My car was dead in Cubesmart up the road, can tell right away I need a new battery. I walked here, about 1.5 miles, said what I need and that I need a tool too. The lady in the counter said they could bring me back there with the battery and tool. Bc it’s soo heavy.
The second they found out it’s not the storage right next door, and is like a 5 min drive. SHE TOOK IT BACK!! This was after I made my purchase by the way !!
But guess what?! To turn around on 135th and get the one next door takes JUST AS LONG!!!
To add insult to injury, I had waited less than 30 sec for uber and was standing inside, she very pointedly told me DONT WORRY, its ok to wait for uber in here. I guess we need permission to wait in a public store that we just spend a couple hundred bucks in these days.
I normally don’t write reviews, but Luis provided me with such great customer service that I had to go out of my way to write him one.
Luis was attentive on not only helping me choose the right battery but also knowledgeable helping me install it despite my battery rack being hard to access. All this are things I rarely get at other auto part companies

Stop by today to purchase an air filter, Luis Was great once again. Honestly, everyone at this location is phenomenal. they never hesitate to assist. There’s no such thing as to many questions for Luis. I hate the prices but the EMPLOYEES!!! They’re the reason I show up for my vehicles need.
The two employees I met, Luis and Rey, were so helpful! I just went in to buy some oil for my car and they offered to help and even did a sort of mini-diagnostic on my car to see if there are any issues.(lol I really needed that, my car got issues already😭).
They fixed part of my AC, help with my tires and gave me a lot of advise for future car maintenance and other issues I had that could be fixed.
Definitely recommend going there, they really went out of their way to help me🙏.
So I have a Super Start Extreme battery that I purchased from my sister's reliable mechanic while vacationing in central Florida 18 months ago. Though it worked great, the South Florida heat is really tough on batteries, and now mine wouldn't turn over the car a couple days ago. I tested and slow charged it at 2amp/hr with my reliable auto charger, but it wouldn't get over 10.2 volts. Even though I didn't have an original O'Reilly receipt, which the warranty called for in order to honor it. The manager at this North Miami store, Javier Martinez, provided exceptional customer service, and suggested that I call their 800 number. Just to confirm that there wouldn't be any problem with the battery replacement fully covered under their 3-year limited warranty. I did that. It didn't take long, and although he did need to briefly speak to my mechanic, and to see the original receipt, they had no problem swapping it out for a brand new battery if the same type. I really do appreciate his assistance, and he checked that one was in stock, too. So I highly recommend them for excellent customer service, and I highly recommend purchasing their batteries, and I can't thank them at all enough. If you need any help just give Javier a call. He's a great guy. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Get your auto supplies from O'Reilly they really stand behind them, and these days that's hard to find.
First time at your store, I asked for oil for my truck, he checked the computer, perfect he had it, but told me where it was, I expected him to get it for me but left me, to many to choose from so I left, not like the rest of the auto parts store the would hand it to me, that is what I expect, bought it at Amazon saved $30, I just wanted convenience, and I was the only person there, never again.
I have to say that Luis who works at O Riellys on 135st is the most helpful man I ever knew. His knowledge about cars is excellent. I would go back to this store anytime. He went out of his way for me, a complete stranger.

I've been buying stuff at O'Reilly since 2020, and it's always been great. This time, I needed new windshield wipers, and the staff was amazing—super nice, found exactly what I needed right away, and even installed them without hesitation. Seriously, everyone there was just good people, friendly and helpful. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and that’s why I keep coming back. Big thanks to the team!
This place was a life saver and a time saver. They also have great customer service. I was able to find a windshield wiper that advance auto parts tried two different wipers to get on and couldn’t. The rep Bertrand at O’ Reilly only tried one time and got the correct wiper on. He was also able to change a tail light and air filter really quick! It’s great to have a store with products in stock and able to assist you in putting it in. Love this place!
Extremely glad I chose this shop to go to. Instead of just selling me a battery Luis assisted me in thoroughly inspecting my vehicle and was able to figure out the issue with my current battery. I will be taking my business here moving forward.

Got a flat. My car’s tire iron was not cutting it for this last lug. Walked to this O’Reilly (I was stranded). Trey was awesome. Hooked me up with better wrench, so I went back, put on the donut, came back to OReilly. He put some air in the donut and helped patch the old tire and put it back on. Trey for President. Give this dude a raise.
i went in to get free on because my air has been warm but i didn’t know what to do, the assistant manager there was so kind and helpful to get me what i needed and he ask Luis if he wanted to help assist me since i didn’t know what to do. LUIS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! he even pointed out a few other things i need to get checked that i didn’t know about, (there was another place that told me it was the compressor, which would have been so much more expensive) Luis told me it was something to do with the computer and after messing around with the temperatures for a bit it started working again!!! it’s starting to get really hot in florida again so all his help was immensely appreciated. even though it was hot out he took the time to help and give great advice and everything, i’m so happy!!! thank you luis!!!
I would like to say Luis was very attentive very helpful went out of his way and above and beyond on helping me with my car trouble this store is at 282 ne 135 st North Miami Fl 33161 and burt and mica helped me out with other issues on my car went above and beyond on great service highly recommend this store to everyone
Diana was so helpful! She assisted with a check engine light, but took the time to educate me about tire size as well. She was so patient and thorough with me, making sure I understood. I also scooped up a good discount on a seat cover thanks to another staff member’s keen eye.
I just one to say that you had two guys working there just now, is 7:30pm on this location and they were so helpful and very knowledgeable...I had to put a review because I was so happy with there help and service.
