Went to test drive an EV6 and EV9, both great cars. Worked with David. We didn’t end up buying because we were primarily just browsing anyway, but really appreciated that they weren’t trying to use high pressure or other shady sales tactics. Plan on coming back to Greenway when we’re more in need of a new car vs browsing, and will be recommending to friends and family!
The overall experience during this car purchase was positive. There was one issue that impacted my decision to rate lower than 5 stars. The negotiating of price and financing was presented one way however at the signing of deal to complete the sale it was totally different . False promises on payment expected .
AJ helped me out so much I wasn’t very familiar with Kia’s but he show cased me everything about the car , took his time with me, and got me an amazing deal, loved the service !
