Absolutely awful. This dealership is scamming and very shady. They charge $300 an hour for labor!!! Never in my life have I paid that much. I had a bmw before my Hyundai and the bmw deals hip on charges $225 an hour. I don’t know where Hyundai gets off thinking they can charge that much. On top of that service was terrible. And when I spoke with the manager about the pricing he told me they do competitive pricing to keep up with dealerships in the area yet when I checked other dealerships after the fact they charge $75-$150. DO NOT COME HERE. And I will not be coming back.

This is my second Hyundai Santa Cruz I have bought from Holler Hyundai I drove almost 2 hours and it was worth it I love that there is no pressure but most of all our salesman Juan Hoya he is the best and the main reason I went back Very knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable just a joy to work with. We even name both trucks after him. Thank you Juan!

In August of 2015 I bought a new Santa Fe from Holler Hyundai of Maitland. Since then I have returned for maintenance such as synthetic oil changes, tire rotation and the like. At my visit today, (Wednesday Feb 25), Hollers true colors revealed itself. Normally when you drop off, the service advisor gets the mileage and has us sign some disclosures. Today however it took the guy 8 minutes to read the mileage. Come to find out the reason for the delay was Anthony decided to waste my time doing a tire evaluation. One I didnt ask for nor was given a choice of. Anthony came inside 8 minutes later and informed us that the tires had dry rot & would we like to buy a new set of tires for $1200. We declined. After all, we were just there for a synthetic oil change. When Holler Hyundai contacted us prior to the vehicle being ready, surprise, surprise, they texted me & declared 7 things wrong, with my well maintained vehicle I lacked confidence that it needs a brake fluid exchange for $185.04. Violent exchange for $203.96. Platinum fuel service key for $257.61 & more. Totaling $1614.66. Suffice it to say, if I were an impressionable senior citizen, these shady upselling practices would have cost me $2900. When all I was trying to do was spend $100, with a synthetic oil change. Therefore, if you don't mind being upsold new tires & a platinum fuel service kit for $257.61, you ought to make an appointment with Holler Hyundai of Maitland right away.

Holler beat all dealerships for time (start to finish), customer service, and straight-talk. I decided to go to this dealership because the vehicle I was interested in was less at Holler than other locations (so there’s your first plus- best price on a new vehicle). They also gave a fair trade-in offer for my 2019 Suburban. Their out the door pricing was upfront- no haggle. They do upsell on warranties, but it’s NO pressure, just facts about what you can expect with the standard dealer warranty and where you might consider extra. Bottom line- this place has my business going forward. Sales team was top notch- Gil, Pedro, Toni (finance)and the manager (can’t remember her name) were all amazing and a pleasure to work with. We felt valued and left with an absolutely beautiful vehicle! Can’t recommend enough!

Sylvia, Tirth, and Zach are absolutely awesome! My fiancé and I bought a Genesis from Holler Hyundai a couple of weeks ago, and Sylvia was amazing throughout that entire process. We had such a great experience that I decided to go back for myself — and this time Tirth helped me get into my new Hyundai Tucson! Everyone was so kind, professional, and there was never any pressure at any point. They truly make car buying feel easy and stress-free. We will definitely only be going to Holler Hyundai locations from now on. Highly recommend!

Ty and Victor at Holler Hyundai in Winter Park have been outstanding from the start! They are incredibly attentive, fast, and kept me informed with great communication. Both were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth. My experience is still ongoing since my car will be in service for the next two weeks, but even after just one day, I already feel confident and look forward to working with them throughout the process. Highly recommend working with Ty and Victor, they truly go above and beyond!

I had a wonderful experience at Holler Hyundai. Everyone was so friendly and treated me like family. They really took the stress and pressure out of the buying process. This was by far my least stressful experience I've ever had buying a car. I worked with Pedro on finding the right vehicle for me and he really knows his product. He has even checked on me after the sale to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend Holler Hyundai!

I went looking to see if I can trade in my old Elanta for something new and more reliable with less maintenance needs. I was assisted by Blake, he was very kind, patient, and understanding of my situation because I still owned on the old car. Each manager introduced themselves to me and helped me along the way. They went over all my options and welcomed any questions I had and answered them with patience. I appreciate every single person that helped me get my new car! Thank you Holler Hyundai very much! Eric was my personal helper and savior. Professional, caring, didn’t rush me and listened to my concerns with trying to schedule a recall which would take half a day with two kids under 5. I was hesitant at first this place is rough around the edges but he put me at ease. When I returned 2 hours later I had an oil change software update and because they just happened to have the right parts were able to complete the recall so I didn’t need to come back! I was so relieved but more importantly Eric was more relieved ! He really cared and I will return and ask for him every time.

As far as the sale process of my vehicle, I have nothing to complain about. However, after I got home, I realized that the $500.00 check I wrote as a deposit on the vehicle was never credited to my sale invoice. I called Holler Hyundai and I got confirmation that Caden didn't know that there was a check written for the $500.00 deposit and he didn't give me credit for that amount. I spoke to Mr. Majed (sp.) and he said he would have a check mailed to me and that I would receive it sometime next week. Yesterday I called Holler Hyundai to verify that the check was being processed and after calling back 3 times to speak to someone in the finance department versus the 5 people I spoke to that couldn't do anything about it, I hung up and never called back. Oh well, I guess the check is "in the mail". Pedro was very thorough in the entire sales process, and I have no complaints about him whatsoever.

I had a great experience at Holler Hyundai recently getting my car serviced. Eric Latham greeted me and immediately made me feel welcome and showed interest and concern in getting my vehicle properly evaluated. He kept me informed and contacted me as soon as the vehicle was ready, which was serviced very quickly. I highly recommend the service and staff and Holler Hyundai, specifically Eric Latham-very efficient and streamlined.

This was my first time taking my Hyundai Santa Fe to a dealership for service. Granted it was for recalls and of course they recommended a few other needed repairs but did not make me feel pressured in any way to get those additional repairs. Just an FYI, they do have a company that offers financing without a hard credit check. Ty was my Service Rep. He was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Based on this experience, I would recommend Holler Hyundai Orlando.

What an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Holler Hyundai/Genesis in Orlando made us feel like family. Especially Ramón del Fresno, the salesman who was with us every step of the way. Ramón's service was spectacular. He's a truly wonderful person. I never thought I'd buy a Hyundai, and thanks to his experience and knowledge, I left with a brand new SUV.

We had the pleasure to do business with Tirth. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He is exactly what you want when you come in to buy a car. He was informative and offers his own opinions. I never once felt pressured into anything. The sales manager Paul helped us out, he is very personable and was very involved in our purchase which was great. This location is superior to all Hyundai locations by far. They don’t work on commission so they are genuine and very friendly. If you’re going to buy a car, this location is worth the drive.

Though I hadn't bought a car in many years, my experience at Holler Hyundai was smooth and professional, thanks to the referrals from friends. Ty Osetricher connected me with Paul Ortiz, who later transitioned roles, and Blake Ellis helped complete the transaction with great patience and communication. Everyone I met was respectful and created a positive atmosphere, making the process truly pleasant. I love my new ride and so far, it has been awesome. The only negative I might mention is the lack of the option to program a garage door opener in the car (without having to utilize a separate clip on remote).

Holler Hyundai is a stress free car dealership. I told Ramon what I wanted and he kept in touch with me to let me know when my car came in. The car was gourgeous when it arrived. They gave me a great price and exactly what I expected for my trade in. I didn’t need to haggle back and forth, so there was no feeling of being taken advantage of. Everyone was nice and amazingly they seem honest, which is unheard of with car salesmen. I really like Holler Hyundai and have bought 2 cars from them. I’ll probably buy my next car at Holler also.

August 27 I leased an Ionic 5 from Holler Hyundai, while the showroom is dated, the people were delightful to work with. My sales/leasing consultant was very helpful to facilitate the lease. The finance manager Josh was very informative. Basically, it felt like I was doing business with neighbors in Winter Park.

This was by far my best car buying experience! They answered all my questions before I even came to the dealership, which made the process smooth and stress-free. There was absolutely no pressure, and everything was explained clearly with all my options laid out. Wally, my salesman, really listened to what I wanted and made sure I got exactly that—and even more. Richard, the Sales Manager, was funny, friendly, and extremely detailed. No hidden numbers, no games—just honest and transparent from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership and will most likely only buy from here in the future! 🤩

I went there with my wife to check out their options because a friend had got a Santa Fe Calography at 0% in 60 in another dealer. They got my corolla cross and paid a very nice amount on it. Happy that we could take our brand new Santa Fe Hybrid with bright seats and steering wheel home. It was quick and easy. We were so well assisted by Mr. Ramon. He was kind and helpful in driving us to the best decision. The financial manager, Josh, was also very pleasant and honest. He presented to us different scenarios and let us make our own decision with no pressure. We were amazed by the deal. Most of all, it’s the first time we feel like home in a dealer. I just finished an exhausting 12 day dealership search for my wife’s next car. I started with Toyota Chevy, Hyundai in DaytonaFord, Honda, Subaru and Mazda at each dealership I saw 2 to 4 different people that interacted with me trying to cut a deal right right now I was waiting till the beginning of the next month (August)for lease deals, and I decided to go to Hyundai over in Orlando and there I have the experience of meeting the incredible “Joe Vandenberg” it was an incredible experience a down to earth salesman no pressure at all…. very relaxed, went through the whole process with his leasing Manager Shayna…. I ended getting a 3 yr lease car 2 days later after I returned from my business trip. I went into the dealership, knowing that I was going to get a car next month, but they were so Delightful, truthful There was no BS factor l ended up leasing the Hyundai Kona for yr. Anybody who is lucky to encounter Joe Vandenberg You’ll be extremely happy A real down to lifego lucky guy. You’ll be truly happy.
