The nature of this place of course is part of an unpleasant experience every time your car gets towed away. My low rating is because there is no need for the staff to be rude and non collaborative.
The girl at the counter was rude, not informing well about the process, every step needed to be a negotiation (for example they don't take card, only cash... Unless you negotiate enough).
I don't expect the staff to be nice and attentive but a business is a business and should have clear rules.
Aside from that the installation was awful and dirty, the security glass didn't facilitate communication.
These people are the most direspectful, unprofeaaional lying people I have eve met. They towed my car removed because I left my car door unlocked, they removed handicapp permit from my dash because it hook was broken because the sun dried it out and then said it wasnt there. When we asked for a photo of my car B4 they towed it which by law they are supposed to do, they couldnt, if it was a zero stars they would surly get it. Miami is full of theives and they are surely one of them. They even added all additional fees that still adds up to $209, when the price is $145 to tow a class A vehicle. And $209 is the price for class B vehicle. Let alone they cant even spell they put ' ho hanicap pass ' for reason for tow ...Im so done
The WORST car towing place ever. They charge you more money than they should. They excuse themselves by saying that they are the state taxes but the taxes that they have outside on the sign are completely different. The owner is the rudest person in the world, she doesn't even have a computerized invoice so they write the invoice by hand with the amounts that they want and they refuse to explain the charges. The worst experience of my life. I hope you never have to use this company.
- Asks you to pay with zelle instead of a card (unethical)
- Say they’re 24/7 but make you wait when you get there to charge you more (more time in storage = more $$$)
- Staff is super sketchy
- Will try to charge you $25-$30 more just to use a CARD (legal limit is 3% surcharge so clearly illegal)
- Replies to every review like if they’re a teenager
Very awful experience! My key tag fell inside my car by accident and they towed my car, I told them that it must’ve been inside the car and when I got there I showed it to them, it was there , but they still made pay $176 . Besides that they left one my tires totally flat and damaged . I’m attaching the picture. I had to go to a tires service place and spent more money because I had to change the tire, it was so damaged , this company is abusive!
The manager of tuscan palace located in 600 NW 6th St, Miami, FL 33136 have a big business with that company. The same manager calls to have the cars towed and for sure he receives money for that. For the slightest thing they come and take your car even if it is parked properly. I hope this fraud ends soon because this is going to end very badly. I'm sure many people have filed customer complaints with Miami Dade County, but it seems that everything remains the same.
WORST TOW COMPANY EVER THEY PICKED UP MY CAR FROM MY APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR EXPIRED TAG WENT AND GOT MY CAR AFTER VACATION WHICH WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THE OFFICE. WAS TOLD I COULDN'T USE MY CARD WHEN THEY HAVE A CARD READER & SIGNAGE WITH CREDIT CARD SIGNS. AFTER BEING TOLD ONLY CASH OR HALF PAYMENT I GAVE IN AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO LOCAL CASINO AFTER PAYING FOR EVERYTHING I ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR THEM TO TOW MY CAR FOR MY BUMPER TO BE COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF WHEN I RECEIVED MY CAR. THIS HAS BEEN THUSFAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
They have the worst customer service. I went to get my car and I have to wait 30 min for someone to come because they are closed Saturday and Sunday. But they still tow cars during those hours how funny
Parked in the wrong spot 5 mins, cool whatever. I was wrong. Tow truck driver had the worst costumer service ever! He was screaming on the top of his lungs, taking advantage of the situation because it was just girls. Then they wonder why things happen to them. Big girl from dispatch came to the scene and had even more horrible costumer service. Why did she come I don't know. I tried to pay him, Cuban tow truck driver said since I wanted to give attitude now we waiting for cops. Waste of time. All cop did was tell me give him the $ and he un hooked my car. I would rate it 0 star if I could. You made the day with my 75$
They towed my car the other night while I went upstairs to drop my shopping stuff off in my apartment real quick since I live alone so I come back downstairs to get more stuff out my trunk I seen some person name Javier who works for the company and told me he didn’t care and his manager who a lady said ain’t my problem with an whole attitude while I was being very polite and told me ohh if I want the car I would have to pay $150 on Javier cashapp since I didn’t have cash and it’s disappointing because a service like that don’t take cards are known for fraud. I’m fighting for my refund and probably will get my lawyer involved in this situation.
I have been tow two times in my apartment parking building, the manager of the residence give access to the truck to get inside and get vehicles from the parking lot, I do not think that is legal, if it is so wrong.
They took my money, my registration was not expired. They take off my sticker and took a picture without this. When I show then the registration and everything was fine. They said it did not matters You have to pay .In addition they charge more because they put something in the wheels, that is a lie. I hope the money that they took form me they wasted.
had a flat tire with no spare on I-95 S called 27 different places, this was the only place that answer the phone, gave me a price and an eta. If you live and drive in miami, this are the guys to have on your speed dial.
They towed my car between 10-11pm and then only accept cash, the people are very rude and for the looks of it, it just seems like they’re theifs. Legally there is supposed to be two forms of payment and they made us pay through zelle.
They arrived when they said they would and didn't leave me hanging for hours! The guy came with everything needed for the job and handled everything professionally. No flatbed needed for 4WD with their kit. Highly recommend by me!
Just received service from this company and had to give praises to Marvin I hope anyone can get towing service from him. It's good to run into an actual caring human I wish him the best and he deserves the best.
These guys illegally towed my car from a mechanic shop along with 11 other cars. These guys are crooks. Wanting to charge me to return my car they stole!!! Little do they know my moms a lawyer and we are suing them!! To do this during covid 19 pandemic is unbelievable and immoral.
They scratched and broke my front bumper and obviously they say they’re not responsible for the damages and try to claim they were pre-existing! The employees are as rude as they can be and all they had to say about the damages was to call the cops if I wanted to!

Horrible service !! lady was racist I paid for my car and they kept for a extra 2 hours saying no tow trucks are available to pull it out and also they broke into my car. Trying to get a law suit they are very horrible

The worst company ever ,this is a fraudulent company.They took my car for no reason ,I follow all the rules of my company and still they got my car to make me pay $151.And They have a big poster of Patria y Vida on the company when they are doing the same of Cuban government being disrespectful with their own race.It is ashamed.Be careful!!!!
