I had a major problem with my escape. I called the Ford dealer in the cloud and they said no way are they working on it. I called maxum and the told me about Flowstate. I called them and was very pleased. So we had it towed to them. It was one of the most satisfying repairs I have ever done. My son in law was going to pay for the repairs but he is in Germany but things went very smoothly. My son in law was very impressed too. Dropped truck off on a Wednesday got it back Friday. Replaced 2 thermostats using OEM parts & front end components. Wheel alignment also. Great communication
I was going out of town and had a last min request to due a lift on my truck. They were accommodating and even had it done before I got back. The quality of the work was great and I am very pleased with the ride quality.
I had an exceptional experience with Flo State Diesel. I brought my 2008 Lexus IS 250 to them after taking it to the Lexus dealership. The dealership informed me that I needed to replace all the computers because the vehicle would not start. I was skeptical about this diagnosis and took the car home. I consulted four mechanics I knew, but none of them were able to identify the problem. I replaced several components, but nothing seemed to work. I decided to take the car to Flo State Diesel because I was tired of seeing it sitting for almost a year. Flo State Diesel assembled a team with great confidence and assured me that they would resolve the issue and get the car back on the road. To my surprise, they discovered the problem in the steering wheel. It turned out that the clock spring sensor had locked up all the computers for safety reasons. This team meticulously analyzed the problem using diagrams spread out on their conference table, working through each section step by step. I wish I had taken the car to them from the beginning, as it would have saved me a significant amount of money. I am a loyal customer for life! This was the best experience I have ever had.
We were on vacation from Ohio with our 5th wheel when the engine light came on in our diesel truck. After calling multiple Chevy dealerships, and them all saying it would take 5 days to diagnose we found Flostate. They got us in immediately and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They also advised us on some other things to get checked out when we got back home. The staff was wonderful and they saved our trip and helped us get safely home.
Honest and upfront about what needed replacing asap,and what could wait down the road. Tech and staff as always very friendly and welcoming. The resident office cat 'Diesel' stole the show however!

Dodge 2500 with steering issues and an oil leak were diagnosed properly and corrected in a very short time span.
Their prices are reasonable and they stay in touch with the customer thru the entire repair process.
I will be a customer for any other vehicles in need of repair. I highly recommend FloState for any repair needs on all vehicles, especially diesels.

It’s great to find a shop with real mechanics, I had a serious electrical issue with my duramax and Flo State never gave up until it was fixed correctly, were most shops would have thrown in the towel Flo State kept pushing and fixed my truck, Josh worked many hours to make sure the problem was resolved and resolved correctly. I will never go anywhere else but Florida State, I also have to say that the ladies in the office were so easy to work with and keep me up to date on the repairs. Thanks Flo State for everything.

Josh & his team had their work cut out for them with the project of our 2008 F450. They did a fantastic job and went over the truck with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything was good and ready for an 18 year old headed to north Florida to college. This shop has top notch service. They are great from the time you make the appointment to the time you pick up your car. I needed basic maintenance done on my car and they explained everything to me sent me over an estimate before the appointment. Hello everyone, I am a new customer of flostate from now on, the whole team of mechanics and office make an invaluable combination, not many shops have that combination of communication from the moment you arrive until you pick up the car already repaired.
Josh is one of the best in his field, honest, responsible and above all he gets the car to you on time.
Haley and Andrea in the office always calling you to give you updates on your car and if you don't speak English there is Andrea to give you the information in your language but the language doesn't matter what matters is the final result of the repair.
The mechanics are the most organized both inside and around always clean, the cars parked in their place, no mess like other shops, well now they are my mechanics what else can I say. RECOMMENDED 5 STARS

I went in for an alignment due to my truck being custom it was taking longer than usual the owner offered me a ride home 40 minutes away after being there for some time. I was able to pick the truck up at the end of the day and was told once I get my new gear box to come back and they’ll finish getting the alignment the rest of the way in check. Good customer service for sure and will be back.
I brought my 2013 Chevy Silverado diesel truck in for engine repairs. They kept in constant communication with us and even sent us pictures of our truck being worked on! The girls behind the desk were so friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!
