At first this experience was ok, and then it went down hill from there. I had a Horrible horrible experience with Captain Nick. I was quoted $1000 for 1 jetski and $1400 for two. Captain Nick said he will send me a text for me to reply “I agree” to the towing of 2 jetskiis. I needed a couple minutes to verify if the second ski actually needed to be towed. I originally inquired about the price for 2 just in case. So I was told that the second ski started running so we only need 1 to be towed.
So I called Nick to finalize it’s just 1 jetskii being towed (the one he already had hooked up) but he didn’t answer, so I texted him saying only 1 ski needs towing and he claims “too late, I already charged it $1400” and that’s absolutely insane. How are you even charging me for 2 jetskis when you are only towing ONE… that’s a whole scam. He claimed he charged the card 2 min before I officially confirmed. Because I didn’t send the “I agree” authorize text. He tried to say that we had a verbal agreement about 2, but that doesn’t matter. He only provided a towing service for 1 jetski. I told Nick to refund me $400, he refused. I had to call my bank and open a dispute that’s still going on. This is just crazy.

I had a great experience with Flagship Towing Miami. They arrived quickly, handled my boat with care, and the driver was professional and courteous. It’s hard to find a towing company that’s both fast and friendly—highly recommend if you need reliable help in a tough situation.
Had a great experience with Flagship. I needed an 80+ mile tow for my sailboat after another towing company hung me out to dry. They had Captain Nick out to me in under an hour and honored their price when the job was had to be extended due to bridge closures. Responsive, friendly and honest. 10/10 would recommend!
