I called so many different places about picking up my brokedown vehicle but no one got back to me! Wheelzy called me and not only did they work it out to get me the most money but they said 2 to 3 hours and it was an hour later and the hunk of junk was out of my driveway and cash was in hand! I had two older model vehicles that wouldn’t run anymore. I called Wheezly and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful to me. They sent a tow driver to my residence on the same day and I received more money for my vehicles than I ever expected. They kept in constant contact with me to assure great Service. Their driver showed up and was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He was efficient, super friendly, and even helped me get items from one of the cars that I couldn’t gain access to. He was extremely safety cautious too. Seeing my two cars leave wasn’t easy, but these people made my transition so very simple and stress free. Submit a request Sunday and got an immediate offer. They party with a tow company that I was able to reach and get on the schedule as soon as the offices opened. The driver assisted with my old plates, copied my license, obtained the title and handed me cash. Simple and speedy, happy to have had wheelzy!
My experience was great although I was anxious because I thought it was a scam…I thought it was too good to be true. Everyone else’s offer and bid were in the $500 dollar range, for my I unwrecked VWJetta2015. It just had a mechanical issue. Kellys Blue books value was $1600 and Wheelzy worked hard to get me $800. The rep that I dealt with was kind, listened and went above and beyond to help me.
I filled out car info online they gave me a price right then and there, I accepted it by calling and giving my reference number, representative asked when I was available for pick up I told her today if possible her response was we can have someone out there today between 12pm and 4pm, I said great. Driver called stated he was 30 mins away and called again and said he was outside, I gave him the key and title he gave me the money I was offered and my Bessie was gone. Easy process. The driver who picked the car up was very nice and professional as well. I would give them a 10 out of 10 from processing to picking it up.
