The pickup was fast (1hr) since the call. All I had to do was share my location via text. When assigned, the driver (Joe) called me to let me know how many minutes away from my location, and it was accurate.
Took care of the vehicle before/after to avoid any damage. The price was reasonable, and they offer different payment methods.

Their service is in another level. I had been dealing with another towing company for three hours.. I called these guys and within 15 minutes I had a truck and they did a great job communicating. If you ever need a tow - these are your guys!!
My car got stuck in a low level garage due to flash flooding, and the electric handbreak was fried and could not be disengaged. The clearance of the garage is 6'4"!!! There are some gas pipes as low as 6'4" and it's dangerous to get in, so no truck will get all the way in the garage.
I contacted a few towing companies, and they all refused to come. This was the only service that came. We put the car on skates and pushed it manually all the way to the entrance of the garage, and we managed to get it out safely.
The driver was very courteous and he managed to do what others wouldn't try. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

When I told him I didn’t have a vehicle, he kindly agreed to take me with him, even though that wasn’t part of our original agreement. Later, we realized we had gone to the wrong address, and he helped me get to the correct location without any issues. On top of that, he gave us a discount on the agreed price since the actual route turned out to be shorter. He was fair and not greedy at all. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are the best! My son’s car had to be towed from Key West to Miami. Since it is a long haul I was a little nervous about who to trust! And it needed to be done rather quickly. This company is a class act! I called the day before the car needed to be picked up, they texted me to reassure me how everything was going. The driver could not contact my son because his phone was dead so went to his apartment and got him and then texted me that he had found my son! What amazing people these are!
