Had a vehicle towed there by insurance company. When I went to get my belongins out of it. They found the a clerical error on the paperwork and was very rude and literally told me it’s not their problem. I got it corrected within an hour and still had issues with the guy running the front desk.

God awful customer service, refraining from using any strong language here but i will never go back, i wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies. Lots of other places in the area with truly honest workers who appreciate and respect a customer.

These people are obnoxious. There is no professionalism at all. I called to find out about my elderly mother's vehicle and the man bit my head off because apparently I called after hours yet he still answered the phone. Sir, get a business line instead of using your personal mobile. I hope this trashy place goes out of business.

I live way out in narcoossee off Jack brack road and we had rented a track hoe excavator to do some work on our property. I would go to Joe's shop with 5 gallon cans to get off-road diesel to fuel the excavator and our John Deere 3025 tractor. After several trips with "8" 5 gallon cans to fuel the excavator I was intimidated and read the riot act about purchasing off-road diesel. I told them it was for a track hoe and a large John Deere tractor for work we are doing. After being berated several times I stopped going there and never returned again.

Awesome great family owned small business. With FULL SERVICE GAS STATION Where they will pump gas, check your oil, and tire pressure for you. It's nice knowing for those days im not feeling well or im dressed upped for a meeting, special occasion or going to a church related function.

Terrible services, terrible communication and terrible prices. Absolutely a roberry of a place and this drivers seem like they drinking while on the job do not recommend.

James is Not welcoming seems like a grumpy old man needs better work ethic. Laziness def live there.

Joes has come through for me every time I’ve needed help. After being told, I needed a new engine from several shops in St. Cloud, Joes was able to fix my problem, a quarter of the price the others were charging. That was three years ago. Very honest people there.

If you need automotive service done this is a Amazing place !!! Great Service, they Fix the Problem NOT just change parts!!! Honest and Reliable Service. Highly Recommend.

Very nice people, don’t try to rip you off and they take the time to show you if or what you need and don’t need. Realistically I’d rather go here than some place that will just try to upsale me. Thanks guys!

They’re always a help when I need to get my oil change done . My cars a little difficult because it’s lowered so they need to put boards under but I’ve been coming here for about a year now . Fair prices and quick service.

They are scam artists that take pride in ruin people's life's. Stay far away from this company if you you know what is best for you. They will have their day in court.

These guys rock!! I took my vehicle to another shop to get an oil change. I was told my vehicle had an oil leak and to fix the leak and tear it apart was going to be 1200 bucks. I took it to Joe's on the recommendation of a personal friend and it turns out it was the freaking drain plug!!!! 29 bucks and my problem is fixed! I am so insanely happy I found these guys. They just made a customer for life. Bravo fellas!

Very friendly. Explained everything to the point anyone with no knowledge could understand what was wrong. Extremely far with the price and the car was ready when they said it was going to be. They will be the only place that I take my car to!!!!

Took my truck to get looked at for some electrical issues they wouldn’t even look at it at all then parked it a block down the street on the side of the road I guess they were hoping someone would tow it so they could make some money off of it! Wouldn’t even take a look at the truck even thought when we dropped it off they said I could look and possible fix it didn’t even call the next day to let me know they wouldn’t touch it I had to call and ask why it was parked a block down the street on the side of the road. Their loss because they could have changed me whatever and I would have paid for it but someone else got my business!

My car rental was towed and it was running fine. They are lying saying that my car had 3 flat tires when it did not to raise the car rental bill. I guess they need to make money by lying to the consumer. Eventually you will end up paying for the things you do. Karma never fails for evil people like this company.

I have been going to Joe's since high school (1986 ).... great family owned place...super nice people...its neat to see a business in one town so long...hope they are here another 50 years!!! ( my Dad also loved Joe's, he must have sent 100 people there over the years to have their auto worked on!!! thanks guys for just being real and true !!! ❤?

My car was towed they're after an accident. They have the crappiest impound lot..I had a bunch of fishing poles in the car that got broke during the accident by the time I got to the card all the reals off of them had been stolen.. like I said before some kind of impound lot crappie

DO NOT use Joe's pipeline or Joe's wrecking service!!!!! My 21 year old son died March 4th in a vehicle accident. Joe's wrecking sevice was on call that day. The following Thursday we went to see about getting his personal belongings since the sheriff's department released the vehicle. We were told, "you have to have power of attorney." I explained you can't get power of attorney from a dead person, and power of attorney expires on death! The lady in the office said, "That's your problem, not mine." After hiring an attorney, the attorney called Joe's pipeline and spoke with James, and they gave her the same speach. Their reasoning was "someone could come years later claiming they have rights to MY son's property. The attorney told them the same about power of attorney that I did. Finally, they agreed to give me my son's personal belongings as long as I could prove that I had filed in court for representative of his estate. The day the petition was filed I went and got my son's personal belongings. While we were there I was feeling sick from what I was seeing. James said, "you think this is bad? You should see it when it's a kid who isn't even driving yet." THIS WAS MY SON!!! However, Joe's pipeline still refused to release my son's truck to me even though the petition was filed and the police had released the truck several days prior! The day the court appointed me as representative of my son's estate, I went to the court, got the certified copy, went to Joe's pipeline paid $899.50 for ALL the fees and for them to tow the truck to my son's house. Later that evening, we realized they didn't deliver the front bumper and winch. I called the next day and spoke with John. He said, "well that truck came to us in pieces. I don't know if we still have it. We'll have to look" and hung up on me. I gave them a few days and called back. The older lady answering the phone said she didn't know anything about it and put John on the phone who said he had it. I told him my other son was coming to get it. When he arrived, James said, "took you long enough to come get it." My son said that it was supposed to be delivered with the truck and you were paid to deliver it with the truck." James got smart and my son told him it was a shame they tried to steal from a dead kid and to just give him the parts! I've NEVER, NEVER, EVER dealt with such RUDE, UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL people!!!! I am filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau, the sheriff's department, and FHP! DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had the worst experience in this place and it was thanks to the “OWNER” Jason. He was extremely rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason which leads me to believe he may be racist! Very vulgar man. Stay away from this place!!

I had a strange experience here as well. I pulled up to the garage door after discovering a nail in my tire after leaving the Chamber of Commerce. A man came running out yelling at me saying I could not park there, saying he had to many cars to work on... Okayyyy! I left! Driven past this place for 12 years now, I will continue to do the same. Not going back!

Got into a horrible accident and the owner decides to lecture me(a grown woman) about how I shouldn't have left the keys in the car while I was in the ambulance. Then he goes on to assume the accident was my fault because I drive a sports car and I am a young woman. The customer experience was horrible, if I had a choice in the matter I would have NEVER gone there.

Worst towing company ever .... They charge way to much ... And do not appreciate that im trying to do business. Like that a guy hop on the pone and started to curse at me and stright up hong up on me . i dont think thats how customer should be treated ... A mannager should be on top of this. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. These people are just trying to cheat you out of your money. My daughter was in a car accident and her car was towed there. Highway patrol called them. Even though our insurance adjuster came out and had the car towed to one of their facilities and handed them a check for their services they still send us a bill for $310. The bill came by certified mail claiming if we did not pay the car, which by the way was not in their possession anymore, would be auctioned off. So beware of crooks like them.

Very very pool service. Dirty shop and the work is the same. $1600.00 and Ac still not working right. Took car back and they said they found a bad hose. When Said I wouldn't pay more they said t pick up car and never come back. Even with so called new hose it still doesn't funktion right. They also broke a Ac feint. They used so much glue it couldn't be used. Had to order new dash panel. Save your self a lot of trouble and get your work done by a real repair shop.
