I recently got my car back after over a month in service. The process was very stressful at times I went through multiple advisors, communication was poor in the beginning, and it was frustrating not getting updates or clear answers. I had to call and push for information several times myself.
However, my new advisor Keiara really stepped up toward the end and helped get things moving so I could finally get my car back. I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism during that part of the process.
For starters I got my car on September 10 a certified pre owned 2023 Kia Soul set up by my boy Malcom , unfortunately on October 10th I was Tboned at an intersection. Car was totaled, and I thought I was fresh out of luck. Called Malcom my sales guy for the info on my GAP insurance. When I got there not only were they prepared for me, but Malcom and his brother Elijah were very reassuring in the fact that they would be able to get me into something new that day. And that’s exactly what he Malcom ended up doing, walked in for a GAP contract left with a brand new loan 2025 Kia Soul interest went from 18% to 6%. The finance manager Asher knew exactly which lender to get me with was certain of himself, quick and efficient.
Tony sells department we purchased a Kia sportage 2026 have great experience no pressure only got me a perfect deal went to other dealerships didn’t get the offer that he gave me. There was a strong smell inside the vehicle after the incident, and they had their detail team clean the car thoroughly. When I got it back, it looked and smelled brand new. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

My first Kia purchase. I needed a gas efficient and safe small suv. I lived over two hours away since they had the exact model/color I was looking for. I made a day of it to test drive and Muhammed was amazing, no pressure and answered all the questions I had. I came back the next week and purchased the suv. They worked with me over the phone to make sure I had a super streamlined fast experience and even had the car ready when I came to pick it up.
Lastly, I have a city parking pass that isn’t cheap yearly on my old car and Muhammed took the time to remove it and place it on my new Kia. I was upset when I got home and then realized he actually transferred it for me without me even mentioning it because I forgot. That is the little things folks! My family owned car dealerships so I know how some can be and Greenway was a very pleasant experience and if you are in the market for a Kia, I would definitely go see them. Muhammed and the finance team really took the time to make sure I had a pleasant experience.

Went to test drive an EV6 and EV9, both great cars. Worked with David. We didn’t end up buying because we were primarily just browsing anyway, but really appreciated that they weren’t trying to use high pressure or other shady sales tactics. Plan on coming back to Greenway when we’re more in need of a new car vs browsing, and will be recommending to friends and family!

The overall experience during this car purchase was positive. There was one issue that impacted my decision to rate lower than 5 stars. The negotiating of price and financing was presented one way however at the signing of deal to complete the sale it was totally different . False promises on payment expected .

I made an appointment to get my driver side window fixed and my auto start button stop working on my 2025 Kia Sorento. The motor stop and window would not going down and I checked in at 9:00am and they had my car all day when I was told it may be 5 hours if they had to order parts. I drop the car off and waited to call them about 4:50pm because I haven’t heard anything from them regarding my vehicle. The service advisor told me her lifted a voicemail to tell me to pick up my car, which was not true. So, I was told it’s not fixed and they had to order the window and they can’t fix my auto start due to Kia rules. This is a brand new car and things out of my control is braking apart and Im still under warranty. It’s raining everyday here and they put plastic over my window when I ride highway miles and it’s already pulling up and coming off . I have to drive 2 days until they call me when they have a part is in!!
As I go to pick up my car they lost my keys, and I waited more than 30 minutes and they said they the tech left my car across street from the service with my key left inside an unsecured lot with easy access for anyone.

BUYER BEWARE! in all my years of car shopping, this is by far the most shady dealership I’ve ever come across.
Don’t let them fool you into financing with them or with their partner credit unions. They simply told my friend and I what the rate was (which wasn’t far off from outside financing) but added additional monthly cost to the number without telling us and hoped we didn’t do the simple math. It would have cost us thousands. Which explains how after coming to an agreement on the out the door price why they tried to force us after the fact to finance through them.
Lied to us about selling the car to lure us back to the dealership. The lies kept coming.
No call back from sales director. Continuous lies from sales management and reps.
STAY AWAY. Kia is a great manufacturer but this dealer does not do it justice. There are much better options.
Let me tell you about a superhero name Bryan from the service department. He was so professional, amazing and down to earth when it came to the assistance/repairs on my car. I was really unsure on how I was going to pay for a much needed repair along with the results. He gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed when it came to my vehicle. He was very friendly and polite throughout the whole experience. I can say that he lifted a huge weight off my shoulders knowing my car will run a lot smoother with an affordable payment plan. I’d recommend him to anyone for their car service. I hope to see him again the next time I need service or receive the same exceptional customer service he provided me. Came in for a tire replacement that is protected under Road Hazard Coverage.. 4 hours later we have to get approval for a service that we pay for. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero customer service. The Mechanics take more cigarette breaks and pray on single women than actually working. You will wait all day long just to say come back tomorrow. Don’t buy a vehicle from this location stick to a more reputable Kia dealership.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! I had some tough experiences trying to buy a Sorento in Atlanta, and flew down to West Palm Beach because they had the car we wanted at a great price. Can't say enough about working with the rep Jhonny and his manager Sam. Buying a car is a big investment and they truly treat you with respect and make the process great.
Since the first day that I got my car, the key never worked, it was to many things that happened but finally, the gm helped me and I finally got a car that runs in a perfect way, until yesterday, the battery was death at all. I got a used car, understandable, but I paid a recon fee that was 2500, meaning that the car was 150 point checked, and everything else… but until now I never understood, why the key didn’t worked from the beginning, and now after one month of use, the battery needs to be replaced .
I don’t really want to come back, because it will be the same story than before. Just want that if you charge a 2500$ fee for RECON “reconditioning” as I was told, Then you really sell a car in a good condition. And I mean the car is good, I love it!! But I can wait that kind of thing from a regular dealership, not from a recognized dealership as greenway Kia.
I give 2 stars because at least they solve the key issue.

I was referred to Salesman Jeremy who was very friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to understand my needs/ questions, made sure I got the car I wanted, and never pressured me into a decision.
