So grateful my neighbor told me about this place. I was going to buy another battery from Auto Zone for $140 with a 1 year warranty but this place cut out the middleman, charging a way more affordable battery $120 with a 2 year warranty. I ran out of gas to leave and they were so kind to help me get gas nearby. Businesses like this in Miami are a blessing and much needed. Thank you!
Been coming here for years to cut out the middleman. Great prices and they’ll even install batteries for you. Great service and they’re honest. I stopped going to auto parts stores for batteries years ago and don’t regret it.
Web site shows "items in stock" and claims prompt UPS delivery. So I placed my order and sat here for 2 weeks waiting on my item. No communication at all. I finally called and was told it would be months before the item would be in stock. I said that "item in stock" was why I ordered from them in the first place. "Well, everybody knows those are backordered" was the reply. Sorry, you lost a customer.
They helped me push my car when my battery died at no cost and without me asking. Saw me on the road and their team just decided to help, all 15 mins before closing........joking the whole time and being merry and amazing to make the situation seem less dark. Yea...im coming back and reccomending you guys
One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They acted like they're doing me a favor by allowing me to buy from them and talked to me, the customer, like I was wasting their time. I won't spend another dime there.
Impressive! We need batteries sourced on a regular basis – most of them are our regular battery types; but every once in a while we need something that's tougher to get and even during COVID when supply chains were strained, the team at Battery Sales came through! ...which meant our business came through to our customers. If you have the opportunity to work with them, do.
I've been going here to buy my batteries for 15 years I live a block and a half away. I will not ever go back again. I bought my motorcycle battery in January of this year it is now September 24th. I went to get the battery charged because it's been sitting in my bike for the past 3 weeks because of all the rain. This time I dealt with someone I've never dealt with there before he must be new, he was told the battery was no good and they would not honor my warranty, because he said it was customer abuse. That was his excuse to get out of the warranty. Customer abuse my bike ran three weeks ago first week of September and now the battery is dead and it's supposed to be customer abuse not bad battery quality. I only went to them because they were so close to my house. They are overpriced and liars do not waste your time here.
My dad and I have been customers for nearly 40 years. You drive around the back, they test your battery. If you need a new battery, you get one. If you don't, you get free adivce. They couldn't be nicer or more honest. This place is a gem!
I both 2 battery only 15 days ago , I never used the battery, but today I try to used and the battery was wrong , I went to the location in 20 St North West Miami , and they tell me it's no warranty, and they toll me whit very bad actitud its my problem, thist people stolen in my face$ 200 , never in my life I be back , and all my mechanic too , very bad in all aspects
Went in for a quick battery as I was pretty upset with the prices everywhere else. They gave me a great deal and the battery is going on two years strong.

Horrible service!!!!! This place is a SCAM and does not honor their warranty. Owner says some bs excuse why his brand new battery only 2 months old is not honored under warranty. Pay extra and save from paying double in the long run!!! Good look
BUYER BEWARE!! Scammers and liers they sell horrible quality batteries and dont respect their warranty. I have purchased close to $2200 of batteries and they just scammed me for over $800 worth of new batteries.

Purchased 2 batteries within 3 months they were defective. Had them tested at Advance as well as nappa. One of the representatives stated it was owner abuse by literally only issuing a voltage test. They did not honor their warranty and issue me new batteries. I went to Walmart today and swapped my old batteries for new ones with a 1 year warranty no questions asked for less than 35 dollars. Just because you have USA in your name doesn't mean you value American values.
