I had such a great experience at Batteries Plus thanks to Buddy! He helped get my child’s phone screen fixed quickly and made the whole process so easy. He was incredibly kind, helpful and easy to talk to. What really stood out was that he even remembered my voice from when I called to make the appointment, that level of attentiveness meant a lot. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS I WOULD! While visiting from New York, I dropped my phone and the screen cracked to a point where 3/4 of the screen was completely white! Having a broken screen in an unfamiliar State with no access to GPS or anything made me feel like I was in a nightmare. After numerous failed calls to other locations, I finally got through to Batteries Plus. I spoke with Spencer who told me they had my screen in stock. When I arrived I met with Spencer and he was absolutely professional and educated in everything going on with my phone and screen. He was even able to fix it for a few seconds by pressing on the screen a certain way LOL. Spencer showed amazing customer service and went step by step with me on everything that will be done to my screen in order for it to be fixed. I went from panicked to completely relaxed in seconds. In less than 30 minutes, my phone was completely fixed with a brand new screen. Spencer saved me from a complete crisis. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area with a broken phone!

Never thought I'd need a dedicated battery store but I did. Before I came to the store, I called Spenser, the manage, answered and spent what I thought was considerable time helping me solve my issue. He seemed to have concern over fully understanding the issue and trying to recommend the best type of batter and size for my situation. I feel confident this issue is solved. Recommend both the store and Spencer for his knowledge and assistance.

I placed an online order for a lawn tractor battery and when I arrived, a gentleman by the name of Buddy helped me. He was very professional and pleasant. He even tested my old battery when I asked just out of curiosity if it was truly dead. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I would shop here again.

I would like to express my thanks to James who was able to replace a battery on my watch. I had taken it to a jewelry repair shop and no one could remove the back of it to get to the battery. James had no problem and said it had a pop up back and not a twist. Thank you for being so knowledgeable.

Great store. The sales rep was funny and knowledgeable... Better experience here than the one in Lake Park.. i hate it had to go to Royal Palm, but it was better than my service in Lake Park. Some reason, they kept canceling my online order, yet i called them and they had the item in stock... so great job ROYAL PALM BEACH AND YOUR ASSOCIATES.

Great store always have what we need in stock, if not will get ASAP usually within 24 hours. Awesome service very knowledgeable can help you with any questions and battery needs. I had a bad experience at the Delray Beach location but happened to be near this location the following day. I must say the experience was like night and day compared to my other encounter. The associate (she said her name is Raquel I believe), was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location a thousand times over just off of her high level of customer service and engagement with me!

Don’t buy batteries from this store. They give you faulty batteries and leave you stranded when your battery is dead. We came to get our battery checked with the warranty we have because the battery keeps dying even though it was a brand new one. The assistant manager with the long hair whose name i believe is Buddy based on other bad reviews on him was just lazy and was making up excuses when it came to inspecting the battery. He had us turn off the car because he was going to inspect it only to not inspect it at the end over some stupid reasons that did not even make sense. Our car wouldn’t turn on anymore after turning it off upon Buddy’s request and we asked him if he can help us jump start so we can get back home but he was like “our car jumper is dead”. How do you own a battery shop but don’t have anything to jump start a car? We had to call our brother who left work to come and jumpstart our car for us in front of Batteries +. We asked him if he can give us a temporary battery for the moment and take our current battery out to inspect because he said he needs to take out the battery to inspect it but he told us he can’t give a temporary battery so we have to go home, take the battery out, and find a way to drop it off to them so he can inspect it. Pure laziness and 0 customer service. We went to another battery plus after dealing with his BS and they were able to help us with everything Buddy said he could not do which shows that he was just pure lazy and that is all.

Dear Batteries Plus Management, I’m writing to file a formal complaint about an unacceptable and deeply troubling experience I had today at your royal palm store. Please run them run them camera back From today. The store manager on duty, who identified himself as Buddy, was not only dismissive and non-compliant when I inquired about phone repair services, but his behavior quickly became inappropriate and offensive. During our interaction, he made a highly unprofessional and personal remark by calling me “fat”—a comment that was both body-shaming and completely out of line. Additionally, Buddy made an unnecessary and racially charged statement, telling me that his girlfriend is “half Black,” which felt like a performative attempt to justify his behavior. The overall tone he used throughout our exchange was condescending and uncomfortable, making it clear that he did not intend to treat me with the respect every customer deserves. I want to be transparent in stating that I have video recordings of this encounter, which I am strongly considering sharing publicly. No customer should ever have to endure this kind of treatment—especially from someone in a managerial position who represents your brand. I’m bringing this matter to your attention in hopes that it will be addressed with the seriousness it warrants. I expect a follow-up regarding any action taken in response to this complaint. Took my watch in for a new battery, which I have done before, only this time a little mishap occurred whilst replacing said battery. The watch band got damaged. The person who was replacing the battery explained the problem and said they had a jeweler that they would take it to for it to be fixed. I was fine with that. I called a few days after to get an update and was told it couldn't be done, as the strap had a unique joining to the watch, which swiveled around to change the bands color. I was told that they would replace the watch and would let me know when to come and get it. Which I did the next day. I had a brand new watch from Brighton, which are not cheap. To me this was above and beyond excellent service.Needless to say I was very surprised ,but over the moon as the watch was a gift, which they did not know. So give this store your business it's well worth while.

I've used Batteries Plus four times in 4 years, and every time they had what I needed and were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Professional people with a very organized store. When I replaced my 8 batteries in my motorhome, they allowed me to bring back the old batteries without a core charge, if I did it the same day. This showed respect for the customer, me, and won my loyalty for any battery needs. Always a pleasure doing business with Batteries Plus!

Hey my fellow riders out there, unfortunately, I had found out about this place because of my dead battery on my bike. I went ahead and googled batteries for my motorcycle near me and batteries and plus popped up. They were open on a Sunday, I called them and spoke to Buddy. He was on point, explained everything I needed to pursue everything, including purchasing on line and picking up the battery at the royal palm beach location. I was in and out of there under 8 minutes with fabulous customer service. Thanks Batteries Plus ???

Came here to get my phone serviced through insurance by T-Mobile, phone is worst than when I brought it in. Face ID disabled after the front screen was replaced, when I told the technician he told me there was nothing he can do now since the claim is closed. I called Apple they didn’t recognize this store as an authorized repair shop. I would stay far away from this place. Also the technician “striped” the screws that hold the screen on so now they stick out. Apple told me that would cause issues.

Bought a battery online because the website said it was in stock at this location. They had no problem accepting my credit card payment, but when I showed up, they said they didn't have my order. Did they bother emailing me at the email address I was forced to disclose when ordering? Nope. Had to get all the way over to the store. Did they offer to order one & send it to me or find another location where it was in stock? Nope. Nada.

Second time here in 3 months but i have been coming here for years. Needed a generator battery and today golf cart battery. Buddy was super helpful on phone so I decided to just go to the store and pick up the battery he said they had in stock for my golf cart. Good prices compared to other stores and just friendly staff. The employees always seem very interested in figuring out how to solve problems customers have. Got my battery and did a core exchange and my golf cart is back up and running. Thanks for the help today fellas!!

Wow, the staff is really helpful and informative, Rachel was very kind to my father and went as far as to carry all of our old batteries and and held the door for us and even assured my father in sitting down. He tend to become confused and repeat himself and she managed to both answer the phone while holding conversations with us both and never spoke down to him, while also telling me about the life time options for our watches and Fobs for our cars. That was very useful since I have a small business reselling cars and have my own collection of American cars. The store was clean and we got what we needed. Thank you again definitely going to you instead of a dealership for programming and battery replacement from now on. Stay blessed.

My daughter broke our family iPad when we needed it most. I brought it here and the service was amazing. Not only was the repair quick and easy but the employees were very informative on the process. Every time I go here, I'm met with kindness and never feel like it unreasonable in price. I highly recommend this shop for repairs and batteries.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting my iPhone screen fixed at this store, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they overcharge me for a simple screen replacement, but they also used low-quality parts that malfunctioned within days. To top it off, they claimed to offer a warranty, but when I went back with the issue, they conveniently disappeared, leaving me with a broken screen and an empty wallet. Avoid this place like the plague!

I broke my phone screen yet again and called first to see if they had a screen in stock. I spoke with Spencer and he was more than helpful from the second I called, to the second I left the store with a new screen. He had wonderful customer service skills! I rarely write reviews, but I really appreciated how welcoming and nice he was. I have been to other electronic repair shops where the workers are not as friendly and are almost rude. I highly recommend this store! Ask for Spencer!
