The AAA service was dispatched through Hertz rental. Jonathan went above and beyond not only with picking up and delivering the vehicle to Hertz for repair he made sure my wife and myself were safe and able to pick up a replacement vehicle that was located nearly 2 miles away from the Hertz drop off location. Hertz had no answered as to how we would get to the retail center other then to tell us to call uber or lift!!! Not very friendly or usable advice as the rented car with the flat tire had our 7 suitcase in the rear of the vehicle. Jonathan is a true professional and I would highly recommend him and the company he works for!

This towing company and especially driver were phenomenal in their service. I had been stranded at the Miami airport for 7 hours. And other road side assistance companies failed to follow through to assist in towing vehicle to dealership. Once Roadside Towing and Recovery received the call they responded by phone immediately and within 30 minutes arrived to assist. Tow driver Carlos Leon took immediate action and we were towed from the arrivals area at the Miami airport to car dealership. Driver was very professional and made sure all of the specific needs were met. He was very friendly, kind and understanding of the stressors caused by the delays / failures to arrive at the scene by other companies. Once again Carlis thank you !!!!!!!
Dishonest and Aggressive – Avoid at All Costs
I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional and predatory behavior of this towing company. They attempted to wrongfully tow my car, and when I confronted them about it, they were incredibly rude, verbally aggressive, and completely unwilling to listen. My mother, who was present at the scene, was also subjected to their hostility, which was completely unacceptable.
Instead of handling the situation with any level of professionalism or decency, they chose to escalate it with intimidation and disrespect. It’s clear they care more about making a quick dollar than treating people fairly.
Do not trust this company—they operate in bad faith and have no regard for basic courtesy. Luckily, I contacted authorities and they promptly took our side in the situation telling them to release the car. Serves you right, thieves!
I needed a Tow and contacted AAA 2 days in advance for a Friday tow. They contacted Vice Towing. They never showed up and never bothered to contact me. Called AAA and they re-scheduled for Monday and contracted Roadside Towing & Recovery. Leon called and from start to finish it was a perfect experience. If i could give 10 stars i would. 6 feet 8 inch clearance “No problem” Leon worked around all the low clearance like a panther through the jungle….. delivered the car with zero issues and was a pleasure to work with… I highly recommend Leon and Roadside towing anyone who needs help.
Before our tow driver arrived, one of his colleagues who was nearby on another tow job stopped at our roadside location to make sure we were okay and reassure us that Frank was on his way. When Frank arrived, he got right to work assessing the scene and securing our disabled car on the flatbed of his truck. The tow was very reasonable for the distance we needed to go. Frank helped us out so much in a difficult and stressful situation and we are so grateful! Give that man a raise!

I took a load to Homestead on my way down I had a lot of trouble with the transmission on my truck wiring was the problem these guys were called out to tow me to a shop I ended up having it towed to their shop they got me going in a day great guys to work with I would also say they will go out of their way to help and are really reasonable on price
And I do thank them for getting me going in a short time
This company is a joke. It took them 3 days to deliver my vehicle. They were quick to take the job from AAA and then made no effort to deliver my vehicle in a timely manner. Their communication was poor, only providing an update if I called and consistently lied about where my vehicle was. It got so bad that on the third day, when my vehicle was still not delivered, they simply stopped answering my calls. The vehicle was for my business and this company’s atrocious service cost me a large amount of money. I would’ve saved time and money renting a trailer and just delivering it myself.
On 5/30/2024 my car broke down on the way back home from dropping my kids at school. I contacted my AAA and they sent out Road towing & recovery. I had the best experience with the tow truck company, the driver’s name was Christian. He was polite and very communicative. He even waited for me to come back to the vehicle to drop my key so I didn’t have to take the drive all the way to the dealership. Once he got to the dealership, he called to confirm that the vehicle was dropped off. I normally don’t post reviews, but I even contacted my AAA that evening to find out the name and drivers information so I could leave this review. 5 stars!!! Thanks so much for making a miserable situation, a little less miserable! (Also really hoping this is the right company)
My car battery died while I was at a supermarket parking lot. They came out to give me a jump start & they tested my battery. It needed replacement. I drove home & they delivered & installed a new battery later the same day. Great service!

Triple A sent this company out to tow my car. They sent the wrong type of truck so the driver put me on the phone with his operator. While I was talking with them the driver exposed himself and started urinating on his truck right next to me. After that he took his phone and left. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
I used Roadside Towing to haul my 5th wheeler to its new location. Maycol and his sons were very pleasant and knew what they were doing. I recommend them and will be using them again.
Do not use these services. They have an account with AAA, and they will say they will be there and never show up. The experiance I had, the tow truck drive canceled the call after 4 hours and never showed up. AAA had to get a different company to come out after 5 hours waiting on the side of the turnpike, they are dishonest. Avoid at all Cost.
The truck operator had short battery jumper cables and couldn't reach the battery. He pulled my truck to the end of the driveway. He still couldn't reach my battery and then proceeded to drive on my lawn. His lift damaged my trailer hitch socket and bracket. I didn't see the damage until the next day. I reached out to the driver and sent him pictures. He denied he did it and said his boss agreed with him. His boss never reached out to me. The pictures clearly show the damage came from up underneath and pulled out. Completely amateur service. I filed a complaint with AAA!
Darvis is the best towing guy in Florida and will always have my service. He helped me get my dead battery car out of the airport with understanding and professionalism. I never had good experiences with towing guys cause most are rude, nasty, and seem like they eat rocks for breakfast. Darvis is a rarity in the business and because of this he will always have my business and of anyone who needs his service! Thank you Roadside!!! You guys have a lifetime customer now!!
This was the absolute worst towing company I’ve ever had to use. Dispatch lady didn’t know her elbow from her knee, and continued to give us the run around. At 8:30am they said noon, and we had to be with the car. At noon we called and was told it would be 30 mins after he Fuels his truck. 4 hours after that, He finally gets here. 7 hours in total, complete waste of time.
I was in a real jam. My 25' RV had to be towed to a repair shop. I could not start the engine due to a mixup of additives. I called many companies for a tow without success. When I called Roadside Towing and Recovery someone actually answered the phone. They were professional, and arranged a tow at a fair price. I am thankful for their service.
I had called another company at 5:41pm and the driver kept on giving me the run around for hours. I finally called roadside towing and recovery and they got to me in a matter of 16 mins.
