This is by far the best O’Reilly’s I’ve ever been to and as someone who’s traveled across this nation and visited many, I can say that. The people here are 10 stars the prices were cheaper than auto zone by half and the store was clean. Stop by and ask for Erica she’ll get you whatever you need to have, help you and be more than happy to do it. She saved my family today. Lots of love The Queen

Yovanni has the worst customer service. Especially for a commercial account holder who spends quality dollars year around. The experience o just received was distasteful. Not only did he confirm that he had a part but to be on your own cellar device taking personal calls while the store has multiple customers is beyond me. Do better!!!

I had a great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Alex. He was very helpful and added fluid to my car. He also noticed some bubbling after the fluid went in and recommended I have a mechanic take a look. I really appreciate his attention to detail—it may have helped me avoid more serious damage. Sitting at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Am visiting Florida and maintenance light came on. Have FIXD which told me "low power sully malfunction. Car runs fine but asked the great valets what they thought amd they told me go to O' Reilly as they will diagnose. A bit nervous pulled in and gave the assistant manager Alex Oricy (shout out to the C Suite) who understood and had me open hood for his assisyant to check things out. Both the alternator and battery were great (no false selling) and Alex even printed out service advice and recommended me to a local mechanic. The company and its Riviera Beach staff are superb. Keep up the good work and a gold star pleade for Alex.

Alex was amazing at being helpful with checking why my Engine light was on and I can tell was completely honest and would not lie like typical mechanics trying to nickle and dime you! And Alex did not charge me for the service and did it for a Smile! I always go to Oreilys for my auto needs and I strongly suggest this location! :)

Michael was very helpful at this location. I went in for a windshield wiper, he guided me to the right fit and installed it in less than 5 minutes.

Very disappointing experience this evening, my vehicle wouldn’t crank up and I had to get a jump start while being an hour away from home. I stopped by this location being the closest to me in attempt to have my battery tested. Once I walked in it felt as if I was bothering the employee upfront. I asked him if I could get my battery checked and he stated “we don’t do that at this time” before dismissing the conversation. I proceeded to ask if this was the only store that wouldn’t do this at this time or if it was a corporate thing, to which he would respond “I don’t know about other stores, we close in 30 minutes so we’re not going to do it”. It was 8:29pm, the guy seemed to want to take the trash out instead of helping out a customer in need, and possibly make a sale on a battery. I will never step foot in an oreilys again and instead take my business elsewhere. I will be getting the employees name tomorrow and will contact corporate regarding this.

Latasha at this location was absolutely amazing! We went in to get our battery tested to see if it was the alternator (unfortunately it was) but she was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this location!

I spoke with one of the employees there before I arrived, and asked for specific parts. The person said that they were in stock, and that they'll be at the front counter. When I arrived, the store didn't have the parts, and no one took responsibility for the information that was given to me.

After leaving the Honda dealership, Walmart(lake park), advanced auto(lake park), and speaking to all MEN about specific clips I needed with no avail, I decided to go to O'Reilly on blue heron and thank God I did. From the time I entered the store and received the most welcoming greeting Latasha made it her business to assist me with all my needs. She was patient, kind and went above and beyond to make sure my car needs were met. Not only will I return to this store for all of my car service needs but I'll recommend any and everyone to do the same. If there was a ranking higher than 10 and a star rating higher that 5 Latasha definitely earned it. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a battery said it was going to be there on Saturday 9/2 @ 7:30. Showed up to pick it up Saturday at 9 and it didn’t show up and it was coming on the later truck. Said they were going to call me when battery came in. Since I never heard from anyone I went in on 9/6 to pick up battery and Carlos the store manager said he sent battery back because i never picked it up. He stated It’s their policy to return after 5 days. Even though today was day 4. Worst customer service , manager actually said “ why didn’t you prepay if you needed it “ because the guy who ordered it wouldn’t let me. Said “ you pay when you pick it up.” I’ll take my $ somewhere else. Will never step into another O’Reiily’s again.

These guys gave me a really comfortable experience man, helpful over the phone, Helped me find my Rotor Size and went the extra mile to look up each model on my car. Honestly couldn’t believe how easy they made it.

I went about 8:30 to get a new battery for my boat, I called and said I might be there at 8:45, Tyler was very happy to help even that late. He checked the battery type and was very knowledgeable and prompt. On the way the police blocked the road to the store, as there was an accident. I called Floyd was also helpful and described an alternative route. Bottom line both were professional, genuinely nice a rare combination nowadays, wish all service personnel are like them. If you need parts, go to Tyler and Floyd

My first visit and it was excellent service. The store was very clean and easy to move around. I was assisted by Matt of whom was very nice, patients, respectful and understanding. I truly appreciated his attitude as it was the holiday weekend and they appeared to have been working short staff, the two gentlemen had everything covered. Real pro's. Thank you Matt!

I purchased a battery from them, and the guy assured me multiple times that this was the correct battery for my motorcycle. Not even 24 hours later the positive cell was melted, and my bike cut off mid ride as I was traveling at a speed of 46mph in traffic. Luckily i wasn't involved in an accident, but they would not give me any refund as clearly their battery was terrible to begin with as far as the capacity goes. Before I even explained in detail what happened, the two men at the desk were already saying nope theres something wrong with my electrical system, and wouldn't give me a refund or anything. I purchased my next battery from Autozone hours later, and since then my bike has been running perfectly. This place is definitely not one to be recommended, and giving out bad equipment is a terrible harm to not only myself, but other drivers on the roadways around me. I just am grateful that I'm still alive after an incident like this occurred. Please be careful when purchasing any equipment from this store. That money saving isn't worth your life or others, so get your batteries from another company. Never have I had anything like this happen before with any carrier I get my equipment from over the years.

I wss previously sold the wrong size battery, but when I went in today I was very pleased at the professionalism and courtesy of both Freddy and the manager (sorry didn't get his name). They took care of this and righted the situation immediately. Thank you Freddy! And thanks to the manager as well!

Stopped by to have codes ran on my ‘06 TL, due to check engine light coming on. The gentleman who helped me (I believe he was the manager) came outside, pulled the codes, and told me that there was an issue with my catalytic converter. However, he checked and saw that there was a recall, so Acura will have to fix it for free! Great customer service. Thank you.

After having employees order the wrong battery twice for my hybrid from Advanced Auto Parts down the street, I went in to O'Reilly's once and they provided me with the correct battery and installed it for me. They were incredibly helpful and the entire staff was so nice. You have definitely gained a customer from me!
