Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
My little sister was left waiting in the middle of the highway for over 3 hours after booking their service—and they never showed up. They were quick to charge the card, but no one ever arrived, and no one responded to calls or messages. Not only was this completely unprofessional, but it also put her in a dangerous situation. If you're unable to provide the service, just be honest about it. This kind of negligence is unacceptable.
Awesome staff, Joe the dispatcher was super nice, and funny! The driver was here before the eta that was given to me! The tow was affordable and I would 100% recommended these guys to who ever is in need of some assistance! If there was a 10 star these guys definitely deserve it!
Car died in the side of the road during Easter & Clone towing came out in a very timely manner to get us taken care of. Anthony was our driver & he was so nice & very accommodating. 10/10

Very happy with this service! They answered my phone calls in a timely manner and gave me updates that kept me informed. They could have been a little faster but they very helpful and I appreciated their service. Highly recommend!
Communication via text made it easier to book their services, and they were prompt and courteous with responses. Made a dire situation easier to handle with them towing our car from an not ideal location to our residence. Hope to never need towing services again, but if we do, will for sure utilize them!

Gabby did an amazing Job of getting me set up with a driver to tow me last minute on the night before thanksgiving and helping me with the the entire process. Cooper was the tow truck driver who showed up for me, he got my car on carefully and quickly and made sure to get all of my drop off instructions. Would recommend 👍🏼
Worst experience ever! Not only did they not drop my car at the correct location but they held my car hostage after they had payment issues through 3rd party Dodge services. For 5 hours I couldn’t find my vehicle. After venting frustrations my husband was told they could take it back to their lot 70 miles away for a problem that was not ours. All you had to do was pick it up and place it where it was supposed to be and you couldn’t do that and your dispatch guy in the office was nasty when asked multiple times where our vehicle was at. Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews fool you, some of them actually work there.

I forgot his name but we called this company and the gentleman who answered the phone was the gentleman who provided us service. I was locked out my car in a gated community while on vacation we called multiple companies with ridiculous etas and prices these guys didn’t ask a series of unimportant questions he answered gave a price and eta in a professional manor showed up and left like a gentleman 100% would definitely use again if ever in this area or predicament!
The customer service was fantastic. They answered the phone quick and were extremely friendly, giving me a quote and letting me know how long it'll take for the tow.

I honestly took a shot in the dark and decided to use this company and I have to say that they were one of the best company’s that I used to tow my vehicle. The best damn towing company for your dollar! Dependable and friendly. AAA certified in Massachusetts! Call them when your vehicle needs a tow or jump start or even if your locked the keys and the kids in the car! They will take care of the situation!
