Joel was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful and so patient with answering all my questions about my samsung phone. I was so happy with his service.

I had an amazing experience with Joel! I accidentally dropped my phone and noticed a black speck near my keyboard that was driving me crazy. Joel was professional, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was going on before starting the repair. He fixed my phone quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before handing it back. The quality of the repair was excellent, and my phone looks and functions like new again. On top of that, he was honest about pricing and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work and taking care of his customers. If you need phone repairs done right the first time, I highly recommend Joel!

Zero stars if I could give them. I had my screen replaced at uBreakiFix and it literally broke again TWO WEEKS later. My phone had both a screen protector AND a protective case on it, so there’s no excuse for the screen failing this fast. A replacement should last months or years, not days. Super disappointing quality and a complete waste of money. I expected a professional repair, not something more fragile than the original screen. Would not recommend.

Alfredo took care of my screen replacement expeditiously. Much faster than initially anticipated. I’ve been using this company for years and they never disappoint.

I went to get my MacBook looked at. Since it’s liquid damaged, I knew it’ll be expensive. When I got there, this guy told me that it’s unlikely they’ll be able to repair it and would be $60 to LOOK AT IT! $450 total if they can repair it. Paying in installments is not even an option. I could not throw away a brand new MacBook. I took my laptop to another shop for a free diagnostic and they popped it open in front me, gave me affordable options, I paid half upfront and the next day sent me pictures of my working laptop. That’s how it should be done.

Quick and friendly service. They were able to repair my failing screen in under 3 hours and even cleaned my phone ports for free! The tech was very knowledgable and was able to explain the process of fixing any issues with the phone and what went wrong. Would definitely recommend!

I left grab some food and came back, and my phone was fixed on time with no issues, fully capable and accessible then when I left it and then she let me into acquiring Asurion Home+ which will come in handy for at home care for my devices!

My device got fixed, how ever TERRIBLE customer service experience. I never received a proper email, voicemail, or text saying my device was ready and amongst those 5 days I was waiting for confirmation my device was ready to pick up that I never received I called every day sometimes twice a day to see what the update on my device was and got send STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL every time. The individual workers themselves are great people and polite but as far as the whole experience it was quite infuriating.

They are very fast and they do great work. Customer service is fantastic. It’s done when they say it’s done. No complaints. Alfredo was fantastic.

Brought my phone in today to her the cracked glass repaired and it was replaced in less than two hours. Alfredo assisted me and was very helpful and courteous, providing quality customer service.
