Rude. Disrespectful. Laugh at you if ask if they buy new car parts. Felt so bad. Ended up donating to them smh. Something off about that place. Whole yard looks like a hazard training field. When are they ever going to clean up that junk yard?
Seems like a good place with competitive prices and all that other good stuff people are saying on here, if you can catch them while they're OPEN!!! Called about a part I was trying to get but they close by 4:30, and then to top it off WITH A CHERRY!
THEY'RE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! My Goodness! This is the BEST place to work for! They're hours are Great for Them but Bad for the Public.
Asked for the part by phone and paid, then after couple of hours called me back to tell me the that the part was ready to pick up, went there showed the invoice got my part, very satisfied with the service.
So happy and appreciative for their help! They dropped off a tire and I had an issue and they fixed it the next day at no extra charge! They're so awesome.
Purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37 gauge cluster (ordered online, had it shipped). Received it completely destroyed and useless.
I called Dec 20 - they were closed til Monday.
I called Dec 24 - closed until after Christmas.
I called Dec 27 - no answer.
I called Dec 31 - no answer.
I filed a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.
I had a great experience here after looking all over town for a rim for my wife's car they had if for a reasonable price there was very friendly I plan on doing business with them very soon
Great prices, called and called about an alternator got all sorts of prices. Theirs was most reasonable one. Very happy with them and certainly will be back.
***WARNING! WARNING!***Knowingly shipped bad/damaged airbag clockspring and charged me $80. I called and told them the airbag clockspring arrived damaged because they FAILED to properly remove and secure the clockspring during dismantling. Prior to placing the order, I asked "Did you guys properly remove and secure the clockspring?" And they said, "of course!" When I called to express my dissatisfaction they told me "We don't warranty electrical parts." DO NOT ORDER PARTS WITHOUT INSPECTING THE PARTS FIRST! DO NOT ORDER, If your part needs to be shipped to you. I am warning everyone! More than likely, you will be sorry! My invoice reference number is 41623 and I live in TENNESSEE.
They won't sell the parts I needed
Don't even waste your time if you need an outside engine part. They will try to sell the entire engine. Awful service , attendant is not friendly and doesn't know about parts
