This is the worst towing company of all time everybody there is scammers they run a bad scheme. It’s not even a good scheme. They are twin cars a hour before they close and telling us that we cannot get our cars out till Monday charged me $800 for my car being there four days and they told me that all price is different from each county. I’ve caught up there twice and got two different prices on the day charge. They told my car at 11 o’clock on a Friday I didn’t notice that it was towed till 12 after 12 that night. They told me I couldn’t get it because they was closed. These guys ruined a trip for me and none of them care. The lady on the phone hung up on you multiple times and did not answer my call. These guys are not real tow truck workers. They are only scheming to make money. They are not actually working

The worst experience, I went to old town to buy food not to eat there however food takes like 25 min, I parked in front of the Chinese food exactly in front of Denny’s. This tow company takes our vehicle. This company is the worst towing company, they damaged my vacation. I had planned to take my children to experience Orlando, since it was an overplanned vacation. This company, realizing that the car was rented, told me that they could not do anything for me that the rental company had to look for a lawyer to give me the vehicle for later. I paid 700 dollars and the vehicle was from Friday to Tuesday they said they didn't open Saturday or Sunday. They make your life impossible almost as if they don't want to return the rented vehicle to you. I went to the towing company to pick up the vehicle after having sent 25 pages with a lawyer. We went to another lot and there were two people with a bad look. I do not understand how the laws in Florida allow this type of company to damage the vacations of the same consumers of Orlando. Police and Florida consumer aid should investigate them ASAP

Called about how to get car back - was told to contact rental place and they would let them know we had permission to take it back. We got to the towing company and they were extremely rude and arrogant. We couldn’t even get our car back.

We had a very troubling experience with this towing company. After an argument, the driver refused to release our vehicle until we called the police. Only then was the car returned. The driver never gave us our ID back, which is extremely concerning—especially since we don’t live in the area. We opened a police incident report and were advised to contact the company so they could review their camera footage. The company refused, saying they “trust their driver,” and declined to investigate. Lack of accountability and professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

This towing company needs to get sued, theyre towing rental cars that I know they know are from people that are not from here and quickly impound them even from people who are eating inside the Denny’s. Then when you call them they don’t do anything to help and they charge twice of what a towing company should charge. Leaving kids and families out on the road where no one should be.

You guys are freaking scammers! You’re going to get reported and shut down! It’s messed up that you have a WHITE DURANGO doing your dirty work by the Dennys in Kissimmee. You have no right to tow someone’s car if they’re having dinner/breakfast. Judging by everyone’s story you’re going to get reported by the BBB. Beware and watch for the white Durango by Dennys/Food truck area in Kissimmee. I’ll be confronting the person driving the Durango to report you! This will go viral! You’re overcharging way too much. State law says maximum is $130 while customers are reporting you guys are charging $220! Illegal!

Terrible. They are rude, they keep creating barriers to block us from retrieving our car so they can earn more and more money from the fees, which by the way, doesn't match the ones posted on their site.
