Reached out to dealer, asking 2 questions. Dealer responded without answering either question. Had to ask a second time just to get a simple answer. Let dealer know I was pre-qualified for vehicle and needed PPI. Dealer ghosted me and then 2 days later sold car from under me to someone else.

I live in Maryland but my search for a very particular Mazda Miata took me to Autoland of West. They had the car that I was searching for and it had low mileage and was in pristine condition for a 2008 Miata. There were tons of photos and Mihai answered any question I threw at him. When I asked for a pre-purchase inspection, there was no problem as I made arrangements with the local Mazda dealership and Mihai drove the vehicle to the appointment. Purchasing the vehicle was easy and Mihai even handled the shipping arrangements. I purchased the vehicle on a Thursday and it was delivered on a Monday. I couldn't be happier. Mihai even sent me an email asking if everything was good with vehicle and delivery. I was always concerned about purchasing a vehicle out of state but Mihai handled it perfectly and I had no trouble at the motor vehicles. Mihai was a top-notch salesman. Thanks.

This dealer went above and beyond taking time to answer questions after hours, on the weekend, and on Labor Day. Ended up getting an Etron shipped from him at a decent price and in good shape. Pictures were accurate as well. Would definitely buy from him again. Communication was fast and clear. Easier to buy from than most large dealerships.

When shopping for a used German car, it can be anxiety-inducing and hard to determine if what you’re seeing online is what you’ll be getting in person. With Autoland of West, this is no concern. I worked directly with Mihai, the owner, when buying my 2018 Audi S5. He was more than professional, gladly answered every question I had, and walked me through the entire process of buying the car sight unseen. The vehicle was well-priced, in excellent physical condition, and had a great history. They even give a discount for performing a PPI, making it essentially free to do so. What kind of dealers you know give you a discount for getting a PPI performed? A real show of great integrity and transparency in my eyes. I would definitely consider purchasing from Mihai and his collection again, and so far the S5 is wonderful, just as described.

NO DEALER FEES!!! IT'S TRUE!!! My wife and I live in Miami, but our "vehicle-search" led us to Autoland Of West which is located more than an hour away in Royal Palm Beach. I literally contacted Mihai at 11:15pm on a Friday night via text message. He responded less than 5 minutes later, regardless of the fact that it was almost midnight on a Friday. His commitment to "No Dealer Fees" is what originally caught my attention. And it's TRUE, he does NOT charge any dealer fees at all!!! We purchased an immaculate 2012 Mercedes E350 Coupe from Mihai. The vehicle was spotless inside and out; tires have plenty of tread, oil recently changed, brake pads look brand new. Our entire sale took less than an hour; Mihai completed all of the paperwork with us in record time including the tag transfer from our previous vehicle. I took a huge Risk by placing an order for a car have never test driven though the price was very affordable and below market value in comparison to South Carolina where I live. I called Autoland of West Inc to enquiry about the car and Mihai attended to me, it was never my intention to negotiate for a car have never test driven but my perception changed due to Mihai professionalism and honest dealings, he made me feel safe and secured about the Car and my hard earned money. What an amazing experience with Mihai and what an fantastic car. It was like a VIP concierge experience from start to finish. From having 50+ high res photos of every angle of the car inside and out for review before we visited, to meeting us on the weekend twice to see the car and then pick it up, it was truly the best car buying experience I've had in 40 years. We bought a 2021 Kia Forte GT in beautiful condition and just love the car. It seems they really find primo cars to sell because I notice all of them were in really good shape (and BA too). The purchase, paperwork and whole experience was very pleasant. We joined Mihai in his office and even met a couple members of the family. :) No pressure, just working together through the paperwork after decided we really couldn't walk away from that beautiful car. I honestly don't plan on ever buying a car again at a regular dealership...dealing with the salesmen, the manager, the finance guy, the back and forth and the waiting... Never again. When it's time for us to get another one, I will check with Mihai first to see what he's got. WOWWWW we love it! The Volvo was delivered to our door EXACTLY as promises! It is clean, runs great all around. The brakes are amazing, transmission is on point. This guy does not sell junkers. 5 stars across the board. When it comes time to buy another vehicle, this is the dealership to buy from!

We had a great out-of-state car buying experience with this family-owned business! Mihai was very prompt in answering any texts or phone calls and was very honest about the car we were buying so that there were no surprises when we got there! He even had his dent removal guy take out a dent before we got there which was just extra gracious! Our flight was delayed and we needed to get our rental returned so only had 1 hour to test drive, sign papers, and return it and he helped make it happen. Never have purchased a car in 10 minutes with no pressure to buy extra warranties! You will not be disappointed either if you buy a vehicle from Autoland of West!!

When I started car shopping, I didn't plan to buy a car sight-unseen from a small dealership in Florida and have it shipped two states away, but I'm so glad I did. I got exactly the used car I was in the market for, in amazing shape, for a great price. When I contacted Mihai about the Prius, he immediately gave me a thorough video tour and even took me on a FaceTime "test drive." I was still nervous about buying a car sight unseen, so I arranged for a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby mechanic, which Mihai easily obliged to. He dropped the car off at the mechanic and picked it back up. When the inspection came back clean and I decided to move forward with purchasing, Mihai quickly got the paperwork together and was available to answer all of my questions. The pricing was so straightforward and fair I almost couldn't believe it--local dealerships had been trying to sell me extremely similar vehicles for thousands of dollars more. He arranged the shipping, and I had the car in my driveway less than a week after he received my payment. It was in even BETTER shape than I expected--it literally looked new on the inside. I've been driving my new-old Prius for about a month and am incredibly satisfied with the entire experience I had with Mihai and Autoland of West! The purchase of Range Rover was an exceptional experience, and the one that I would gladly go through again, possibly in the next few years, when I get ready for another fancy car. There were literally 100 of high quality photos, documenting all relevant details on the SUV, as well as the virtual video walk-around tour. The owner gladly provided a little bit of a history of the car, in addition to Carfax, and that, together with an open honest communication over the phone and text, assured me that I am at the right place to do business. The owner worked the magic to find a local driver to transport the car all the way to Pacific NorthWest, literally across the whole US, for a reasonable price. Trust me, that was not an easy task in pandemic times, as I tried on my own, unsuccessfully. Even after the car was delivered-in record time, nonetheless, he was following up with me on the condition of the car and inquiring about my overall satisfaction with it. Mihai is THE REAL DEAL. I was very hesitant buying a car sight unseen and getting it shipped from Florida to Massachusetts. 120 High-Res photos and a bunch of emails and texts back and forth I felt good about my decision. Mihai took care of all the details and helped with the paperwork. My car was delivered a week ago. I received a text yesterday from Mihai sending me a picture of a new door handle for one that was damaged. He was sending that to me after the sale !
