I was always an auto zone guy. A lot of times they did not have my part in stock. It's frustrating when you have to pay up front and wait on the parts you ordered. I recently started using O'Reilly's and my parts were always in stock. O'Reilly's has a customer for life. Thanks O'Reilly's

When the district mgr comes in next day at 7am to turn your drums personally. Mark, I didnt know that was you promising to come in next morning 1st thing to turn my drums when I called. Thanks!!! Make me feel special!!! Lol!

My husband and I visited O'Reilly's West Colonial yesterday morning. Assistant Manager Carlos was rude and very unprofessional. As he called us up to the register, he commented we need to hurry up we are busy. I did not comment. He asked my husband " What do you need?" My husband responded, I need a head gasket for a 2007 Jeep Liberty. Carlos checked for the part number on the computer and proceeded to the back to get the part. As he came up and showed my husband the part. My husband commented that it was not the right part. Carlos responded with an attitude that this is the one you told me you wanted. I could not handle his attitude so I told my husband, we need to go somewhere else! He yelled a comment but I did not hear it as we were walking out of the store. My point is poor management and customer service. I will never go back to the store.

It's a rough part of town and usually you can expect to get really nasty service in the area. I called to ask about a battery for my vehicle and the phone was answered within a couple of rings. The lady (Christina) had a friendly demeanor and was quick and efficient in finding my battery and gave me multiple options on what to get!! I asked her to have the battery available for I would be there within 15 minutes .I walked into the store and waited patiently as the other customers were being accommodated. Both customer service representatives were busy and dealing with their customers efficiently and effectively it seemed. When I get to the register I told Jean that I talked to Christina regarding a battery and she heard me saying this and told Jean that the battery was right there ready to go for me!!! Jean had a super friendly and helpful demeanor about him and 1 minute later I was running my credit card!! 5 minutes later and my battery was put on and I was ready to go!! Jean and Christina were both bilingual and gave awesome service!! Special shout out to Jean for being super friendly and helpful. Thank you O'Reilly's for employing and training professional people!! This part of town is notorious for having rap music service. A lot of times I travel outside the area for I know I will usually receive nasty, unprofessional service at most businesses here and it's usually less stressful going 20 minutes away in order to avoid the ghetto service that is so prevalent in this area. Thank you so much for the great experience, O'Reilly's. I will back sooner than later.

Excellent customer service, great selection. The store is only so big though and some newer vehicle parts might need to be ordered. Went to advanced and AutoZone before finally getting what I needed here!

Had an awful night and following day due to a dead battery, but Nazim came to the rescue and swapped it out pretty quickly. Lost money, and time due to the issue, and had a "when it rains it pours" kind of mindset but he helped me take care of the problem at a reasonable price compared to their competitors. I would definitely recommend stopping by this location when life happens and you need quick assistance.

I’ve been here three times and have been helped by Richard all three times. This associate has literally hone out of his way to not only help us find the right parts in the store but came outside and helped us without being pushy, disrespectful and patient most of all. As some other women will agree going to a mechanic or car ship isn’t always the easiest bc men will try to play a fast one on you thinking women don’t know what to do or what to buy but Richard was absolutely professional and honest from the get go.

1 hour wait in line. Then they didn't even order the right part. I was just picking parts up. I had no idea what they should look like. Very nice employees tho!

They are very friendly and helpful the only problem I had was they don't have motorcycles in there computers so if you don't go in knowing exactly what you need they can't help you. Also a lot of there online help comes from you adding your vehicle to your account and then it can check to make sure it fits your car and that's where we have the same problem because you can't add motorcycles. But the staff is very friendly and do try to help as much as possible.

Not a bad store but there are a lot of homeless people drinking in the plaza everyday. A couple of the employees play Pokemon go while at work. There is a gym close enough to it. they're maxed out and feel the need to hold the gym down everyday. One of them has gone as far as hacking the game beat people without being in the area. Which is completely petty and a sign of a sore loser. So if you are ever wondering why it is taking so long to get help or pay for your items, it's probably because one or two employees are busy playing a game on their phone.

The guy is here with knowledge of oral and helpful. I have an FJ Cruiser which has an odd 3 windshield wipers on the front they family the replacement and installed them. Advance Auto couldn't even find the replacement in their database

Excellent store. Fast service. Parts in Stock. 100pecent would recommend this store to anyone. Don't let location make your decision just go in and make your own opinion. I visit a lot of store and this one still is up in the top group of Oreilly's.

I just went there for some oil. They had a good selection of that. It wasn't the most tidy auto parts store but that's what auto parts stores are supposed to be like. Well organized and helpful courteous staff. If I go back it will probably get another star if they have the parts I need at the time.

It's funny how they place inexperienced people behind the desk. I was watching as Jaime was giving customer wrong info. I saw him showing customer how to use loaner tool and yet harmonic balancer was back to front and he forgot to tell them claws can be used flipped for distance, I had to show them the right way. I waited in line for 1 hour as 1 rep walked away and nobody else wanted to help

I wasn't sure about O'Reilly's, I usually shop at AutoZone, so I called to ask some questions about brake pads and a gentleman named Tracy picked up the phone. What a great experience! He answered all.of my questions, and provided additional information on top of that. When I visited the store to pick up the brake pads, Tracy showed me what they looked like, compared the different kinds of materials (ceramic vs metal) and he went on to help me by special ordering an item not usually carried in their store. As a woman, anything having to do with car repairs makes me nervous, but I was put at ease by Tracy's kindness. Thank you so much for a great experience. I will return anytime I need something for my car.

If there was an option to give no stars -that would be my selection. Prior to driving to the store, I called to confirm if a part was in stock and was advised yes! Once arriving (15 minutes from calling) the clerk checked only to advise that the inventory shows that it is in stock, but they don't have the part. Ok, great, i'll take an alternative! The part was ordered from another store with a 11:30am delivery time the next day. Was advised I would receive a call once the part was received. Ok, that's fine. The appt for my vehicle isn't until afternoon-so I'll be good, right? Wrong! 11:30-no part. 12:30 no part. Call at 12:30 to wait on hold for 16:23 minutes. Once clerk returned from hold, was placed on another 10 minute hold for the clerk to state the part hasn't been received. Again, I was advised I would be called once received . Fast forward to calling at 4:00 to check on the status and was advised "Oh, yeah! It's here", So what happened to that phone call? It never happened. Return to the store where the line is ridiculous due to the lack of help. Pick the part up and clerk says how do you want to pay? Dude! Seriously? it has already been paid for! Fast forward one week to return the core for a refund. Again, the line is ridiculous. You can see 5 associates, but conveniently only 2 are working. No customer service skills at all. The store is dirty with fly traps hanging across the ceiling as if it is apart of the decor. This was my first interaction with them and I don't intend on returning-at least to that store. I will admit the assistant manager did what he could to remedy the situation, unfortunately, I don't recall his name. Is would not recommend this location!

Amazing people working here. Samantha installed my new battery. It may have been one of her first ones but she was great at her service and very nice. Also, the manager Ashley came out and helped. You could see how proud he was of his staff. I'm really glad I went there for my new battery! Thank you!
