Sam was wonderful. Repaired my thermostat and was even able to squeeze in replacing my front breaks. His prices are very reasonable, he is not looking to take advantage of anyone. I will be glad to give him my business going forward.

Tire I received was decent. Price did change from phone call to register. It was raised 10$ more. Service was rough cashier seemed agitated to deal with customers. I asked for a price on set of all 4 tires. Got a sigh and an I guess I’ll check.
I’m glad I was referred to Auto Clinic by a friend. I initially used them because they had the best rates for a set of new Cooper tires. Since then, I’ve had them do other necessary repairs. Sam & Kevin are the only ones I trust to work on my Wrangler. I also love the fact that Sam has his sons working there with him. I fully support family owned businesses.
First off I wanna start off saying that I just moved to the area four months ago from Panama City, Florida and I had been looking for a shop and to find some guys that have the same love for vehicles that I do. Let’s just say that this place went above and beyond to accommodate, got me in and out the same day Super professional guys very very knowledgeable, and you can truly tell they are passionate about what they do I will be back time and time again and I will be a customer for life.
I had took my Vehicle over to Auto Clinic cause my tire came off my Vehicle when l was driving home they helped me into a new Tire and also told me that my Bolts were to short and gave me a reasonable price to replace them. Can’t say enough about how great this place is. My car broke down in the turnpike and I was on my way to a cruise. I was in the middle of nowhere and not anywhere near my home. I had to google search for a mechanic to have my car towed to while still trying to get my family to the cruise. After seeing the other great reviews and the type of cars they worked on (classic car and show car owners don’t take their cars to just anybody) I called and spoke with them. They were amazing working with me and my time frame for being able to contact them considering I was going to be at sea and unable to call. Two days after the car was towed, I was able to call and see what they had found. I had a small window of time with phone service and they were able to work through diagnosing my car and ordering, installing and trying some smaller items to resolve my car issue. They text and sent pics along the way. Huge confidence builder in knowing my car was in the right hands. By the end of that day, the end result was that it needed a new engine (I found out this was unfortunately common for this model vehicle to have this happen, including two friends of mine that had the same issue). They were able to quickly work and find another engine to replace mine, with an amazing price by the way, and get it ordered and heading that way. When I returned from my trip on Friday I arrived and immediately felt welcomed. They gave me a better than expected time frame for the install. I even mentioned that my birthday was the next Tuesday and it would be a great gift to have my car back. Monday afternoon I received a text that said “Happy Birthday, we have your car all done”. The fact that they even remembered my birthday was amazing, left alone started the message with it. This place really made me feel like family, at a time where all I had was anxiety about my car and hope that things would work out. They kept me informed and involved at each step and went above and beyond at making me feel at ease that my car was in great hands so I could enjoy my trip with my family. Thank you so much! And yes, the car now runs amazing and actually even better than before. Best shop I’ve ever used.

Unfortunately it took me 3 times of having my vehicle repaired here to realize I am being taken advantage of. Being a woman who does not know much about cars and the fact that Im newer to FL and had to find a mechanic not knowing if they will be honest, I decided to take a chance on this place. It seems every time I had a problem the magic price no matter what was $1100+ tax. I know every repair does not cost $1100! The parts usually are not that much, so I know they are charging like $300 + for labor which obviously is a rip off. My mother had an oil pan replaced on an odyssey and they charged $500. The most the part cost is $200, so $300 for labor?. My ac stopped working then my van started making a loud noise. I was told it could be compressor 80% chance or possibly the water pump, but they wouldn’t know until they checked. Then I get the call the compressor is shot, being told it would be better to repair compressor 1st and if noise stops then its the compressor if not then I need a water pump also. The price for compressor $1200 + tax totaling $1315 & guess what…. The noise was worse after, so now I’m told $950 +tax for water pump! So I said I will come back in a week for water pump. Fast forward a couple days later I told a co worker about the repair, she immediately gave me the # for her mechanic. I called this mechanic who had me bring my van same day and he looked under hood and said the belt & water pump are damaged you can see it & why was I told only a few days earlier “it could be the water pump” when it obviously was both the timing belt and water pump. I was told I was taken Advantage of and charged too much for my compressor and that the water pump and timing belt should’ve took precedence over the compressor. Needless to say, I’m sure this wasn’t the first time I was taken advantage of and this honest new mechanic is now replacing my timing belt, water pump and something else for $720 total! I do not recommend Auto Clinic of St Cloud unless you don’t care if you get ripped off and pay way too much to have your car repaired. I was also told when the new mechanic looked under my hood that they left several screws loose and he tightened them for me and told me that I should not be driving my van until I get it repaired or I will mess up my engine. So unfortunately, there are still people that will take advantage of others with less knowledge about a particular service even in the economy we are in today. So do your research and try to find an honest mechanic before you just go anywhere, especially to this place! Thankfully I found a new mechanic that will get my business every time! I would have given zero stars unfortunately I have to give at least one.

The Auto Clinic is the best! Sam and Kevin are great! They have worked on my car a few times now and they are honest and dependable as well as just being great guys. My engine light went on and I was just recently quoted $2200 for a car estimate at a local auto shop in Lake Nona. As my car is older, I said no way am I paying that. I only brought my car here because it is closer and I thought it would be something minor to fix. Boy, was I wrong. When I got this estimate, I immediately contacted Sam (on a Sunday when they are closed) and he got right back to me. He quoted me $980 to exactly what this other place quoted. I had my car towed to The Auto Clinic and they did the work with no hidden costs and my car runs great now. Even though they are further away (St Cloud), I will always have them work on my car. This place is truly AMAZING! Both Kevin and Sam provided detailed information on what to expect. I needed to leave my car for a few hours to be diagnosed. The problem was far less of a headache than I imagined and the issue was fixed the same day. Sam also showed me the faulty part and the new one to be installed. The customer service both gentleman have is exceptional. I also had my autistic son with me who can be extremely loud at places he’s never been before. They made him feel so comfortable where he didn’t feel the need to be as vocal. Overall I had a GREAT experience and Im glad they are 3 minutes from my house as they are my new mechanics! Thanks again!!

Have taken a few of my cars there for repairs. Everyone at the shop has been fantastic and very honest. Work was done in a timely fashion and they even take me the same day if they can. Prices are very good and parts are quality. Would recommend them to anyone that's looking for a great local garage.
Wanted to share how amazing and honest of a place this is! I went in and had low expectations in terms of getting my AC system up and working before my move as every place I had a quote for prior was over 1k. This place…blew me out of the water! Not only did they fix my AC (and is still working 3 months later), they made sure my filters were fresh and they were honest about pricing and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I’m sad I found this place before I moved, but am so glad I had my AC fixed by them. Would reccommend over and over again if I could.
Sam at the Auto Clinic was the right person for the job. Car had a fender bender. The quotes I got were in the thousands and I just wanted to get it fixed, safe and back on the road. My husband Brian and I cannot say enough about our experience with Sam and the staff at Auto Clinic in St. Cloud, Fl. A five star rating does not do Sam and his team justice. We have been looking for a classic 1969 C10 for years and finally took a leap of faith with Sam. Not only was he very well versed on the classic truck and all his cars at the shop but he went over the truck from bumper to bumper and took the time to literally go through all my questions. We went on one of the longest test drives as Sam wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the truck. What really impressed us the most was our dialogue over the net that began a week before we were able to drive out to St. Cloud to see our truck. He was professional, knowledgeable and never too busy to answer any of my our questions. We will definitely be back to pick up another classic vehicle from Sam and to visit with our beautiful 1969 C10 truck.

Kevin and Sam were terrific. Caring. So helpful & very alert to things I didn’t see that needed immediate attention. While up on the lift, I was standing there & they pointed out exposed steel threads in the back tire. They found a used replacement. These people are good people. They’re not gougers. They will really capture your loyalty. It was my choice, being out of employment so long to do minimal service. I had the back brake pads looked at, they were down to nothing. I asked questions and got honest answers: safety, length of time they would last, waiting to replace the rotors. I had a battery crank problem in the morning and it led me to a neighbor jumping the battery with cables, he led me to AutoZone, google reviews leading me to Auto Clinic. Kevin gave me honest answers about the battery issue too. These people don’t make you worry. They don’t pad a sale. They are courteous, helped me, thankfully the same day. Plus they rebuild classics. Pretty cool men here. As a female, who sometimes travels alone, I am grateful I met Sam (the owner) & Kevin (the manager) today. Super nice.

We’ve got a red Corvette we cherish and these guys diagnosed a problem we tried to fix with 3 other repair shops, including the dealer. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. Had a light bulb go out that we couldn’t get to and they we gracious enough to work me in and fix it. Wheel bearings replaced another time….not cheap but fair. The place reminds me of my dad’s garage where he restored old cars and you can just tell these guys know what they are doing in a quiet, confident way that they have about them. I won’t ever take our Corvette anywhere else . Very happy with this place.
I’ve got a custom scion on Bags and I have never trusted anyone else with it. These guys really know their stuff and have always taken care of me. Even when I bring my dually or other cars in.They are constantly busy so sometimes a job could take a little extra time but I wouldn’t trust anyone else to make sure I’m safely on the road again as quick as possible. That’s the price you pay for quality and honest work. Thanks Auto Clinic for always keeping me and my rides tip top!
