I visited the store on 10/25/25, but unfortunately didn't note the names of the guys working that day. They helped me find MFA cleaner, air filters and wiper blades and explained all of my options. This experience stood out to me as almost going above and beyond because it's becoming increasingly common to feel dismissed or encounter persons disinterested in their job. This scenario was the opposite. Hats off to these guys, and if management happens to be reading reviews, you've done a great job with training and please take care of your employees at this location.

crappy store, crappy people who serve, I wanted to change a recently bought tool that didn't work for me, seeing that it didn't work and they didn't want to change it, what a bad time, the only store that can't be changed and being there outside the door

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Advance Auto Parts to find some clips for a piece underneath my Honda CR-V. Jared, the associate helping me, went above and beyond to assist. The exact part wasn’t available in-store—or anywhere locally—but Jared didn’t give up. He went outside, got under my car in the heat, and made several trips in and out of the store to find an alternative that would work. After trying multiple clips, he finally found one that fit—even though it wasn’t made for my specific model. His persistence and customer service were outstanding. Jared’s effort went way beyond what’s expected, and thanks to him, I left with a solution. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

This is my favorite Advance Auto Parts location. The staff are polite and helpful. I would like to personally thank Jared for his extreme kindness. Unfortunately I do not know much about my Kia Sportage even after driving it for two years. Jared took the time to assist me and explained everything in great detail. He was personable, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! I will be coming back to THIS LOCATION for my future vehicle needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The service sucks. The guy at the front desk doesn’t know a thing about what he’s doing and he’s got a bad attitude.

Came to get a battery and Talia and Devon were so helpful and fast acting. Devon checked me out and made sure I got the right battery for a great price and Talia installed the battery for me. During the installation Talia explained everything she was doing and even cleaned corrosion away from the old battery. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH TALIA AND DEVON! I appreciate the kindness and professionalism during such a busy time at the store. Definitely Only coming here!

Aidon is an exceptional employee. His customer service skills were by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. He went above and beyond and I hope he knows I really appreciated his help today.

I had such an amazing experience here, Talia helped me understand what tests I needed done, why my lights were flickering, she gave me the tools to fix it and a new battery. She checked the alternator, battery and starter with this machine

Talia was very helpful on running a diagnostic on my car and helping me get my air filters as well

Stopped by here for a check engine light scan and then to pick up the parts that were needed. Talia was the rep that assisted us and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. They didn't have the parts we needed in stock, but she was able to call the Altamonte location to confirm they had what we needed and to ask them to hold onto it for us. Her customer service was exceptional and refreshing in a time of mental panic with our car. Thanks again, Talia :)

Talia customer service needs an update. The worse service that I've ever had. Music loud, can't hear, not helpful at all. Plus my account info is mysteriously gone from the computer. Over 20 years of history gone and not a care in the world. I won't be back.

The young woman there has horrible customer service ok playing the radio loud couldn't even talk when I asked her to lower it she said as don't be impatient dude !?!?!! She couldn't even helpenwith I needed !

Went in for rear brake pads on 2/7 about 230pm. Store is always stocked and clean. Talia greeted me and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for a great experience at my local store. Appreciate you!

My apologies for my original rating was for a different business. This was by far one of the friendliest locations I've been to. The staff was excellent. The one gentleman who helped me went beyond my expectations. He even came out to look at my car to confirm the siphon hose I needed was the correct size. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow. Went to the one on Aloma Abe in Orlando to return my core battery to get my money back at 6:30pm on a Friday and the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I called back an hour later and the dude answered and said he had got hungry so he went to get food. Wow. Locked up the store and went to the store. I would not recommend this place at all. Next I call corporate.

I came to this Advance Auto Parts to get a check engine light read out. The young man who helped me was extremely professional and helpful. He wrote down my code and offered to look it up for me. I was very appreciative of his professional and helpful demeanor.

The short girl with glasses yesterday was super helpful with lugnutz. Because i needed 10 more she sent me near to Forsyth which had. She saved the day so i could put tires. Great person reppin ur store. Thanks

I came in this morning in a panic because my car was overheating. Madyson was EXTREMELY helpful. Not only did they help me with the overheating issue, they also pointed out that one of my belts needed immediate attention. They answered all my questions, overly patient, and very kind. I've been to this location many times and by far the best service I've had. I am very appreciative of all the help.

I've been going to Advance over 10 years! They have a variety of tools and parts with a decent range of prices for the average mechanic or do it yourselfer. They have always been helpful with information and getting any parts they may not have on hand shipped from another store, usually the same day. They also have tools that may be more expensive or that you don't need often that can be borrowed. It's a good place to get what you need and will continue to be one of my main stops for repairs.

I don't think I've ever met anyone with absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Nothing against the company , just the dude with the scar . He made it obvious he had no intention in assisting me. I literally had to tell him , no problem bro I'll try a different location and he just walked away. I ended up going to O'Reilly's down the street and the kid answered all my questions and more! Ive never given a bad review but I'm totally ok with it this time.

They are always helpful and nice. They usually have the parts/tools I need but when they don't will get it shipped in pretty quick or tell you the nearest store that has it. This time I had to replace a alternator that was going bad. Luckily it was still under warranty. I called in and they could see my purchase in the system and said to bring it on in so they can test it. Once they tested it and it failed they gave me the replacement with no issue. I never have any trouble with service.

I was in a bad mood having to deal with my car issue for several weeks. I came into the store with my baby girl and was in a rush to get it fixed. I had a bad battery and needed help with a replacement. Ivan was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever seen. He dealt with my situation in a timely manner with the utmost efficiency. He deserves recognition for his excellence in customer service.

Angel assisted me with purchasing a replacement starter back in September and was hands down the best help I have EVER received in an auto-store. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really made the experience great. My dad and I went in initially just to buy a starter, but we kept returning to the store for all sorts of supplies just because the customer-service was so good. Thank you Angel!
