Javier and Carlos Calderon were outstanding and went above and beyond the call of duty and provided Excellent Service to a 67 Year Old gentleman by the name of Benjamin Kushner who was Stranded and needed to be Towed home on December 29, 2023.
After consulting with Javier and explaining to him about Mr. Kushner’s Circumstances and Situation Javier took it to Heart and sent Carlos to rescue him.
I’m Raymond Moctezuma and I am Truly Grateful and Happy that God Sent Javier and Carlos to Save the day and to help a Senior Citizen in need at that late hour.

I highly recommend their services. I used their towing service after waiting 3+ hours for AAA. Following my initial call, Javier was there within 15 minutes. He was extremely professional and took care in towing my vehicle. I cannot recommend him enough.

I was waiting 3 hours for my roadside assistance to find a provider that could give me a tow. Thank god they found Javier to come save the day because my car would’ve been impounded if it spent the night where it was.
It doesn’t just end there. This guy went abov and beyond to help me out. When he came to tow my car the dealer that we were going to drop it off at had closed so we had no choice but to take it to the tow yard to spend the night.
With that being said I would have to get in contact with my roadside assistance the next morning for them to pay roadside express towing for another tow. Of course the warranty/ roadside side assistance company was giving me a hard time. First they said they couldn’t tow from a tow yard(even though it was their fault they couldn’t get me a tow on time. Javier did me the favor of calling the roadside assistance dispatch and getting them to cover the second tow as well.
Like I said he went above and beyond for me and I would definitely recommend him for anyone that needs a tow
Javier was excellent and thorough in towing my car to the dealership. He made sure to arrive in a timely manner and quoted fair prices. He was also very efficient from initiation of the tow to the final drop off. Overall very happy with the service I received.

2am stranded over 40+ miles away from home the ONLY company that answered their phone yet others say 24hrs. ROADSIDE EXPRESS TOWING is 24hrs not only did they answer the phone, they went over and beyond to help me get home to safety.

Javier was a lifesaver! I had a blowout on a busy area on 95 in Miami late at night and wasn’t able to get assistance through my insurance provider. He happened to stop by and gave me his number. When my insurance didn’t work out he came back, tried changing my tire, when the spare tire didn’t fit he towed me to a tire shop. I would have been stuck there all night! Nice guy with great service.
After waiting 8 hours for Alpine Towing to tow my Tesla from Key Biscayne (which it never did), I’m so grateful that Roadside Express showed up within 20 minutes of my call, checked in on me afterwards to make sure I was ok, and then came back to help me with my battery. Carlos was the guy that came he was amazing, saved me money because I had a blowout instead of putting the donut on he was able to plug the tire so I didn’t need to buy a new tire. Before I reached the company I was sent back and forth to different people and couldn’t reach anyone for about an hour. Finally spoke to someone they were very helpful and eager to help. Highly recommend them
