Today I went into O’Reillys store 4792 on Pleasant Hill Road in Ponciana. I had just finished going to the AutoZone and no one from there offered to help me. When I walked into O’Reillys, I was greeted by Carlos. I explained to Carlos that my request was a longshot, but I was hoping that he could help me out. I needed a wheel ball bearing for my 30 foot utility trailer. Carlos assured me that he would be able to help me out. I had a sample of my broken bearing. Carlos grabbed it and pulled out a small little box with a measuring tool. He measured the inner circumference, the outer bearing canister and the thickness of it. He put these details into his computer and was able to find The part that I needed. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Carlos called around to a few other stores and found the item that I needed. I was able to pay for it right there and drive to the other store and pick it up. I installed the part and thanks to Carlos My truck and trailer are back on the road. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need. To showcase Carlos Martinez today. This young man went above and beyond to please a customer. That had no hopes of finding this part. Carlos Brother thank you so much for being a true professional. And taking your job serious. His manager is very lucky to have him as an employee.
Mrs. DIANA gave us great service. I had alot of questions about my parts and she answered every question. Also I signed up for the rewards program. Great asset to your company.
I went for the first time to O’Reilly Auto Parts at 4440 Pleasant Hill Road and I was amazed. The Customer Service was excellent. Diana helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even printed out the report of what the scanner had read because the “check engine” light was on. And also printed out the photo with all the information and price of the part that I needed. That for me was a plus. I have been in other Auto Parts company and never had that kind of service. I highly recommend this O’Reilly in particular. The manager Blankita was there and I saw how attentive she was with customers. I definitely will be back.
Worst staff!! From the lady manager to the coworker I called ahead of time they told me they had the2 part in stock then I drove 30 minutes to get there just for them to say they only have one so I pay for the one then they come tell me they don’t have none in stock!! Pure bs and complete waste of time. Yabriel is the one I felt with very rude like it was my fault for what I was told
Excellent service from the staff at O’Reilly! I went to get some brake pads, and they explained everything to me in detail. The store is very well organized, and everyone welcomes you with a smile. I’ll definitely come back whenever I need anything.

Blanca and her staff always take their time and provide THE BEST service. The only auto parts store I go to and have been for years! They always check my engine light and have a print out for you of any codes. Thank you so much for making dealing with my car troubles a breeze!!!

I bought a battery for my car at O'Reilly's only to be told it would be difficult to install and recommends professional installation. I gave the battery back and got a refund then I went down the street to Auto Zone where I not only bought a battery for my car but their employee installed it in 10 minutes, tops. So much for 'professional installation'.
I have bought everything from rotors to brake pads to calipers shock, absorbers, car, batteries, truck, batteries, and more and I have to say this is my best auto parts store

I purchase a product to clean a windshield and it supposed to have warranty and also 30 days in the store I went to return it 4 days later and they told me that it can not be return due to it was open so I explain that if I don't open and try never see if it work or not but they get with attitude and I just walk a way and left it I am a customer since they open but it seems that they don't care and no matter the policy they don't honor it. Bad way to do business..
Excellent staff and very supportive of our youth. Helped us providing a safe space to carry on a fund raissing car wash for the Kissimmee Volleyball Club, so they can raise funds to travel out of state a participate on a out of state tournament in New Orleans. Special thanks to Blanca(store manager) for her support and For O'Reilly Auto Parts for allowing this to happen.
Excellent staff and service. I had a battery that was bought new 6 months ago that leaked out and a gentleman at the store at 4440 Pleasant Hill Road switched out the bogus battery for a new one, including the installation in the parking lot at the store. I would recommend this store to others.
The people here are so sweet and helpful. I needed a new battery and they were so helpful. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive model ,and didn't argue with me or pressure me when I asked for the cheapest one. They had my battery switched out in just a few minutes and I was on my way. I shopped around before going in and they had the best prices I could find
Their prices are decent. The people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly. I haven't had a negative experience. For car parts, I always go to them because they're mostly lower in prices than Advanced Auto Parts and Auto Zone.
Very thorough job testing my battery and alternator and educating me, also charging it for 45 minutes so I get drive home to me was above and beyond. Let me have a seat and charge my phone while I waited. Super personable and knowledgeable professional staff!
I just had the great pleasure of interfacing with an employee at your location called JESSICA. She not only provided GREAT Customer service BUT one filled with technical knowledge and HUMANITY! You have an incredibly fantastic employee who you should not overlook by ANY measure. She took care of my car battery's terminal and went above AND beyond to change it and install it! This store has the best customer service ever! I've been there a couple times and have been treated better than is possible for me to explain.
