I got my car towed from the auto shop to my house yesterday and the person that towed my car. His name was Skyler. He was amazing. He gave me a reasonable price. I will forever get my car towed by them and only them thank you Tows R Us.

These guys are incredible. I had a flat this morning on my way to an appointment- I was panicking and thought I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed today (due to it being Saturday). Despite my worries, he came with the tow in not even 10 minutes and immediately helped me to the auto spa. It really felt like a blessing. These guys saved my weekend and did it in a flash. Amazing company. Thank you so much.
Had a great experience with them today. Provided a low quote and stuck to it for a 30 mile tow outside their normal range. Operator was super knowledgeable, quick, and had a great attitude. To anyone in a pinch, I would recommend them as a solid company to trust!

2 other tow trucks 3 hours no chance they gave up. This guy Jay took less than 15 mins and manhandled the truck. Dug it out of ditch with some smooth experienced work. Don’t call anyone else but them‼️
Called Tows R Us after my insurance tried to get me 2 different companies to come out. In the meantime I called Tows R Us. I spoke to a young man (Travis I believe) who was checking with father, and we later discussed this was a family business. He called me back with a very reasonable rate for my out of pocket expense for an 4 wheel all time drive AND the boat I was towing. A minute before he called I had the 3rd and final tow company assigned by my insurance. They were paid for the car and charged me for the boat. It was a couple bucks more than Tows R Us was quoting me for BOTH truck and boat out of pocket. I didn't use them this time, but I made sure to save them for ANY AND ALL future needs, I'm sure there will be another time. You can go wrong with Tows R Us from my limited experience and the reviews. Seems like they are one of the few tow companies that are reasonable and professional. The other two companies I called where rude and not the 'finest' (hint hint) as they claim to be. Tows R Us is the way to go hands down!
Big J came and picked my care up from the shop and delivered it in a timely manner! He was professional and did an outstanding job! Prices are what towing prices SHOULD be! Definitely recommend!

The best towing company out there. Jonathan is a great professional driver. Said they will send a flat bed truck in 30 minutes and the guy showed up in 15 minutes. Best price around. Only company i use and trust!

Robert was awesome! My car is a little lower to the ground than most and he showed up with a flat bed and ramps and was able to get my car up without any bumper damage at all.
This is the only company that came through in my time of need. Big shout out to BIG JAY, for not only being honest about his timing and not having me wait all day and night without updates. He came through and did everything that was expected and then some. When you are faced with this type of problem, you need a company that you can trust AND DELIVER! BEWARE: Extremely aggressive and dangerous driver!! This is the SECOND time I have seen this tow truck aggressively driving on Southern Boulevard. Driver tailgates, speeds, and intimidates on the road. I would not advise doing business with this company. Go look at their one star reviews, someone else can testify to their reckless driving.

These guys are amazing. Had 2 tires and rims damaged as a result of hitting corner of road. Called AAA, they came 3 hours later and refused to tow because they said front of car too too low to pull on truck. Then called Tows R Us. They arrived within 30 mins. Easily pulled the car up on tow truck with no difficulty. Drove it to my home. Charge was very reasonable. Service friendly was beyond excellent.
I drove our vehicle over our tow dolly and tows r us were there when they said they would be and they were very friendly and professional. They were very careful to lift our car up and placed it on the dolly and did not damage anything and even helped us to tie it securely in place. We are so thankful.
