Everyone was amazing, nice, and caring. I have a rental car facility on site. Makes everything much easier also. My car was even fast and be back in my vehicle. All around the service 5 rating, My only slight issue what was used whatever was used to wipe down the interior Windows, Gauge cluster, Infotainment, etc. I understand that they had to wipe everything down But they used the same towel on every surface, so there was a lot of water spots and streak marks on all of the surfaces of the interior and when the light hit it it was hard to see out the windshield while driving, especially at night The tell that was used left a lot of residue. I was able to use my own window and cleaner to fix the issues,I also partly blame myself. I should’ve stated that I had a window film on my windows, But other than leaving the residue and everything I would still come back to get my car fixed here. In my opinion for cleaning windows and windshield if they were to use a squeegee and then put the towels at the bottom just to collect the leftover Spray would reduce streaking and water spots. And if possible, maybe switch to a microfiber cloth for wiping down services. It’s just with the gauge cluster since it’s a sensitive plastic if you use a dirty microfiber, courage, micro scratches, which leaves a lot of swirling marks their. But there’s A process that I can do that remove the swirl marks on the gauge cluster. It gives me something to do over the weekend so.

My Paint Shop was very nice but I turned in my vehicle with the radio working fine and when I got it back, I’ll get everything for radio stations. It had no reception. I emailed Mr. Williams. He was very nice. I took her back in and they told me they could not find a problem that the antennas were connected. I turned it in with the radio working now I’m going to service. I will talk to my service tech Gabriela to see if she could fix it. But my radio was working fine when I turned it in now it only works with the Bluetooth and one or two stations. Thank you very much.

I feel Mr Sheruden gave your wonderful employee and ourselves the same amount of grief over the head lamp. As your employee informed us that it would be a traffic/citation prelude,as we couldn't afford to replace the la.p. I am sure that Geico wouldn't have gone broke by replacing a,$150 part.

Originally took one of my cars here for hail damage the repair was unbelievably perfect they had to take the whole headliner and everything down I believe and make the hail repair and after the car was finished if I told you it had hail repair you would think I was lying recommend this place 100% now I'm getting emblems installed on my new Tacoma if you have any Toyota that needs Body Work of any kind this is the only place to go

I recently have our car worked by the Toyota of Orlando Collision team and I am very happy we decided to go there. Miryan kept me up to date through the whole process and Jacie was very attentive when we went through the pickup process. The car looks like new!! Highly recommended!

From the moment I walked in until the time I picked up my car, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I had a terrible experience with them due to lack of communication. I was repeatedly advised that my vehicle would be completed by 09/19, receiving numerous text messages stating that the repairs were on schedule for 09/19. On the day of, I received another text message stating my vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up. I left work early only to be told my vehicle is still missing crucial repairs and it wouldn’t be completed by the following Monday. If my vehicle is delayed, that’s fair, but don’t communicate to me that it’s completed so I wouldn’t have to waste my time coming there. Just a massive inconvenience that could be avoided if communication was improved.

I took my car for the paint warranty thinking it was going to be a small area but I was blown away when they returned the car completely repainted. When I was given thr car back, Julissa from collision paint/ rental area went thru the whole paperwork and explained all the areas they worked on and the replacement of windshield andnother items. Great customer service!

Simply the worst choice for fixing my car. Replacing a door and a small dent in a part of the cabin. They don't care about meeting deadlines, they gave me 3 different dates and they have to redo the painting that didn't look good. I really hope they review how they treat customers, deadlines are made to be met, my car has been in the workshop for 1 month for a 40-hour job. All my cars are Toyota (I have already bought 5 new cars) I have never needed a collision service and now that I did I chose them because they are Toyota, but I was bitterly disappointed. I hope that one day (who knows when) my car will be ready without any problems!

Great honest service. Desk agents I spoke with on phone were great, Jason took good care of me. Had felt that previous estimates other places seemed excessive for the simple fix I was looking for. He even had some paint transfer buffed out for me. No one made me feel like I was being unreasonable by not wanting to paint the whole bumper like at other shops. Thanks Jason.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Toyota of Orlando‘s body shop after a vehicle accident involving a semi tire, the damage to the vehicle was the valance on the front bumper was completely ripped off the splash guard under the front bumper was completely ripped off. The valance on the rear bumper was completely ripped off, the rear bumper had come unclipped from the mounting brackets on the frame, I went to this location because my insurance company said that they were a quality dealership to do the repairs and a preferred provider. What a huge mistake. I never received an update on the vehicle as to how the repairs were going until the day before. The vehicle was ready. I received a text message that said your vehicle is ready . The rear valance was not even attached on the left-hand side of the bumper. There are two retaining brackets that hold the Vlance to the frame. Both of those were broken and not repaired. There are two clips on either end of the Vlance that attach it to the frame, those clips were not even installed when I approached the Estimator regarding the damage I was advised that that was the closest they could get the front end and she wasn’t sure the backend was really damaged. I asked to speak to the Director of the body shop and received an extremely rude Scott O’Connor coming up and threatening to call my employer because I was upset that they had not repaired my vehicle and were trying to charge me and my insurance company for repairs that they didn’t even make , I asked to speak to their fixed operations manager, Dan Phelps, who then comes over and encourage me to never do Business with them again guess what I will never do business with Toyota of Orlando or any other dealership owned by this group based on my experience with Scott O’Connor and Dan Phelps. Their only redeeming quality was Jason, who at least kept me informed and insured when we returned to pick up the vehicle the second time that the repairs were actually made. I’m still giving them one star due to the poor performance, and the threats by Scott O’Connor and his unprofessionalism and poor quality of work after the vehicle sat for a day and a half in quality control. UPDATE11/12/22 detailing interior of car found ziploc bags with the bolts and clips that were missing when we went to pick it up. Also NEVER received a call as stated by responding party
