It was very easy to sell my car to them. I spoke with them on a Wednesday and my car was picked up free of charge that Friday. They brought my check on pickup and I gave them my keys and title. They even offered me more than I expected for the vehicle. I definitely recommend them.
I was super skeptical at first, because my dad found them and he's a character but i love him lol but The turn around was great, quick and accurate communication and information was given. Wheelzy agents were able to price match a deal from a different local company, and because they promised a quick delivery, we went with Wheelzy. They showed up to the correct address with a check in my name for the exact amount initially agreed upon. Only thing was the driver/tow truck people showed up about an hour and a half outside the pick-up window, dispatcher said the team was behind which was understandable. Overall great experience. They purchased my 08 Pontiac G6, which was very inoperable & smashed in at the front (totaled from a hit & run unfortunately), and they gave me a very fair price in my opinion for the as-is state of the car, and I’d recommend them to anyone trying to junk a car, in working condition or not. Or damage; no problem for them. They did keep in contact with me by phone throughout the day and answered my calls/texts swiftly, although the tower did arrive slightly late (they might’ve just been backed up or busier that day in my area in STL maybe), but he pulled up early evening cash in hand and within 8 hours of calling, so thanks to them for getting my non-functional car out of my driveway good service. Selling to companies that do this type of thing can leave you questioning motives, what might happen along the way, and more. I went through the whole process beginning to end and made a successful sale. The original offer was lower than what I wanted and I was able to negotiate higher. I ultimately did not get my final highest asking price but after comparing many other offers it was looking like a difficult aso anyway so what was negotiated was fair and they best every other offer on purpose too. There was no haggling by the tow truck driver. The check cleared quickly. The people on the phone kept in touch often throughout the process which was helpful. I was also able to communicate through text at times which made things easier, especially when sharing some things by phone you may mishear. Pretty easy process. They took care of title fees, towing fees, etc. on their own which meant I received my full negotiated price.
