The worse attention, very mean. The owner do not respect the customer, he was yelling at me. He didn't want to assume the warranty so I felt abandoned. My complaint was within the warranty. Bad everything bad.

The owner is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. I think his out of his mind, I barely understand what he is talking about, poor frustrated person.
This place is truly one of the worst! Sold me a malfunction engine, I went back to the place for an exchange the owner of the place was upset and agitated at me for wanting an exchange, then accused me of fraud, the owner said I returned the wrong the engine, the serial number of the engine matches the number on the paperwork, he found every and any excuses not to exchange the engine. Unprofessional, talked to me like an animal. I would advise the public to stay away for that place.
The WORST UNPROFESSIONAL experience! Told us it would take a week for a motor replacement, which we paid a $2000 deposit for. On the day we showed up to pick up the car they said they didn’t want to do and that we can just take the car back. They didn’t even TOUCH the car. I spent a week with out a car for no reason. They said they couldn’t do it because they were busy with “a fiesta” and the mechanic was unavailable. When we got upset that they did not even give us a courtesy call the owner and his wife (who works the front desk) started screaming and yelling bad words. Extremely nasty, low class, and something I have never experienced. This place should not be allowed to stay open with the lack of service and the amount of time they waste.
Very hard to get parts, employees are teens, I spend over 2h to come and wait parts, when I called they sad "found my part at them hand"....

I was referred to them by Chavez Auto Parts and I am very glad for it. I called ahead and they patiently helped me over the phone. When I arrived I was allowed in the yard and I was amazed at how organized everything was. This is now my go-to for used auto parts.
I will start off by saying that I was referred to this location by my mechanic, I'm scheduled to drop off my Car tomorrow for a complete engine swap, I was told that this job normally takes a total of 3 days and is schedule to be finished by this Friday 10/19/2018 I will update with full details on my satisfaction. I spoke to Luis today and he was able to accommodate all my request. I will meet him in person tomorrow.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE, BAD TREATMENT BY THE OWNER, LITTLE ETHICS OF SALE AND MORE WITH COLLEAGUES OF THE ENVIRONMENT. SEEK OTHER USED AUTO PARTS BEFORE GOING THERE WHICH GIVE MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND VALUE CUSTOMERS.
I was treated so nice by Luis and Mr Roberto. Very reliable, honest and fair. I could not be more happier knowing that they fix my vehicle fast and safe.
I called and they were very polite and helpful. They did not have my 1986 part, they don'y carry the old models, but I was able to find it after calling them.
Very poor service. We spoke about completely quarter for my car. But after the payment they bring me quarter without complete parts. With no bumper brackets, with no parking brake computer. When I call them to discuss it. They was very rood.
