I've been in here a few times. You could say, I'm a regular. How is it that a person that is never at the store or always hiding in the back is your manager? I only ever see two people when I'm there, the jamaican dude and the blonde lady. The manager has helped me 2 times in over 3 years. I visit about one to two times a week. He is never at the store, and when he is there he's in the back. He only comes up front if there is a big line. He is also very rude to your customers. He has gotten pretty nasty towards someone over a bad battery. Insisting that the car is the problem and complains the entire time he's helping the guy. Your customers deserve knowledge and customer service, not attitude and arrogance. Dude should take notes from the other two that work there. Do better Napa.

Jamie Lee went above and beyond. My husband and I were having issues with our car and she knew exactly what we needed. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel comfortable asking them questions.

Very bad customer service. The big lady behind the register ignored me and went out of her way to be rude for no reason. I guess inwasnt the right color for her.

I called for two 7212 battery’s for our Class A RV , the gentleman told me that the two he had was 2 years old & one was asking for a recharge also he had know way of charging it. Lost sale… absolutely no help headed to Lake Worth

Can we please change the hours on the website?? It’s very inconvenient to think I can make it somewhere in time when I really need something, then to go the opposite direction to go somewhere else because the website tells me different than the actually stores operating hours.

Jamie Lee was my savior! This lovely woman goes out of her way for customers. My map synced fell off and I needed another. I couldn’t start my truck. I walked to her store and because they were out of that part- she drove across the street to buy for me at another auto parts store to get for me so I could get my truck started to leave before it got too dark. She was amazing!

What a truly phenomenal company! Jamie went out of her way to get a new alternator because mine went out and I am over an hour away from home. Unfortunately, they didn't have it and their stores closed within the next 20 minutes! Jamie got it for me after Napa's hours at another retailer and she even went and got it after she got off of work! That... that right there is SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that you CANNOT FIND ANTHER BESIDES PERFORMANCE NAPA! Thank you so much for getting me home to my family at a reasonable hour tonight!

Every time I come here I am reminded why they should always be my first choice. Whenever I stop somewhere else, I'm usually furious and have the wrong parts.

Jamie at Napa Auto was exceptional. I would give 10 stars if I could. She went above and beyond to help get a part my son needed that day. I went to other places first and was told it needed to be a special order. Not only did she locate the part for pick up in 30 minutes but got me a great price. I am definitely going to her first for all our auto needs!

Went in for brake pads that they did not have in stock. Jamie took The time to search nearby locations and even checked a local competitor. She didn’t stop there, she even called them and had them pull them off the shelf for me. awesome customer service.

Gentleman Matt greeted my wife and I at the door. Made us feel comfortable and welcomed into the store. He picked out and fitted my windshield wiper with ease. I can tell he is a family man that wants to help when he can. He might not be out saving the world but he is saving my family from hazards on the road. Napa has always been there for me and really helped me out when it came to getting parts for my truck. I usually always work with Ericka but everyone is always so helpful and kinda. They work hard to find what you need.

Napa in Royal Palm Beach is an amazing store! I had a wonderful staff member named Ericka help me out! She was very kinda and helpful! The store is very organized and clean. I will be coming back when I need to order more parts.

Excellent customer service. I always get a "what can I help you with?" before I take two steps in the door. I've had a couple crisis' with parts for my car over the past year and they've come to the rescue on more than a few occasions.

Great and honest team! Definitely know what they are doing. Good pricing, fast turnaround time in ordering parts. These guys honestly do backflips to make ends meet.

Have been here a few times and I would have gone even more if they weren't closed all the time. Their weekend hours are extremely limited but there are 2 good options right across the street on Okeechobee Blvd. This is a no-frills establishment. If you're looking for friendly smiling faces, this isn't it. If you're looking for parts and to get out quickly, NAPA will meet your needs.

They had what I needed and knowledgeable about products. Inconvenient for not being open on Sundays when most do it yourself guys work on their vehicles

Great staff, great service and knowledgeable people, and being closed on a Sunday just shows that you appreciate the good lord. If anyone has a problem with that then suck it up cry baby go somewhere else.

Friendly staff which gave me what I needed in a few moments and good parts too. I even saw how another customer forgot his wallet there and they held onto it for him. Awesome people.

I went to get a car battery charged and checked but guess what? They don't have a charger! Their only ONE is broken! Cant pull one off the shelf to help customers! Also acted dumb, felling is they are not too bright. I worked for O'Reilly Auto for a few years and this would NEVER happened.
