Horrible. These people stole my car, and then crashed it into somebody’s home, nearly killing two children. My car was totaled. Instead of resolving the situation, they gave me the run around for many days. I had to reach out many times directly to the owner. The secretary gave me attitude. These people are very unprofessional and are just looking to make money.
These guys are pure SCAMMERS. They charged a bunch of people for parking at a music event and then towed them immediately. My Girlfriend and I went through hell trying to retrieve her car while the towing employees sat around laughing and adding every random fee they could get away with. The worst part is that an employee was overheard saying that “we gotta hustle somehow”, when someone confronted them about the fake parking employees. A pure confession in my opinion.
Muy mal trato con las personas, tienen formas rarísimas. Se llevaron un montón de autos después de una fiesta sin ningún consentimiento y con arreglo de las personas que te cobraran el estacionamiento. A su vez estando en el lugar casi uno de los que atendía (muy mal predispuesto y con contestaciones rarísimas) casi se mata a piñas con un chico.

I had fake workers posted in a parking lot. We paid and came back to them towing our car and since it was a rental they wouldn’t let us pick it up. Now they are charging $900 for 1 day of impound and $200 for tow that I now have to figure out with the rental company. They are scammers and will try to get the most out of you thinking no one will ever take them to court and sue.
Evil scammers! As i read other reviews it seems this is not the first time they do this. For miami music week at factory town they had fake parking workers charging $25 to secure a parking spot and watch the car for you.As soon as you pay and leave they towed everyones car . They work with the fake parking workers to make tow money. pure evil ,but karma always has its way of coming back though. I also filed a police report and informed factory of this tow company and the fake workers. Heres the photos of everyone waiting to get their cars
Obviously most people reviewing this company have probably been towed due to a parking violation as was I. This post is not hostile due to the fact of my negligence but rather this companies. After paying over 300 dollars to release my car that was only in the lot for 4 hours I was rushed out as they did a mass towing from an event. My car was accessed without the key which felt like a violation but that was the least of my issues my car was damaged in multiple locations due to improper removal of a dollie. I tried to get this resolved immediately but was told that this is now a civil court issue. Instead of owning up to their mistakes I’m now forced to take legal action against this corrupt business.
Avoid this towing company! I have very long story and this is just shortly info. They tried to scam me with a fake $250 fee, refused to provide an invoice, and were extremely rude. Only accepted cash or Zelle to a personal account. Both they and I called the police—their officer refused to intervene, and it seemed like they were working together (just my opinion, no direct proof). Only after my officer got involved did they remove the fake charge. My car was scratched while in their lot. Dishonest and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from these scammers! If your car gets towed by them, document everything, demand a proper invoice, and be prepared for lies and intimidation. Better yet, avoid dealing with them entirely if possible!
Total scammers! They were charging maximum fees for cars that had been there less then 24 hours. Even with the rates posted with the laws they plain and simply wanted to take peoples money. It didn’t happen to just me, people in the line were wondering what those charges were and he got uncomfortable when I asked what was that additional fee of +25 and started kicking people out and said that we could come in 1 by 1 because he didn’t want to get exposed. He agreed to change the charge but continued to lie again he charged me with a CLASS B because he said a Class A was a motorcycle vehicle. I trusted him and still didn’t feel right. Checked after paying and Class A is my car and Class B are heavy cars. He wanted to walk out with 350+ more, he still ended up charging 60+ dollars.
They towed my car Sunday 6 pm, I arrived Monday 8:45 am and they were charging “Admin Fee” 250 usd (only applies after 24hrs). Also charged me for Class B vehicle (I have a Toyota Corolla - class A). On top of that, credit card machine is “broken”.
Garbage towing company, driver admitted the boss was having him fulfill calls before me, I was originally estimated to be picked up 90 minutes and it's been over 5 hours still not pick up. Front desk tried to lie saying they were the only ones fulfilling tow request, in Miami if all places. Avoid at all cost
Had my car towed by this company. They unlocked it to tie the steering wheel down and coincidentally my wallet and personal belongings went missing. If you have a poor experience with these people, please file a police report and submit a claim on the Better Business Bureau.
These people are super unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES and if your car gets towed by them good luck. they have no customer service skills. they shut the window in your face even after you pay they make you wait for every other car in the lot to get out before yours. other customers that were there besides me got their cars damaged.
Muy mala experiencia ,saber que tú dejas tu carro en un lugar donde no debe haber preocupación y que cuando regresas de donde fuiste te encuentras que te van a remolcar tu carro sin necesidad ,llegue a pensar que me lo estaban robando hasta que no dejé al malhechor llevárselo automáticamente llegaron más de 4 patrullas de la policía y las preguntas fueron quien te dio la autorización para hacer esto ,donde el hombre no sabía que contestar y cuando le pidieron los documentos los mismos estaban ilegales y además de eso fuera de su zona en fin perdí un día de trabajo sin poder recuperarlo y al final de la investigación los dos fueron detenidos por la policía hasta un pie me vire por cómo tuve q correr para no permitirle que se llevaran mi carro
