If I could give this collision repair shop "0" stars, I would. I brought my Jeep to Wreckcovery Collision Center based on a referral, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I trusted Wreckcovery Collision Center to paint the hood of my show vehicle, and the results were unacceptable from the very beginning. On the day of delivery, I immediately noticed uneven areas in the paint, inconsistent coverage, and the paint didn't match my Jeeps original paint color. I voiced my concerns right away. The owner came outside, looked at the hood, and tried to ease my mind by saying that “silver is a hard color to match 100%.” He also said other shops would tell me the same thing. So, I took my Jeep to four other collision centers, and this is what they found • Visible imperfections in the paint finish - shadow blotches • Inconsistent texture and coverage • Areas that required sanding and repainting to correct ** Color did not match Because of these deficiencies, I will have to invest in having the work redone properly by another shop. From that point on, I continued calling Wreckcovery Collision Center—not for free work, not to take advantage—but simply to get the paint corrected the right way. I wasn’t asking for compensation or a refund, just accountability and fairness. Weeks went by with no response. When I finally spoke with the painter's wife, she refused to hear my concerns, she basically said, "you got what you paid for" and hung up the phone on us. That type of treatment from Wreckcovery Collision Center was unprofessional, unnecessary, and very disappointing. Because of their lack of follow-up, I had no choice but to take my Jeep to another painter to correct the hood. Now Wreckcovery Collision Center refuses to make it right, even though the issue was caused by their own poor workmanship. All I asked for was a simple credit toward future work—nothing more. I genuinely feel that Wreckcovery Collision Center took advantage of me because I’m a woman, assuming I wouldn’t know the difference or push back. That’s hurtful, unethical, and completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is that Wreckcovery Collision Center has excuses for other paint issues on my vehicle as well—but those OTHER vendors stepped up and fixed their mistakes at no additional charge. Meanwhile, Wreckcovery Collision Center claims they are “at a loss” for a price they set. How is that my problem as the customer? If the painter required the Jeep to be physically present during painting, Wreckcovery Collision Center should have said that. They only asked for the VIN number to match the paint. The hood was not painted correctly—plain and simple. Wreckcovery Collision Center should have taken responsibility or at least offered to fix it. It honestly makes me sad that I have to go public with this warning, especially since Wreckcovery Collision Center is in our circle of acquaintances. But customers deserve honesty. It’s unfair and unethical to treat people this way. When a company sets the price, they should stand behind their work—not ignore calls, not blame the customer, not hang up the phone, and definitely not dismiss concerns because they think someone won’t fight back. I’m leaving this review because I’m genuinely concerned for others who trust Wreckcovery Collision Center expecting professionalism, accountability, and quality work. Sadly, that is not what I received. Lastly, this has resulted in additional, unexpected expenses for me—expenses that would not exist had the job been performed correctly the first time. I do not have a problem paying for good work and I'm certainly not looking for freebies... just accountability!

Ridiculous customer service. A woman claiming to be the owner’s wife called to “apologize” for the work they did on our vehicle, and in the same breath told us they stand behind their work… unless they decide they didn’t make enough money on your job. She then ended the conversation by hanging up on the customer — right after informing us they wouldn’t be fixing their own mistake. This is the level of professionalism you can expect.

We brought our Jeep to this company to have the hood painted, based on a referral from another business owner — so naturally, we trusted we’d be in good hands. They charged $500 for the job, and within five minutes of picking it up, my wife immediately noticed what anyone with eyes could clearly see: the paint didn’t match. Not even close. There were at least 7 dark shadow blotches where other painters said there wasn't enough paint coating. When we pointed this out, the owner came outside and explained how “hard” it is to match silver, then suggested we take it to other shops for opinions. So we did. Four professional paint shops looked at it, and every single one said the same thing: the job was unacceptable. One painter even said, “Whoever let this leave the shop should be embarrassed.” We tried repeatedly over the course of 3 months — calls, texts, follow-ups — at least 10 attempts with zero response. Not one call back. Not one text returned. Nothing. Only after contacting the business owner who referred us did this company finally call. They apologized, said this “never should have happened,” and promised to find a way to make it right. But here’s the part every customer needs to know: Because we had to take the Jeep elsewhere for repairs after they ignored us, the owner’s wife finally called back and told us they would not fix anything — because it would now be a “loss” for them. So let that sink in: ✔️ If they feel they took a loss, they will not stand behind their own work. ✔️ If something goes wrong, you may get ignored entirely. ✔️ If you expect accountability or professionalism, prepare to be disappointed. We’ve since had the Jeep corrected by a competent shop, and the difference is night and day. For anyone considering doing business with this company: do your homework, look at other painters, and save yourself the frustration. You’ll thank yourself later.

Wonderful and speedy service along with fair prices. I’ve brought two of my vehicles here for repairs and the service has been exceptional both times. The team did an amazing job every time and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service. 10/10 recommend. I will never go anywhere else if I need

After I went to 7 different autobody shops for an estimate to repair a dent in my bumper, this was the place that had the most reasonable pricing and trustworthy service. Thank you Chris for taking care of my mom's camry.

Brought my 2012 Corolla with fender and door and 4 days later it was done at an excellent price as opposed to the fancier body shops in town.Plus they shined up my car to look practically new! Excellent prices and service and the people are friendly and competent.

Excellent service. Went to shop on Monday, Tuesday the part came in, car ready on Wednesday. Great price for repair of front bumper. Would definitely used them again.

I’ve brought my car to this shop twice now. First time for repairs caused my a rear end accident and the second for damages caused in a car wash. Both times they were very professional, fast and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

To be honest, this was not my first option. I was very worried when I started reading the lower reviews- yes I’m a normal person and had to read the 1 stars. I gave this a try, they gave me a very reasonable estimate (1k lower than others) the car was in a wreck and I was paying out of pocket. They didn’t even take 50% up front just parts. They worked very hard to get all done asap. Estimated time was 5 days for parts + 2-3 for work. The car was ready in 4 days!!!! Did I mention that they picked up the car and dropped it off? Chastity, Chris and Anthony are amazing. If needed I will def use them again -although I hope I don’t have to. :)

Took my car here due to an accident. The communication was great. Anthony was great with everything from start to finish. They were super quick to get my car finished but also did a very great job. My car was even cleaned down to every detail which I wasn’t expecting. Highly recommend and happy with how my car looks brand new again!

I went and got a quote from them. I got into an accident and the insurance company was ready to take care of me. Went back to the shop told them I got the check from the insurance company and went back to Wreckcovery to see what I needed to do next. The shop manager told me he would order the parts and get back to me so I can drop off the car. He said he would call to confirm the parts were ordered. Call back the shop 3 days in a row to confirm that the parts were ordered, the lady who answer the phone kept saying they would call me back, after 3 days, she finally said we don’t want to reject your business, but we are very busy and maybe is best if you go somewhere else!!!! Great customer service Wreckcovery, way to service the community of Saint Cloud.

Wreckcovery took care of me and my brand new ski! Another jetski hit us on the water and left a huge eyesore on my brand new ski!! I explained to Mr. Mojica what happen & that I also would like it fixed kinda of quickly to make it to another outting. Communication was awesome and they made my jetski new again!! If I ever need any work on my cars or jetski in the future I’m definitely coming back!!

I was not happy with the job that was done on my car. Even after they tried to fix the problem they created from the first month that they had my car. Hopefully this was just my car that was not satisfactory, and not the business that they do on a everyday basis. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you very much for the work you did to restore my BMW M4 after it was involved in a minor front-end collision and for the great customer service upon completion of the repairs. I was hesitant to use a body shop other than the one I know and trust. The shop I have typically used in the past had always done excellent work with all my vehicles. After being told it was a minimum of a two month wait before my car could be seen at my preferred shop, someone recommended Wreckcovery Collision Center to me. St. Cloud is a bit out of the way from where I live, but it was worth the drive. The team at Wreckcovery Collision Center did a great job in handling the repair of my vehicle. They worked with me and listened to every concern I had regarding the repair of my vehicle no matter how minor it was. The car looks great and the entire team at Wreckcovery has earned my trust. I would definitely recommend them for any auto body work, painting or repairs your vehicle might need. Thanks again for all your help and keep up the great work!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We took my sons car in after an accident not knowing what to expect. Anthony the owner and his team were so professional and helpful. From the ordering of parts down to the excellent body repair to my sons car along with matching the paint to the existing color was beyond my expectations. I valued Anthony’s honesty during the process and his flexibility on working past closing to make sure the job was done. My sons smile when receiving his car back was worth every penny. Our vehicle was towed on a Monday night and was ready Thursday Afternoon. The owner Anthony and his team are friendly and professional. They kept me in the loop from the time the parts were ordered, delivered and placed on the vehicle. If I had any questions all I had to do is call and they had answers for me. The shop is very well maintained- very clean and neat. Thank you for getting the job done quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend.

After the accident the team at wreckcovery was more than helpful and sympathetic. They helped me thru the process and were very professional and courteous. My Volkswagen Tiguan was back to new They also followed up afterwards which many shops do not do. They provided warranty on their work and my car is better than ever. Thank you for your great work. I can’t rave on this place enough. I have never had such AWESOME service from anyone like I had with Anthony and his Crew. I base most of choices with new companies on referrals and a lot on first impressions... and although I have never needed to be towed before... my first impression of Anthony spoke volumes... as hysterical as I was due to my car accident Anthony made sure that my car was in safe hands and all would be taken care of....and he kept his word. Thank you Anthony and Crew for taking good care of me, my car, and most importantly making my husband happy by showing him that there are still genuine guys out there that keep to their word and are hard workers. Where do I start, Anthony contacted me to let me know that he would be towing my car, mind you I never been an accident. And he let me know where the car would be if I wanted to come get my belongings, then he contacted me again to let me know that the car would be at Wreck Covery Collision. He updated me on everything. Anthony was very professional and you rarely find that in businesses nowadays. He put me at ease, with getting my car to how it was before the accident. Anthony and his team are top notch, highly professional, and always attentive to the needs of their customers. I had my front bumper & quarter panel repainted on my 2014 Acura 2 weeks ago and the car looks better than ever! They finished the entire repair, body and paint work, in just 3 days. Simply outstanding experience!! I will definitely recommend!
