everything — despite photo proof and an email chain that clearly shows otherwise. I’m not one to leave negative reviews lightly, but this level of carelessness and lack of accountability deserves to be called out. If anyone wants to dispute what I’ve said, I have the full email chain and documentation to back it up. Buy elsewhere if you expect complete parts, decent customer service, or any level of professionalism. (VMP is no better either)

I placed a $13,000 order on November 21, 2024, with $10,800 allocated to a single product. This product had a 16-20 week lead time, so I anticipated completion between March 13 and April 10, 2025. 6 weeks behind schedule, on June 3, I reached out for an update, and it was not until July 10 that I was informed the product could not be produced and a refund would be issued. 4 days later, on July 14, I received an email indicating I would receive my funds in 3-5 days. However, on July 17, I was told I needed to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback or dispute, which my bank and business-owning collegues found unusual but assisted me through the process. On August 15, I canceled the bank dispute as it was going nowhere, hoping to resolve the matter directly and requesting the company issue a check for the owed amount. It took over 39 days for the company to provide the refund - this was a fatiguing process and the communication was inedaquate from this vendor. Several days after finally receiving my refund, I received a call from this company alleging I had attempted to receive a double refund via chargeback. I contacted my bank, who explained that the timing of the dispute cancellation had caused some confusion and assured me they were addressing it. I relayed this information to the company but was treated in the most unprofessional manner. This company was NOT double charged and was assured that the bank would remove the dispute immediatley. I was hung-up on, accused of false allegations, and threatened with legal action. The fact is, this company gave me the run-around and held my money for 39 days with no regard as I patiently let them, but when they thought I could possibly have their money for a minute, they became very aggressivly offensive. Throughout this process, my bank, lawyer, and business-owning father all confirmed that I had acted properly and there was no criminal wrongdoing on my part. While I appreciate that the situation was eventually resolved, I was highly disappointed with the significant delay in receiving my refund, the lack of courtesy, the unprofessionalism, and the challenges faced throughout the process. I hope the company can improve the clarity of their refund process and communication with customers more effectively in the future. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to work with this company again.

Second time purchasing from this company with crazy shipping prices both times . Now my item is not in stock and getting drop shipped from the manufacturer and is 3 weeks out , still getting charged $35 to ship when that company does free shipping. Ill buy directly from maximum motorsports website moving foward. Avoid these middle man companies at all cost , buy straight from any manufacturer every chance you get.

Lethal is a fantastic business, with great support folks like Luca and Matt! I'm so glad I went with them. I ordered a Whipple supercharger in red through them for my new F-150, partly because they had a 10% sale on, and I was able to save about a thousand bucks. Unfortunately, Whipple was backlogged with orders, and it took some time for my order to be fulfilled, and I inquired a couple of times with Lethal support. Each time, they were very helpful, and contacted Whipple for updates. Finally, It arrived at my dealer, who were backed up and could only install the supercharger that weekend. I drove to the dealer and we opened the box to find that the supercharger was the standard black instead of the red I ordered. I was crushed! I contacted Lethal support, and they went to work, getting Whipple to OVERNIGHT ship the red supercharger I ordered. I was able to get the dealer to install it that weekend. Thanks to Luca, Matt, and the rest of the folks at Lethal, I'm now a very happy owner of a supercharged F-150. Wow! Check the pictures! Thanks Lethal!

I know when I was calling I was close to closing time and Jake took the time to help me with my FIRST of many orders in the future !! You have a GREAT staff and easy to deal with. Completely unsatisfied with there customer service and logistics. I ordered a part going on 2 weeks ago now. I even paid extra for the two day shipping cause i needed asap and they still have not shipped it nor will they answer my emails on why it has not shipped yet! Extremely upset about the whole ordeal, next ill be contacting the BBB and the state attorney general if they dont answer me or ship my order or refund my money.

Can’t get behind a place that shows in stock then tells you a couple days then tells you weeks to months after it’s already been weeks. Your correct it does not say in stock it shows the price in green misleading you to believe it’s in stock and shows nowhere that it’s backordered or ordered form the manufacturer. Reading through your reviews this is a problem you have frequently so maybe an issue that should be addressed. Once again poor

The very best customer service for a first time shopper. I spent over $6k on several back to back orders of Tilton parts with Lethal and received everything in excellent condition form the mfg! I mean excellent! Lethals price point is unmatched by anyone on the net. They will get all my business hands down the best service and product shipping in the US. Mfg shipped items packed with absolute care the next day! Very pleased and you will be to. Thank you Lethal Team!

I’m giving this place a big fat zero stars for their service. Sometimes, you call a place that specializes in specific parts or even has the experience to provide valuable advice. But today, I was treated like a complete idiot and spoken to in a condescending manner. I was simply asking questions about the size of the wheels and tires I had purchased from them, hoping to get a new set of front wheels and tires, as well as rear tires. All I wanted was for the stance of the car to remain consistent with its current stance, as far as wheel and tire diameter. However, the guy seemed confused about the tire diameter or was simply clueless. He advised me to go call Tire Rack. After experiencing the worst service ever, I decided to do my own research and called back with the correct information only to be put on hold after explaining the situation. In the long run, I’ve spent over $5,000 in the past and I was going to be an easy sale of about $2400 today. It’s important to remember that poor service can cost your company business.

False advertising, would not recommend. Placed an order and was told I had to pay an extra $380 if I wanted it to go through. Apparently it’s the customer’s fault that they have out of date pricing. Would not even work with me at all on pricing the customer service rep on the phone was polite but this was total bs. All I want is the item I ordered at the price price I paid which was listed on the website again not my fault you don’t update pricing until an order comes through what a joke of a company can’t take responsibility for their own mess up.

So in preparation of getting all my parts together for my Supercharger install, I mistakenly ordered the wrong green belt. When it came time to do the install, that's when we noticed it was the wrong size and it was never taken out of the original packaging. When I reached out to make a return I was notified that it was past the 30 day return. Even though I already spoke to someone to exchange for the right size and keep the business with LP. Long story short, I went on Amazon and found the belt I needed MUCH CHEAPER AND NEXT DAY SHIPPING. Amazon $58 > Lethal Performance $74 (LP package arrived several days later) If pricing was competitive I could maybe understand the pettiness but this company overcharges AND petty. Normally when you give a company top of the market price you get top of the market customer service. NOT the case here. Do yourself a favor and just Google any part number you are looking for before pulling the trigger with Lethal Performance.

I've ordered parts from Lethal a few times and in every instance, I've experienced great customer service. I would particularly like to mention Shane Merian who went above and beyond for me to resolve a shipping issue on a damaged product. He certainly made me feel heard and showed genuine concern on resolving my issue.

Good people, excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help me re-place my order just so I wouldn't have to pay for the "Route Protection" service that I bought by accident. They even issued me a custom discount because the coupon I had used expired the day I originally ordered. Their branding is great, and they seem to back that up with service. Recommended.

Another great performance parts company, had done lots of browsing opened an account, created a wishlist and decided to place an order.. the item I purchased was on sale at a unbelievable price. Contacted customer support was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My experience was great ordering was easy ,shipping was fast and well packaged. Had the item I ordered delivered to where I was getting work done to my car which was an authorized dealer for performance parts. So if looking for performance parts for your vehicle I would recommend this company.

Always have the parts I'm looking for, always at a good price, and it shows up within 3 to 4 days after I placed my order can't beat that. I've been buying parts here since 2012 i built a 2012 gt500, 2017 gt350 whippled kit stage 2, 2019 gt 5.0 which is a copy of lethal performance gold member 5.0 and now working on my 2020 gt500.. thanks lethal performance !!

Not everyone knows about the "Nordstrom Experience" but it's exactly what sets Lethal Performance apart. Nordstrom understood that at the end of the day, people shopped prices for the things they bought; shoes, clothes, luggage, etc. So what would take people from being "consumers" to being "fans" of their stores? The answer was simple, yet few companies could pull it off. It is offering more than even excellent customer service. It's providing them with an outstanding experience. Turn the act of buying a pair of shoes into an outstanding experience and not only do you have a customer for life, but a fan. And fans tells others about their experiences. In a business where everyone is trolling for the lowest possible price, Lethal Performance puts the experience first. Then, they'll offer great value on top of it but it's the experience that matters. That's how you go from selling things to being a leader in your category.
