I respond I am not selling a car sir, I'm looking for parts. he goes !yeah I hear you !what kind of car you sending, what's the year make and model... I responded with I apologize I must have bad reception do you have car parts he responded!!we don't sell no car parts !! with such anger... not the way to answer your business phone you never know who you're talking to...
