I needed a rear crossmember for my car. Parts Depot! had the lowest price I had seen so far. I called to determine if it was the right fit for my make and model. Customer service was friendly and extremely helpful. It turned out that the part was too large to ship and required an in person pickup. However, In less than a minute, he found the same part, at the same price point, 5 miles from my current location. I am so grateful he took the time to help me out. I highly reccomend giving Parts Depot! your business.
This guy is not dependable bad business policies like agreeing to ship your part ups and then to save money wants to ship USPS over 14.00 in price difference. I explained USPS did not do home delivery in the area . He agreed to ups. Sent him 197.67 on 15th on 20th requested cancel order no shipping was provided. Created label ups never received item. Money refunded on 22nd ordered same part forty dollars cheaper and part was shipped same day.
Do yourself a favor and buy your parts elsewhere id give no stars if possible.. JC
Terrible Place Of Business!!!!!!!! You spend Your Hard earned money with them just for them to Lie about your orders. They Don’t answer your calls once they figure out it’s you that’s calling , about a part you spent your money on that they’re website promises and promotes honest free reliable shipping on .
Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service , they have the same exact guy who answers the phone . & he started Fowarding all my calls after I spent my money with them … 0/10 place to do business with !!!!!!!!!
SCAM BEWARE!!! So I ordered a part on Feb 13th 2026 was told my part would ship out Monday and I paid an additional $200 for next day shipping so my part was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. I called Monday to see if my part had shipped and was told there was a delay and my part was going to ship out on Tuesday by 11am and would arrive by Wednesday well the part didn't show up on Wednesday either and what's really alarming to me is that when I call from my phone it says their number is disconnected I call from someone else's phone and the call goes through once they realize it's me trying to find out where my part is they hang up on me and that's where I'm at right now and I'm finding scam warnings all over the internet now about the place so yeah I believe I just got beat for $417 yeah I'm filing a dispute with my bank for fraudulent charges but that doesn't help me at the moment if you don't want the same experience I suggest you buy your part somewhere else this place is going to rob you guaranteed.

You lied to me when you told me you had a good one after pulling 3 and it was shipping out Tuesday at 11am. Not to mention your website listing says ready to ship and has pictures as if you have the part sitting on a shelf. I know this. I will never use you again and judging by the other reviews on your profile this is how you operate on a daily basis.
Ordered the passenger side head for a 18 Ram. They sent me the wrong head. I got in contact with Luke and he said they would ship the right head Tuesday December 22. I still haven’t received the right part and I’ve tried contacting them to confirm the shipping of the right part and they have ignored calls and text messages. They haven’t returned text or calls about sending me the right part. We confirmed the part from the beginning of the process through text message.as you can see in the photos I ordered the rh cylinder head and they sent me the driver side head. They aren’t gonna like the out come of dodging doing the right thing. They will lose more than just the $270 they took from me. DONT BUY PARTS FROM PARTS DEPOT! Believe the reviews

Bruh what a scam I order part they created a label and nothing after.( this is a fraud) I tried messaging and emailing them trying to get an eta. On my part but they never responded. Don't not give them your money. This company is a joke.
Beware of Parts Depot’s (Fraud Warning) I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Parts Depot is disappointing and I feel obligated to warn other potential customers or business that intend on doing any transactions at all. This is, without question, one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful businesses I’ve ever encountered. What stood out most was their total lack of professionalism, and rude behavior. There are plenty of auto parts businesses out there that actually care about their reputation. Sadly, Parts Depot is not one of them and write this review as a warning to other to stay away or you will get burned. I suggest everyone to look elsewhere if they want a reliable, respectful, and professional experience.
Got the part I needed in less than a week, my 2013 focus works great now, I was a little sketched with the website, but I called the customer support and spoke to a real person that helped me get the correct power steering rack for my car.
