Great service experience at AutoNation Toyota Winter Park. The team reviewed my appointment when I arrived, answered my questions, and kept me updated with texts and photos during the service. My car was finished ahead of schedule, and a valet even brought it to me and made sure I didn’t need anything else. Very smooth and professional experience.

I recently brought my Toyota Camry for its first service at AutoNation Toyota Winter Park. The experience was very good. The staff was friendly, the process was quick, and they explained everything clearly. The service was done on time and the waiting area was comfortable. Overall, I had a great first service visit and would definitely come back.

Most times we have to negotiate to get pricing to the advertised coupon or deal. Its not offered up front. It gives the impression that there's serious price gouging. You feel like you aren't getting the full story and can be charged astronomically more one visit to the next for service. I get costs of service go up, but what was quoted and what I asked for with coupon was more than 4x what I ended up paying. Doesn't feel like service advisors are for the Customers. Unfortunately its all about the commission for them over the customer. I feel bad that they are placed in this position. You're used to that on the sales floor but not in service department.

The maintenance was quick and efficient. The service was good, friendly, and fast. One complaint is that I asked them not to wash the car because it's terrible, but they did it despite the sign saying no, and the car had dirty water stains. Everything else was fine.

On 2/28/26 I had my vehicle serviced. The stars are for the service advisor only. I didn't receive text updates but I was advised of the status of the vehicle. However having a new vehicle for only a few weeks with motor mount issues I was surprised. Not more surprised than getting my car back and finding the content of my glove box on the passenger side floor and in my cup holder. Additionally balled-up paper was left in the compartment under the radio. I have already advised the dealership of this.

Good service oil change and tire rotation. Much better experience than a Toyota dealership closer to my house, would gladly take a bit further of a drive to service my vehicle here. Theater room was very nice and I enjoyed the Latin cafe

I had a great experience with the team at AutoNation. they were friendly, professional, and really took the time to answer all my questions. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I loved getting text updates. Wonderful experience with this Dealer. They treated me very well and were fair in making a deal. There were no hidden things in the contract, and everything was as advertised. Enrique my Salesman was exceptional with his knowledge of the product. He is very up front and was a huge help in making the deal happen. I would buy another vehicle from them again.

My car is a 2008 Corolla and Cory Pope has been my advisor for a very long time. My Corolla is in very good condition because of Cory and his knowledge of cars especially corollas. My service and the price are never a shock. Cory explains exactly what service will take place and the cost. Thank you Cory for letting me know what service and recommendations my Corolla needed to keep running. I have approximately 154,000 miles and my car runs good.

Slow initial greeting on the entrance was repetitive between the people. Your inability to acknowledge service done elsewhere only irritates me when I have told you service dudes previously that I did the service elsewhere (or by myself). The multiple attempts to buy the car were NOT appreciated. Your 2% garbage credit card fee is just another profit rake. By the time I understood what it was, the terminal added it. You do not allow adequate time to read the notice before action. This fee should be factored into your already exhorbident prices. We are actively looking for a friend-referred mechanic for our future service.

2.5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation with a complimentary drive through car wash is crazy. The only extra thing I asked was to have them check why I had an update notification everytime I turned the car on. That wasn't checked until I asked about it when getting my keys. By then it was almost 7pm and I needed to go. I will not be coming back, if the cost reflected the effort being given to the customer I would be fine with $150. But the service is fake at best. The service, efficiency, and speed were more of a reflection of a take 5 except the take 5 was hit with a pandemic and only 1 person was working the entire store. First oil change after buying my car was anything but a success on your part.

after the service my two roof racks were lose, what am I supposed to do now? Also, you don't wash the car, you just spray some water and that's it. So, my car ended dirtier than it was. You can do better guys

Excellent attention from the moment we walked in. Gregorio Salas was our sales representative and he truly went above & beyond, he made sure that every detail we asked for was done. He showed us all the options we requested, gave us great recommendations, guided us through the entire process & made it really pleasant. We finalized our process with Jesus Nuñez, who also gave us great advice and answered every question we had. Great experience! 100% recommended!

My Service Advisor Cory Pope and the Service Technician Jason were able to inspect the damage to the passenger side wheels and tire due to a hard strike to a reinforced curb. A minor adjustment was made to the alignment and they recommended follow up service later. Thanks for keeping me safe on the road.

It was absurdly easy to book an appointment for my 5000 mile check up. Checking in was fast, uncomplicated and friendly. I was escorted to get a pager, then taken to a comfortable waiting area. the work was finished very quickly and they even washed my car! Now THAT was a pleasant surprise.

I came in originally to just peek at what the car marketed looked liked no a days. We were greeted by Alberto and were not hassled in anyway to make a purchase. He was very clear that we were only looking and he was super knowledgeable on the vehicles. It was a very pleasant time. We felt so informed and seen as customers that at the end of the day I ended up purchasing my first 2025 RAV4. Overall, we got helped by Alberto, Jessica and Tony. They did everything possible to make this happen and it be a smooth transaction. Although the entire process was soooo long and draining, the connection was great. Long story short, yes I absolutely avoid dealerships most of the time, but this was actually a very memorable experience.

If you book an appointment in advance that I always does it’s pretty much smooth. The service managers are well knowledgeable and polite. They always try to buy you vehicle for their used car inventory even it it’s a 6 month old, well it’s their way of making business which I don’t seems wrong with . They send pictures and video of your car before and during the service which I like and also they wash you car from outside before handling it over which I appreciate a lot.. it’s a overall good experience so far and not to mention they have a movie theatre inside if you have to wait longer as I always been before if recall and software updates with my car

Overall was very happy with the outcome - Andres my advisor was very communicative, and was easy to reach him with text chat features. I was also very impressed with the level of reporting they were able to provide on the condition of my car. Given the amount of money I agreed to spend on repairs I would have liked to see a courtesy car offered instead of me having to pay additional for a rental, but aside from that was pleased with the service.

I am leaving 4 stars just because of the situation I am referring to.(changing to 5 stars) I wanted an oil change on my 15k service. At the time I was told that oil change is every 10k. I was told at the time of scheduling that Toyota was running a sale for oil changes 69 bucks. After the service was complete I was told that I had to pay 89. 20 for shop fees (my truck was already in shop for service so I felt it an unnecessary charge). When scheduling my 20k service I wasn’t sure if it covered the oil change so I asked the cost to pay for it. Turns out the normal cost is 89. Feeling a little aggravated I went to the general manager. Nick Oliver. He was absolutely apologetic. He explained to me that the prices of oil changes has been lowered recently. So 89 wasn’t full price for oil change on 25 tundra. He also gave me a credit towards my next service. Money aside, Nick really went out of his way to apologize and to make the situation right. He is the general manager, he has a lot more important things to do other than apologizing to a customer over 20 bucks. He made me feel as if my situation was the most significant thing for himself to be addressing. I didn’t even want to bother him with this complaint. I’m glad I did because my feelings about Toyota of Winter Park has completely reversed and I will be bringing my truck back here for all my needs. Bad things and accidents happen. It’s how a business addresses those problems that will set them apart from the shady ones. Nick thank you very much

Had a great experience with my 10k service. Especially appreciate the shuttle service option and the terrific shuttle driver named Felix. The newly remodeled waiting area was a plus. Also, last time I was at this dealership, I was greeted in Spanish. I thought that was odd and was happy to be greeted in English this time around.

After-sales service is one of the most important things to consider when buying a car. I’m glad we chose Toyota, and we’re especially lucky that we bought our car from AutoNation Toyota Winter Park. They scheduled my car’s first service and kept me updated on any changes. The service was completed in just 30 minutes much faster than the advertised 1 hour. The gentleman at the service entrance was very welcoming and even assisted me in finding the kids’ waiting area. They have a service status tracker where you can view the report, including actual photos and videos of your car taken at the service station. They even washed my car after the service. Thank you to the Toyota Winter Park Service Center for the extraordinary service!

Posting on behalf of my wife: "I went in for a new battery on Sunday; January 4, 2025 because my car did not start at all on Saturday; January 3, 2025. Sunday morning-- I got a jump from a neighbor and drove immediately to Auto Nation WP. Please note that my entire family and I have been a client of Oscar and Gerry in the 30+ years with your Service Center. I was a walk in--as I was not able to make an appointment. I was assigned to Anthony as my service agent--and he was so kind and helpful! The mechanic tested the battery and did not grant me a new battery. I asked Anthony to re-check his findings and he did and came back to tell me that my battery was good. I was so impressed with his genuine connection in helping me understand and validate the mechanic's report. I'm glad you asked for a survey because I was going to call up and tell you how wonderful Anthony was--his follow up and sincerity with me felt so genuine--please grant him a bonus or employee of the month--because he sure displayed heartfelt service that a Mom like me can recognize--job well done Anthony!! Henry Modaresi was great. I gave a phone call, they scheduled me to see and drive test same day. Eduardo was very nice explaining the insurance and negotiating the APR. Henry found us our dream car Toyota Sienna same day, everything was smooth. Mario although couldn’t give me much for my trade-in was still super nice. Overall, my experience was great and I highly recommend all of the above mentioned personel.
