This people go to the food truck area in Kissimmee (Dennys)and take tourist cars to get money, when you ask them who call them they say the restaurant, when they really are parked on the side of Dennys waiting for you to get down and with out no notice or calling the police they take your car,the police told me that when they towed your car the feed is not supposed to be more then $150 and they are charging $225 and more, and that Danny’s and the towing company are combined to do this.
Was eating in the restaurant that’s lot I was parked in. Walked my friend to her car and came back, my car was gone. Showed that I just ate at the Denny’s, explained I literally walked a friend to a car. Was told too bad he doesn’t care. Took my car as I was reproaching it. Impossible to get while it anyone to retrieve said car.
After getting my car back, I’m now missing a jar of cannabis, a gun (that’s registered to me), and a grinder. I love that these people are even scamming each other. One tow yard guy was like yes! I can take Apple Pay, pulls out his phone. While the other guys says no sorry we don’t accept Apple Pay but we take cash.

4 months later, they have illegally towed my car from my WORK PLACE. Literally drove the car to work. I went to retrieve the car with the title, they won’t release it. Good luck, this company can go to hell in a hand basket. Hope they get what’s coming to them
Beware of this company. Allegedly a scam for towing cars. After towing it, they keep creating barriers to increase the difficulty to retrieve your car. Each time we tried, a new document (that was not prior mentioned) was required. When we made the payment requested (USD 740 from friday night until monday morning), we requested a receipt, which was not provided so far. Also, the prices that are posted on their site doesn't make any sense with what is charged.
My rental car was towed with a paid parking ticket in the window within minutes, in what seems to be an organized scheme to extort money from people. As soon as you park, the tow truck shows up. I received the proper notarized documentation from the rental car company that they told the rental company we needed to retrieve the vehicle. Then when we got there they said we needed the owners ID as well. What business owner is going to give a customer their ID with personal information? Their hours of operation are 9-6 Mon-Fri but they will tow your vehicle after hours and won’t let you get it until Monday. And they want you to pay $220 cash.
I got towed a couple nights ago and honestly it’s not even that fact I got towed that was the upsetting part, it’s the fact that almost everyone I dealt with to get it back was very rude and wouldn’t answer basic questions like where to get it back from without being rude or hanging up. They also only take cash, Zelle, or cashapp which is very sketch and inconvenient. All and all they are just very rude people.

I was forced to pay $645 to get my car back. The company refused to release the vehicle on Saturday and held it until Tuesday. On Monday, I went to the location three times, and no one showed up or answered.
To make things worse, they refused to provide an invoice or receipt. Only after multiple phone calls and stating I would call the police did they finally send it — days later.
I was met with hostility, aggression, and zero professionalism. This company operates in a predatory, abusive way, using towing as a weapon to take advantage of people.
If this happens to you — report it immediately. This cannot be allowed to continue.
Luis was AMAZING and very informative. His knowledge of cars was very helpful. After checking my car we realized I needed a new battery. Overall Luis was nice, personable and his customer service was OUTSTANDING!
these people do not know how to work a company first they took their our car and then it was supposed to be seven days or 24 hours but we’ve been in the we’ve been in the flea market for about 15 minutes. Please tell me how that works so then we get so then we get to the two of them to the ink for the toilet right so when we get there, this man is Puerto Rican man said we cannot get our we cannot get our rental car back and I was so confused like why he said he said specifically oh, you can’t get your rental car back because it’s the state of Florida. Why did he have such a nasty attitude and when we got there he had and when he got there, he had he had a nasty attitude. I don’t know why he was mad, but he was mad fast-forward. We can’t get our car back so now we have to pay a extra fee to get our other rental car and now the next day now the next day we come we bought it from has to go so then they told a lot of cars. I’m just so surprised they had a lot of car like he’s like we’re probably the first one there and now we would like it like it was so messy and it was just so unbearable they their area is not even that area. it is very sketchy. It is a behind a new thrift store and now overthinking thrift store is open. These people are scam artists please be aware. We parked the car at Denny’s. And they towed our car illegally. This was all about money not safety not anything else but robbing people of their money. When we went to pick up our car miles away they wanted us to Zelle them $220. We explained that the lot was full and we have no other options but none of that matters they only wanted our money because they are thieves. A Hispanic looking male with a beard, was very rude, hostile and confrontational and smells like drugs took our money because he had a tow truck. These people are predators RUN.

The apparent manager “Alex” damaged my vehicle and refused to show video footage. Charges are being pressed- he fled the scene when I said I was calling the police. The owner is a sad case for a man. Cant even grow a full beard-no wonder he’s angry. He’ll scam you out of your money and damage your property. My van had the bumper torn off and he admitted to causing the damages.

We had a terrible experience with All Auto Towing Inc. in Orlando, Florida. They appear to operate a camera-based towing system on lots where they place signs (sometimes barely visible) and tow vehicles within minutes of parking. Our car was towed almost immediately, and we were charged $220 to retrieve it from their tow yard — over 8 miles away.

Horrible company , they damaged my vehicle , took no responsibility, terrible communication, would not recommend using this company very unprofessional, a complete nightmare to deal with. If zero stars was an option, i wouldnt have even given them that. There is a reason they are an "F" rating with the BBB
Very unprofessional, I could smell marijuana coming from his tow truck, he damaged my vehicle, his company never took responsibility for the damage they caused. They clearly have no standards for the drivers they hire , the guy was high as a kite, and couldn't drive worth a damn. Never go through this company!
The woman who answered the phone when I called was extremely rude and hung up on me without answering my question. I called again and she hung up on me again. When I arrived at the location, I was informed that the amount to be paid would be $220. My car had been there for less than 1 hour. I asked the person about the amount, as it was very high. He said it was because of the EXTRA time. I asked how much extra time, as normally an extra charge is made after 24 hours and my car had not even been there for 1 hour. Then he said it was because it was towed after business hours. In short... these are crooks who steal our money because they know we have no recourse.
My driver was Luis and he was an absolute gem! After waiting over 3 hours for a tow, my insurance finally cancelled that provider and contacted All Auto. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Luis confirming the tow and within 15, he arrived on site to assist me. He was personable, kind and so very helpful throughout the entire process. After such a stressful day, I couldn’t have asked for better service!
I called for a tow through my Roadside Assistance app (Progressive) and they sent Luis from All Auto Towing...he came very fast. He was a Pro! And so cheerful. The situation was easier to get through. Thank you so much.
Luis was extremely professional, helpful, and fast. He called me right as he got en route to my car, and we worked out exactly what needed to happen. It saved me a lot of time and stress. I have never needed my car towed before and he was nice enough to give me advice and he helped me figure out what I should do next. I will absolutely be using All Auto Towing again.

Scammers! Asked me to Zelle. It sent they told me it didn’t. Made me Zelle him the same amount personally to him. Took $220 for me which is the full price if it was taken to the tow yard but no he didnt even leave the parking lot and all he did was hook my tires. He didn’t even leave the location it was getting grabbed from. Also broke passenger tie rod. Called several times about resolving issue. But it goes straight to voicemail. Was a good experience and interaction with gentleman who unhooked my car for what I assumed was half price but seem to have been taken advantage of and took extra money from for her personal pocket!

Horrible place… All they have here is a business to get peoples money. My car was towed while my partner was using it near the food trucks area i was not with him or in the area. He went here to get it my car is under my name and all registration and insurance is just under my name. He went to this place and all they asked was for a payment of $200 didnt ask for owner approval to be picked up or any document they just gave him the car with no proof of ownership which is illegal. i contacted osceola police and sheriff departments and they both informed me it was illegal to give a vehicle without any for of proof of ownership just a payment. Just know if your car gets towed by this place ANYONE can take your car out without your permission. a police report was filed.

Omg! Very rude person!! He town my sisters car in Dennis parking lot! She was there for only 5 minutes I can believe it !! After that I ask him why he did that to her and he start saying bad words on front of my kids and other people, My kids was crying because they think that he was going to hit me! My sister also was very sad and frustrated because she said why people steal money like that! Please I know that the picture isn’t very good but pay attention people.

They towed my car outside of hours and a place where there were no tow signs and zones and claimed I blocked a driveway. When asked for proof and documentation. Alex refused to support documentation and made me pay $$ without a receipt or proof of transaction. What a scam
My vehicle was towed from a location behind King Boa, fair enough, however I come to get the vehicle at 9:30 at night in a sketchy area off Central, took them 30 mins to arrive, driver claimed he did no damage to my vehicle however it had scratches across the front bumper plus all my plastics under the bumper where ripped away as the van has AirRide. Driver denied all and still charged $145 for the tow with no receipt of any kind through cash app.
Upon arrival to meet up with a driver, Juan called me & introduce himself, stated who he was & his ETA to meet me. When he got to me he (juan) was polite, courteous & helpful All throughout the process, would highly recommend
