Good customer service, really like the old world charm inside the store. Belts hanging from the rafters. Small isle of merchandise, just like in a movie in the 50's.
Today my wife and i did two orders for in store pick up. Upon arrival to the store we were informed the part for first order was still not available although it was supposed to be available to us today. What makes matters worse is that they did not have any of the parts from the second order and as a result had to send us to another store. We were also informed they would take 3 to 5 days to refund the purchase they could not pocess. To make matters worse we find out that we may not even get the part that they could provide until tomorrow morning at 10am "depending on which shuttle the part was on", which is well after the appointment we have to get our car serviced. Meaning we are not only missing money we need for repairs, we are going to be forced to be without our car until we can get scheduled for the repairs again. This is our first time doing busniess with NAPA and it has been a struggle to say the least.
Awesome staff. Had an issue with my battery at another location and they stepped up to the plate here. Quick accurate service. Could not be happier. Thanks everyone!
NAPA Auto Parts is a very nice auto parts store that have a variety of items for your vehicle they are very professional there and they tried to go over and Beyond to help you in any way that they can and their prices is very moderate and I love the organization of the store whatever you were looking for it's very easy to find and that is definitely a plus for me as well as customer service which I am very adamant about that because that's what makes a business and hope customers will keep coming back.
Service here is friendly and fast. Being a female, it is awkward going into automotive places sometimes if you are not sure of what you need. Jason fixed my issues. The entire staff is helpful and the services are quick and fair priced. Thank you!
*** Just visited this place again this morning in a rush on my way to work. Woke up to a dead battery and pulled into here and Bill and Jason had my battery changed and on the road in about 30 minutes. My warranty for my previous battery kicked in as well and so I owed practically nothing. Makes for a great morning! Thank you!

This store on Avenue E is like an old fashioned auto parts store from 50 years ago. They have parts to repair old classic and antique cars, all the way up to brand new Hi-Tech electronic cars. All of their work staff is very knowledgeable and we'll go out of their way to help you with anything you need.
Went in to get a bulb for a burnt out brake light. They were kind enough to offer to replace the bulb right then. Where do you get such friendly & helpful customer service? Only at this NAPA!
I’m in and out of this store all week long and never had a problem getting the right part the first time and hardly ever wait 15 min but if thay are busy thay take the time to serve you the right parts and not just get you out the door and I get parts for cars trucks and heavy equip Dave EastCoast underground
