Brought My car in for repair at the collision center. Overall service was very professional and extremely organized. Deena was my representative and greeted me with a huge smile every time I went to the repair center. She was thorough and thoughtful and explained everything to me clearly and with a lot of patience. Neal, was the project manager on the repair was just as Professional, listening to my requests and arranging things so the work could be done with the least amount of inconvenience or cost to me. The workmanship on my car is excellent and I can say that it looks like it did when I bought it new. I would definitely go back. Thanks to the team for getting it done so quickly and for making it so clear and easy.

My Lexus IS got hit and I brought it into Lexus of North Miami. My previous Lexus was also hit and I had such a wonderful experience with Lexus a few years ago, and particularly Deena Porras, the Collision Advisor last time, that I knew instantly this is where I wanted to bring my car in for repairs. I didn't even get estimates from other places to repair my car because it was so great working with Deena and Lexus last time. Deena kept me apprised every step of the way as to what was happening with the car and when it would be ready. In addition, she had a driver from Enterprise ready to pick me up when I dropped off my Lexus. Her service is outstanding and I cannot say enough about her competence, her going the extra mile with a caring, positive attitude, and her helping in every way imaginable. My car came out fabulous and it was a pleasure working with Deena and Lexus. She is not only an outstanding employee, she is super nice! I highly recommend Lexus of No. Miami for their collision work and to work with Deena.

The customer service was outstanding (from Mark at the time we dropped of the vehicle to Deena at the time we picked it up), and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. From the first call after I drop my car to the last the service was amazing from beginning to the end. They kept informing me each and every step of the way with what’s happening with my car and I couldn’t be any happier. They even took care of returning my rental back to enterprise. From all the staff who involved from the service representatives to the body man the work they performed on my car was amazing and I’m truly happy with the results and if I ever need body work or another accident I will return to Lexus of north Miami

Zinn did a fantastic job with my Lexus! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. After my accident, the tow truck brought the car to Zinn Collision Center after hours on a Friday night. They have a security guard there 24/7 and a drop box for the tow truck driver to drop the keys off. And on Monday, I received a call that they had my car and were going to begin working on it. A few weeks later, I picked up my car looking good as new! The service was great. Leah and Brindy constantly kept me informed with updates. They were very helpful and always answered my questions.

From the first moment all the details of how the repair would be done where clear. Deena kept us informed every step of the process. When we picked up the car it was fast and the car was very clean. I highly recommend the Lexus dealer at North Miami for any body shop repairs. We are also very satisfied with all the replacement parts used. Although, a car accident is never a good thing, seeing my car looking brand new again was an amazing.

I had such a great experience with Lexus of North Miami Collision Center! My representative, Deena, was absolutely amazing. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I was so excited to get my car back but now I’m not quite sure. I got it back with a check engine light on that was not there before. Clearly someone used a tool to open my hood and chipped the paint as seen in the last picture and then what it came in for which was the front bumper has discoloration. The only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because Lia at customer service was attentive and helpful in the process with updates and allowing me to pick up my car even after last pick up. If not I think it would be 1 star at that only because they did replace the bumper, they did the one thing but I’m getting my car back with other problems it did not have before. Will be talking to a supervisor tomorrow hopefully this can be resolved, if not I’m rating this lower for sure. Definitely not what I expected especially as a recommendation from Geico and a Lexus dealership attached. Update: 2 months later and no fix, a new part was ordered to replace the part that they could not paint properly and I have yet to be called to come back and get it fixed. Never again!
