  While there were technically no issues, I feel it should be noted that my husband’s work van has a front mirror recording camera that picks up audio and tracks GPS whenever the vehicle is turned on. While transporting the van to one of the lots, the driver (who I will assume was also the tow truck driver based on some of the conversation) can be heard talking to someone else and fan boying over my husband’s sub woofer system. It was suggested that this item be taken, but the driver said, “nah bro, he’s coming to pick it up.” So in response to the other posts I see about theft, I do not doubt for a second that personal property is stolen by the employees on a regular basis. More than happy to bring the evidence to management for them to listen if they’d like to try to refute any of this (the beauty of evidence and recording systems). Other than that, they did respond to the email within 24 hours (though their system is a C- at best- spell your email address maybe? Provide specific information that you need emailed?) and the pick- up process was straightforward.

  I've verified everything on my end to redeem my vehicle and 24 hours later they have not completed the paper work to release my car I've called and it goes straight to voicemail every single time I've left a voicemail and still no call back. Do not use this company under any circumstances they have shady business practices. I understand you're only retrieving property for the bank but when you slack on getting back to someone after getting everything done properly the last thing they need is to wait on you guys more than 24 hours to get back to them because your agent hasn't completed his/her paperwork it is unacceptable and irresponsible. Not to mention not answering calls from anyone except your bank clientele.

  Terrible business! Extremely rude and unprofessional. They treat you like it’s an issue retrieving your vehicle. Unable to schedule appointments over the phone and forces clients to email and wait for a response based on their timing. The phone number provides no support, you can dial any option and an automated message just says to email them. BUSINESSES LIKE THIS SHOULD BE CLOSED!

  Me remolcaron el carro, cuando fui a buscar mis pertenencias el día siguiente me habían robado todo, nadie se hizo responsable y me dijeron que no iban a llamar al señor de la grúa porque él tenía 30 años trabajando con ellos y no se iba arriesgar que lo botaran por haber robado, también me dijeron mentirosa y que eso no estaba allí, me robaron dinero, mi teléfono, mi tablet y muchas cosas más. Cuidado con estas personas
